  1. Micro-dosing might help but not as a long term solution. Yes what I mean is more like doing shadow work on a trip. When I do it, I take it and then I just lay down and work with whatever will come up. You describe that your anxiety/trauma is very present in the body and thats where psychedelics are particularly helpful, because they kind of set free that stuck energy and let it all out. It feels very much like a purification and once you are done you will literally feel lighter, generally in life. But as I said before that process can be very demanding on body and mind so be prepared for that. I like to go for it alone but maybe if you are comfortable with someone it could be helpful to have a trip sitter.
  2. wow thats very interesting! sometimes before a dmt breaktrough I hear something very similiar just must faster
  3. psychedelics are an amazing tool for that but it also can be pretty hardcore facing this stuff with psychedelics I think breathwork could also help a great deal but I don't know that from personal experience
  4. Yeah thats true. I get how you look at it but I still I am kind of suprised that so many people still support him. Well I mean if you saw his old videos it's almost a miracle that some fans dig his new stuff.. haha yeah man I think texans just dont give any fucks at all about covid, he must have had it by now.
  5. What do you mean? The majority of the comments are positive... "I admit that im disturbed by the new connor but he have heart and it’s beautiful ?❤️ love you man" <- the first one with the most likes for example this video is acutally pretty cool I think ?
  6. @Moksha can you recommend a specific version of the Bhagavad Gita since there are different ones?
  7. Leo teasing us like his girls ?
  8. ??? works wonder! also streaching is great for back pain
  9. My first girlfriend made me think something is wrong with me because she wanted to fuck all the time and I just didn’t want to do it more then 1-2 times a day.
  10. There is a book called "The Mind Illuminated" it's a detailed step by step guide for mindfulness meditation. Highly recommended?
  11. What you say is true.. But you can grow a lot by falling in love, being in a relationship or trough a break up. The most personal development for me happend after my last gf broke up with me. I think it's better to have like 2-3 failing relationships in 10 years then not having any at all.
  12. Balance is the key don’t forget to have fun
  13. Amazing talk by Stanislav Grof, nothing else to say just sit back and enjoy
  14. Yeah I am streching like 3-4 times a week for a year or so and now I can't even understand how people life who dont streach lol My favorite is the forward bend where you touch the ground with your hands it's so good for the whole back and shoulders
  15. Probably yes, you can only know it if you test it but what you described sounds like 5-MeO to me. Someone here on the forum once said for him 5-MeO is like LSD but 1000x stronger and without visuals and I kind of agree. Yes very normal lots of people purge. I always feel the urge to purge when I smoked it. Empty stomage is a must imo!
  16. contemplation, being in nature and the right music can help or take a high enough dose and let go maybe smoke weed on the peak that's what worked for me
  17. This is a cool video from @Synchronicity and goes into this Topic.
  18. Thanks for sharing! Been looking for something like that
  19. Sounds great I wouldn't focus on personal development on the first trip. When I introduce someone into psychedelics I always start the trip in nature. Later when we move inside, I play some music and relax.
  20. Oh oke that sounds great, thank you! I just googled: Grateful Dead gifs Are you into the Dead??
  21. Hey guys, I am thinking about starting with Krya Yoga. What do you think how much time should I invest every day to progress? Because I already do 1 hour Meditation and some other stuff so I can't give it too much time... I already got the book from Leo's booklist but didn't dive in very deep so far.
  22. I also had this last year. You could go to a ENT doctor, he gave me a nasal spray with something in it that kills all bacteria. Also what could help is you close your nose with your fingers and create pressure in your ears (like you do it on a airplane) 3-5x times a day
