  1. @Leo Gura Hey Leo, I woule like to ask, if I can complete the course in a period of around 10 days, so to take these 10 days off from my work. Or, do you recommend to do progressively within some months so that the content and ideas mature. Also, wouldnot it be a good idea to have this material downloaded as well, in case we want to continue somewhere without internet for some days? Thanks, Maria

  4. OK. I will experiment and invite some friends next weekend for a high vibration session at home. They will see me weird, or they will belive we will gather to have some fun.   5. @Dhana Choko Hi Dhana, Good idea although Meditation groups already exist. now the idea is to increase vibration, not particularly via meditation at that particular time. Maybe to gather to inspire and to share thoughts but hearing the voices and enjoy the beautiful body languages and minds conveying positive energy. it sure helps to talk to you now. I feel this vibration increasing. Imagine to share and double it. People gather to talk about problems and gossiping. I mean the opossite. To share positivity. Maybe some groups already exist. I would like to join in

I am dreaming of this point of time (literally, I visualize) when some of us would be able to be gathered in one place (maybe virtual place) and find a way to exchange positive energy and increase our vibration. It might be the case that we introduce a topic each time, it might be random topic, or no topic. But the aim should be the same. Or, just goaless spiritual gathering. With a big smile. I am working on it in my head. I do not know the way yet. I know the beauty. Please share your ideas.
  7. Hello! I drink green tea everyday! Without any iron defficiency problems. I prefer green organic leaves and I drink several cups (up to 4) every day after my morning meal and after my lunch. Before meditation (earlier my breakfast I drink a blend of detoxing herbs - dandelion, etc I make changes once in a while in the combination) and even before that I drink warm glass of water with the juice of half a lemon. This did not happened at once, it happened gradually and it works for me. Because I keep developing my healthy habits for a loooong time. And I still search and make adjustments for the better. Just now I finished my evening (after dinner) cinnamon/orange infusion. Cheers everone!!
  8. @Oliver Yes I eat later in the day with the rest of the meals. Because, 60% healthy fat has to come by animal source too. Thus, I dont prefer my steak lean I eat beef, mince beef, chicken, salmon, tuna, eggs for protein. but I keep quantity low. Not much - not more that 150gr per meal. Im a girl though So, I lose weight while I build muscles too. This works perfect with interval training and sleep that lowers cortisol (fat making hormone - blocks fat burning), and inscreases growth hormone (a fat burning hormone). I should not forget meditation as well! Hope this helps!
  9. @Oliver : yes its almost zero fruit during the day and only some in my morning shake. I keep shaking everymorning: some greens (kale, spinach or rocket or celery, whatever I have), with some pieces of banana, some berries, some strawberries, alltogether not more than 250 gr to make a full glass. I add protein powder from peas or other (not animal) source and coconut oil (it is fat burning food really!). I make individual 7 packs I put in the freezer and every morning I take one out for my morning my shake...Easy! Protein in every meal ! Even in morning shake it is the #1 fat burning food.
  10. Hello! For quite some time I follow this type of diet: 10% carbs (no sugar - from veggies), 25-30% protein, 60-65% healthy fat (eggs, butter, avocado etc) and its amazing. I have lost 3 kgrs in 1.5 month but fat not body water (!) because I decsrease insuline at 0 and triggered the fat burning hormones. Amazing to see your body working!
