  1. Find shit that you actually enjoy doing. It’s easy to take action when you do things that make you feel alive and engaged. The issue is you don’t know yourself well enough. Keep exploring and a fuse will eventually be lit.
  2. when I was younger I only played sports games and FPS then I got into RPG’s and refused to play anything but those now a days i rarely play video games, they naturally fell away. i still enjoy them every now and then but I’m so engaged with my real life that they’re less appealing than they used to be
  3. Read the Subtle Art Of Not Giving a Fuck I bet that would help you. Also look into developing a skill where assertiveness is required. Leo mentioned pickup but I prefer Brazilian jui jitsu. BJJ will teach you physical strength, mental strength, assertiveness, discipline, etc.
  4. I like to eat sardines while I’m tripping and watch their little bones go wiggly
  5. Let’s say you’re 20 years old and have a certain set of political beliefs such as “rock music is good”. Those beliefs are considered quite liberal in the year of 1920. By the time 1960 comes around you have the same set of core political beliefs. You still think “rock music is good” while the median political position of the country has shifted and grown more liberal over the last 40 years. Making your formerly liberal beliefs now more conservative. That’s how I interpret the quote. But yea I’m the same way. As I grow older I evolve consciously and become more and more open minded which results in higher liberalism. That said in a paradoxical way I’m also growing more conservative as I continue to integrate stage blue values. So personally I’m growing more liberal and more conservative as time goes on. I’m developing a deeper understand of both ideologies and integrating the two into a second tier systemic worldview.
  6. I sleep in until 10am then wrestle with dog and go for a short 1 mile run to kickstart the day
  7. That’s one of the issues with the roller The other issue is the way you’re piercing the skin. Consider the physics of it all. With a rolling you’re piercing the skin at an angle and with a pen you’re piercing straight on So a roller is going to cause more harm than good
  8. @Devin it depends how much you’re willing to spend. The highest quality derma needling tool out there is the derminator 2.0 and it’s what I use. It’s 200$ but is professional grade micro needling I’ve seen a lot of people online have success with the Dr Pen versions which can be as cheap as 20$ for the manual one. The more expensive automatic ones save you a bunch of time and are way more consistent though Look into the tressless reddit thread and there’s lots of good info I also recommend the YT channel more plates more dates for information on hair loss
  9. Dermaneedling is also great for hair growth Make sure to use the pins instead of the rollers though. Theres actually a lot is men can do to reverse balding or at least slow down the process I started balding at about 20 lol you win some and you lose some in the genetic lottery
  10. Yea minoxidil is one of the big three of hair growth/minimalizing balding. The other two being Finasteride and ketocortozal shampoo. The suck think about minoxidil is when you stop using it then the added growth you gained from it will go away. So if one plans to use minoxidil (as I currently do) then one must plan to use it consistently while they plan to have hair
  11. When I was in high school I used to do the old tuck it up into your waistband trick. Works especially well if you have a belt or a baggy hoodie
  12. @How to be wise are you yourself a master of marriage? If you are then you’ll know that energetic polarity is a requirement. Idc if you gay, trans, cis, man, woman, whatever. You need a masculine pole and a feminine pole. Onces those energetic fields become depolarized the attraction in the relationship crumbles. Get you nose out of your book and into an actual relationship and you’ll see this.
  13. @How to be wise you’re speaking on a book. I’m speaking on life experience. Go act predominantly feminine around a feminine woman and watch her attraction for you disappear.
  14. Reread my post. I said nothing on being a “real man”. That’s a loaded term and I have no idea what you mean by it. What I do know is that in the vast majority of sexual relationships, energetic polarity is required for the relationship to be a success. Typically, this looks like the male residing at the masculine pole and the female being at the feminine pole. It’s a bad idea for men & women to be more “similiar” in a romantic sense because it destroys polarity.
  15. How are tattoos toxic? Can someone explain this claim in some depth? I do not believe this claim. Convince me otherwise
  16. I train jui jitsu and we spar or “fight” just about every day but it’s very controlled so minimize the chance of permanent damage. The last time I was in a fist fight was about 8 years ago when I was a dumb teenager. It’s just not smart to get into fist fights in the street. You have very little to gain. If you want to fight then go to a gym and train like a proper martial artist.
  17. Most Night Shift work has lots of free time. I work at an in-patient psychiatric hospital so we need workers 24 hours a day. So sometimes I pick up nightshift and just read/watch YouTube videos all night while making sure the patients are in their rooms. Getting paid to learn, it’s great. I had a buddy who was a tattoo apprentice and worked Night Shift at a gas station so he could draw all night. If you’re willing to fuck up your sleep in the name of free time then nights are a great option while you’re focusing on skill acquisition
  18. Men shouldn’t accept that. Being more “similar” (at least on an energetic level) to your woman depolarizes and destroys the relationship. Hence why so many modern men are struggling with dating. They’ve forgotten how to be a masculine man. Polarity is essential for success in the vast majority of intimate relationships.
  19. Honestly they both have a point. Yea one shouldn’t be easily provoked but at the same time there’s no way in hell ima let someone grope by dick without doing something about it ? This is why I love martial arts. It gives you the confidence to set clear boundaries in situations like that knowing that if things get violent then you can handle yourself Masculinity is having a sensitivity to those around you sure, but it’s also about having the potential to fuck someone up… but choosing not to.
  20. I’m 26 and currently going through the LPC for the fourth time. I’ve taken it once every two years since I was about 19. So I hear your struggle as I was once there too. Just do you best with the experience you have but understand that your ideas will be “half baked” if you will. As you live life and gain experience you’ll be able to pinpoint your life purpose more and more The first time I took the LPC it radically changed my life and put me on the trajectory I’m on today. That said I gain more and more clarity with each pass of the course. Kudos to you for being serious enough about your life to be taking the LPC in your teens!
  21. Reading this makes me appreciate being born in a first world country Best of luck bro
  22. @Waves yea that looks like a sick setup And good idea with the monitor. I’m 6’4” so I’m like always looking down at shit and it’s def put a toll on my neck
  23. I eat animal based with a little bit of low toxicity carbohydrates A typical day of eating looks as follows 1lb of organic grass fed beef 1/2 sweet potato or 1lb of organic grass fed beef 1/4cup rice 1 whole avocado I typically eat two of these meals per day and maybe throw in an apple and some beef sticks for a snack if I’m hungry. This has dropped my inflammation greatly and has me feeling amazing
  24. Hundreds of workers died building these soccer stadiums. That’s certainly worth mentioning.
