The only way I know how to detox heavy metal is by increasing dietary fiber. Are there any other ways of detoxing? I'm sure that I would benefit detoxing, I'm hoping a detox can increase my lucid dreaming and astral projecting activities since my dreams are pretty fuzzy. Any help?

1. Japanese people don't like uncertainty. So PUA game is useless in Japan.

No. A lead magnet is something of value that you can offer in return for a favour. For example an audit or a PDF or a Video Sales Letter that provides some sort of value to the reader.

You're not going to learn how to become a man from a few YouTube videos. It takes a lot of pain to understand what it means to be a man.

A few tips: Keep your emails below 250. Ideally write emails at around 50 words. Make the emails about the person you're speaking too and how you can help them. Use a lead magnet depending on the email type. Send personalised emails and send emails to a refined email list.

Looks promising, I might have to try it out.

The easiest method I know of marketing your business online is through podcasting. Sit down and write a few interesting stories about yourself that you can share on a podcast and start emailing as many people in your niche as possible. As more people learn about you and your brand they'll eventually check out your website and buy your courses. I'm an email marketer that specialises in cold outreach. I can share some tips on email marketing and even an email template if you want to know more (for free of course).

Charge members something like $5 a month and create a membership service where you answer individual questions users have via livestream video calls. You can then record these videos calls and add them to a library for members to watch at a later date. After a while you should build up enough videos to build up a passive income from.

I recommend that you create a "content pipeline" where you write notes on all the ideas in one place. Let's say for example a google doc or a OneNote page. From there you can take ideas and adapt your notes into a wide range of content. Let's say you take one idea and create a youtube video and you take another idea and turn it into a blog post and then you take another idea and create a tweet out of it. -

I guess this forum doesn't have any life coaches that can help then. -
I'm currently doing some email outreaching for a friend who is a copywriter in the personal development coaching niche. The problem is that my emails aren't getting replies. Due to this I want to send a batch of more personalised emails that empathise with the prospects situation. In order to do that I need to understand what it's like being a personal development coach. So if you're a personal development coach can you help me out here? Can you paint a picture of what it is like being a life coach? What are your aspirations and problems? What things hold you back in your business? What do you value in your business? What are the things that make your customers listen to you and buy more of your time? And so on...

The name isn't important. Just pick a name that most accurately describes what you're going to talk about. I recommend you use medium.com. It's only $5 dollars a month and you should get loads of traffic to your posts if you post good content to the site. -

Lead with value. Post helpful content via blogs or videos which should draw people into you and your work. -
So if I drink lots of filtered water I should be good for the most part. I assume this strategy covers hormone disruptors. Am I correct?

Cheers for the advice. I'll stick to naturally occuring forms of methylation since I've heard that pills can go rancid pretty easily. Also I've heard that celtic grey salt is pretty good at replenishing your mineral intake. I'll try adding some to my water after I take a hot shower.

I've taken Huperzine-A for lucid dreaming before and I was unimpressed with the results. It left me with a pleasant feeling when I slept but it didn't really increase my dream quality.

One thing I want to say about UK politics is that Brexit will be remembered as the great mistake. 620,000 UK lorry drivers are being self-isolate due to COVID-19 which is causing some food shortages in rural England and Scotland. UK produce is rotting the fields since Eastern Europeans are having their work visas declined due to Brexit. This is will cause a shortage fruit and vegetables in UK supermarkets if this continues. The Government doesn't seem to care about our already overworked farms since their new Australian-Anglo will see the UK import meat produce from the otherside of the world. Brexit is also making it extremely hard to export and import products in and out of the EU. I wonder where this export crisis will take us. COVID-19 has wrecked the UK economy. Inflation is waiting is sneak up on us. With Brexit, the UK has given up it's greatest weapon. Which is the ability to be the middleman of the world. TL;DR: The UK is one matchstick away from completely burning. -

The most damning thing about this theory is that it's so easy to reset the snowball of lies that we call the social matrix theory. -
Just as long as he is getting his blood work done it's not a big deal in my opinion.
