The forum and Leo's posts are an amazing supplement to his videos and I love reading them in order to see how deeply unlimited consciousness can understand the world and provide real answers, on such a diverse range of topics. It is the biggest gold mine on the net. Some of the free advice people get here is beyond ridiculous. And still some moan, haha. Poor Leo.

I'm with you r0cky. I'm not a fan of sitting meditation. Insights come more readily to me when I'm engaged in some kind of thoughtless task and walking has the same effect and what could be better than walking in nature / god?

You may have traumatized yourself. Have a look at the work of Dr Bessel van der Kolk on this topic and if you haven't already take a look at Leo's video about body awareness. Deep breathing exercises, yoga, trauma release exercises (TRE) and myofascial release therapy are all things that you can try.

I remember reading a message on PostSecret back in the day which was astonishing to me. I vaguley remember it went along the lines of; when you visit your boring elderly relatives/parents etc. imagine that you have travelled back in time to be able to spend a few more precious moments with your loved ones, before they are gone again.
