  1. revision repetition is a skill, it`s also a skill to not only memorize it - you are probably under pressure where you learn that but be aware that the theoretical knowledge doesn`t make you understand. the difference between skill and memory try to figure that out. sorry just came from a thread that was called mark my words. and the answer was not correct! if you would read it again you didn`t really answer to the question.
  2. well every possibility is a possibility, trumps election teached me that - it`s the security about the impossibility which makes the impossible possible sometimes, like with the brexit. maybe staying alarmed is not the worst choice - imagine your fears, don`t let them go keep them right focused on that!
  3. @Ibn Sina learn how to drive a bike, a car an instrument and then tell me again how you did that with your memory, please step by step! it`s good to know how the schoolbus looks but you probably have to get on it to arrive at school.
  4. that`s bs in a sense as identity is not about labels but about belonging to a social group. at age nineteen s/he starts to cut the ties with the family tribe finding the true identity with the tribe of friends and likeminded. this has to do with finding out about oneself and is of course bound to how we dress and project our identity outwards to make clear where we belong. the lipstick is not a lable it is a symbol of female energy and beauty. @Annonymous starting with growing the hair is a really good start, will take a while though. i always loved to brush the hair and try some styles when i was younger it feels really good when they grow longer if you once cut them too short and then the growing out is a pain can understand how that is feeling. always recommending rhodiola for better mood stability because i like that so much it gives you some streangth for the whole family problems. of course having to hide femininity from your dad is a problem which has to do with a lot of selfesteem until you can have a coming out - but as you are in the process of finding out it`s maybe not really the best time to already let him know as you are not really safe yourself about what you might really want. so it`s not so bad maybe. you could start laquering your toe nails, if you don`t walk barefeet a lot. i almost never wear laquer on my fingernails, because it`s such a work and cutting the finger nails short from time to time is not so bad, if you have your toes nice and glossy
  5. also quittung before having the vision is far from ideal, could be a trap into the next job or a worse spiral down. you must have at least a vision with a solid kernel.
  6. currently i`m looking into rebound effects for better energy management on a bodymind/mindbody/spiritualbody level - realized rebound effects are also pretty interesting for energy in general. just as a sidenote if anyone is interested in going deeper into these topics. maybe we have to think about saving on energy first before the whole matter even makes sense.
  7. @Annonymous did you ever try to live your femininity? transcending trans identity would mean you would need to either decide upon one side or the other or accept it as who you really are a transcending transgender. it seems like you feel uncomfortable with it. why not try to feel comfortable with it, what holds you back to find out? would it be bad to live for example meterosexuality or would it be bad to let the feeling of being a female come out and maybe even dress as one? maybe only from time to time? what are your fears? how would you be like if you where just yourself? whom are you taking the testosterone for? are you doing it to protect your femininity? vulnerability can also be protected by allowing yourself to be vulnerable and finding support in people who accept you the way you are. i don`t think there is a timeframe to find out about yourself. just maybe start the days with the feeling of being neutral, like a child and then see where it carries you.
  8. doesn`t mean anything, a five year old is still a child, children are more asexual than grown ups, i didn`t even realize there was a difference until i went to school. could be that she just didn`t want to be judged upon that, because she was in denial of the difference, or wanted to be more like her dad if denial of sex means she was more boyish. of course i knew i was a girl and i supposed the way i felt was how girls feel, i knew i was more like my mom than like my dad, but i liked to play the male part in a story the same as playing the girls part if there where no boys around, (what was mostly the case as they often didn`t like roll plays) until i realized that the girlish girls where more popular and that somehow to be loved more i would have to discover what a girl could be like without giving up on myself, because i liked male attention. so i started to develope my female side more in being attentional to what femininity was to me. dressing up was a part of it some times more sometimes less. identification is something that grows over time, by listening to oneself.
  9. you think autistic people don`t have emotions? maybe she`s exactly because of that so fearless because she`s able to skip the social pressure, someone inflicts upon her by talking about marginalities like her being such a poor little creature, she maybe will not be affected by that. she`s supposedly not only autistic but seeing much more of the connections in her field of special abilities. if her heart wasn`t with her she would not even be able to love all the shit she has to take upon it. also autism is extremely different in people, how do you know what is controlling her mind if you can`t see what her heart pounds for, maybe she can remember every picture she ever saw maybe she is like a human super computer who realizes what you can not even imagine because your heart pounds mostly for monkey business. maybe an autist is not a psychopath, maybe her tears are real. emotions are really different in people. if you are only used to buy things of course it`s difficult to buy into it.
  10. well yes and how many birds do you eat per year? if you are a vegan excuse me! also i wonder how many birds and fish die in a nuclear catastrophe, or get born crippled. i`m not saying it is good, but there could probably be a solution like some sound that is displayed on a frequency birds find repellent to work against that - so it`s not something there would be no solution to if it was important enough! also it`s a problem where they are put up sometimes, politics in that direction is also about finding out about where these things create big damages and where it is still holdable. if it is alowed to put them up close to ecosystems that should be protected it`s not the right green direction.
  11. @Hansu there are also new concepts on marin wave energy. fall out problems would probably be best supported with some backup energy plans what to do if the world would stay still and the sun would go out. maybe rain energy? there is so much stuff we could discover. https://arena.gov.au/blog/wave-energy/ http://bps.energy/
  12. @Hansu coal was a political decision. it is more complicated than this, multiple factors leading to that decision, on one hand it`s worker related and socialdemocratic nostalgia, on the other it`s about being independent in the transformation phase but still being able to get some energy from abroad until we make it completely. also the atomic powerplants in some regions in europe are not in their best years, so there is not only the risk of human errors. well it would also be a human error to overlook or miss that. enough reasons to work on it with higher pressure. (we seem to love challenges )
  13. it`s the seemingly quietness of the grown ups the non reactiveness and denial that makes them go to the psychologists. there is nothing worse than seing the truth while everything is silent and quiet as if hell wasn`t burning outside but only inside. worse even telling them they need a psychologist while having a healthy reaction. either we try to work on their future constructively or they will of course grow up with a worldview where they have to do the work their parents missed out on. if they don`t learn to coap with what`s coming constructively of course the worlds poison will get stuck in them and poison them from within.
  14. @Ross Labby in my perspective thc is one of the most underestimated addictive negative drugs with potential psychotic effects. i also see people getting more self biased, and especially men developing attitudes that are repellent for me. most weed addicts are in denial about it massively. they deny their addiction more than they deny suggar addiction. especially if you have some kind of social anxiety, weed will make that worse, not better. you can`t even say how you will react to it in advance because it is the one drug that really works irrational as it is not interfering with a special transmitter but inhibiting certain kinds of neurons which are differently wired in every brain. if you like psychedelics, you really don`t need weed.
  15. @Leo Gura not asking this for podcasts, but i would really apreciate it for practical reasons if you could maybe release the small practices with instructional character in the videos in a cut version, somewhere. so if we want to repeat them, we don`t have to search for them every time in the two hour material. i mean i could download them and cut them for myself, but it takes some time and then it will only be available for me - because there is no fast access, i usually prefer other practices and that`s kind of sad, as i think that`s an unneeded hurdle contarproductive to the intention. if that`s a problem for me, i suppose there are more people who are even unaware of why they don`t do the practices.
  16. @Alex actually i like these yoga sequences, chakra challenge by brett larkin, i don`t know if they can really awaken the chakras as i only started using them after awakening them, but usually i can aktivate them with it - although it`s for people who regularly do yoga as it`s already a little advanced, because there are some spine variations where you should be able to hold the original posture first. but as you say someone has to try. also both fear videos should be perfect to unlock muladhara further maybe better than a an onion and banana mega threat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vmpje8KHrhY&list=PLPJTnhnYa-pNEFiKuVZI_G0cS8VWak8OR and don`t just watch it !!! - if you don`t do the yoga don`t waste the time.
  17. well she makes a lot of children and teens move into green in a very early age. of course our orange generation doesn`t like it. when i was her age green was meeting in the smokers corner because we where too depressed. there are probably still a lot of children that are too resilient in orange. i prefer youth getting active over youth addiction and youth striking together than skipping school, they learn early to organize themselfs what will give them skills they wouldn`t learn in school. and if we get motivated by it and wake up to our lost dreams and lost childhood we maybe have a chance to help them from above even though it`s more a pushing us from a stong child to transform society from below.
  18. leo also has a fake beard, i bet you!
  19. @Alex onion and banana juice, jikes - did you try?
  20. @Ibn Sina you think of buddha as a physical body? as a spiritual body? there is a temple in trivandrum that was built for trinity.
  21. @Ibn Sina yes you could say buddha personificated brahma through his life and path and teaching, he probably was guided by the hindu gods at first. that`s why it`s interesting to study hinduism from a buddhist perspective and vice versa. not considering that, it`s like holding a key and then saying i don`t need it i take the door, dropping the key in the water, to then understand the door is locked.
  22. yes i already realized english wikipedia might get it wrong. i found a german source of a huge yoga school and also on german wikipedia it says: don`t confuse brahman with brahma. or in this case brahma with brahman.
  23. wait, sunyata = brahman, brahma is the creator god. whyever buddha created another language for some aspects he probably was growing up with some kind of religion what was probably hinduism, right? so of course there are some aspects that are correlating but they get a different emphasis in buddhism.
  24. @Vido what do you mean by objective personality? if you want to teach objective personality you need to include subjective personality as they are a cuppled pair, in some sense they exist codependently to each other. part of what i understood thanks to this forum or recaped from past lessons in my life is that subjectivity and objectivity are in a very close relationship to each other be careful about objectifying the world as you make it your subject then - but as a teacher what is a subject? so the relationship between the teacher and the subject can`t be an object, do you see this?
