There is a lot of pain associated with realizing many life dreams have died

I don’t even feel like myself lately in that this man in the mirror, is not what I wanted or expected. I had a belief I wouldn’t go bald. But, here we are. I am lucky that am tall, have a nice face and I’m in good shape. But, I still HATE balding. That being said, my mind has attached a lot of meaning to my attractiveness and ability to succeed in life. Which, I suspect is true. This is where acceptance and emotional maturity come it. My hair did/ does matter to me. But, it’s going. Anyway

Hey, start a personal journal for all these little thoughts and poems and stuff. Instead of creating a new thread each time, focus that stuff into your personal journal. These posts are fine in your journal, but I’ve noticed some low quality threads coming from you such as this one. Please consider starting or keeping these types of ideas to your journal on the forum. -

Bout time Germany -
The integration is as important as the trip. Also important to do and learn manual spiritual practices like breathwork, yoga, and Qigong. Tripping a lot can be risky so be careful. At the end of the day sober living is the goal. Which, means living in truth which can be hard to do if you’re tripping all the time. I find myself often sober, crying tears of joy and love. Which, is a result of a combination of many techniques.
