why just why a carpet? i‘m so fighting against carpets in houses - if i had one message to the world in sense of better living conditions: remove the carpets. they get stained verry fast, if you overwater your plants you‘ll create the perfect living condition for all kinds of animals, maybe it’ll start talking to you one day, and in general it’s not allergy friendly... a carpet will also only be pretty for some years and then you will have to exchange it, it’s not sustainable. nice monstera by the way maybe she eats it up one night. how is the floor underneath? maybe you can just remove it - concrete can be very nice. @Opo cacti and sukkulents can give a very warm atmosphere, won‘t get a jungle feeling with them though.

@DrewNows well yes i guess i spent enough time with astrology to get what i probably am also perceivable as in sense of putting a sign on myself. and that’s probably also why i react the way i react. so maybe you already know what that must inevitably be.
-
yeah, although i‘m not really that much of a person who likes to be put into a drawer or puts others into a drawer it feels a little like a cage. are we still talking about the topic of caged animals how did you know that... you psychic!
-
no of course. there are a looooooot of possibilities to get into the health field - i don’t know if astrology would be my favorite one... but every shaman has their own ways to approach. astrology has been the first spiritual thing i was interested in and i dropped it quite quickly as i count it to the mayaic sciences. whereas the symbolism is kind of interesting. so maybe its not in its structure but how it is used most of the time.

yes totally i have to do the resetting soon again because it’s actually more difficult to keep it up with the raw foods than i sometimes want to admit. ego is all for convenience but i am not. by the way lentil sprouts are killer. i‘m sprouting a lot recently and beluga is my fave, 2 days has a fast sprouting rate.
-
yes exactly the only way is to reset the whole eating habit like from the start. cool ? thats exactly it, that’s what for example a reset starting with fasting, then raw foods and then slowly adding other foods in the vegan spectrum is doing. that’s in my perception the best way to find out about problematic food, too. which also means testing food you were sure about being unhealthy except you know it is unhealthy. (like some people think they have problem with starch but did not try wholegrain) raw dieting is already very good to start thinking differently because most people eat much to much processed food. after a while (like several weeks of testing multiple foods) if you still feel you need dairy eggs or later on even meat, yeah then maybe you do. if you don’t, adding stuff like b vitamins and vit d3 k2 is maybe a good idea - by the way vegans are sometimes better nutritioned on these than meat eaters because they supplement while meat eaters don’t. iron is also important for women especially. natural eating is key - like what you say about vitamins. i mean veggies and fruits are full of the most of them so meat eaters often need to supplement much more than vegetarians/vegans.
-
while you make some really good points about natural foods, you fail to see that the human gut might not really have changed so much, but our food has so much changed that people have multiple autoimmune conditions regarding food, and even the autoimmune conditions which are not directly connected to the gut system are indirectly connected with the gut. also the amount of meat consumed during the last, at least 70 years has been a multitude of what they had consumed before. the same goes for starchy white bread and availability of sugar and salt in masses. industrialization of food exsists only since industrialization exists - therefore you don’t have to go into the past that far. just imagine how alone the microbiome of the gut is changed and pathological bacteria is grown in the gut through these specific eating habits. its def possible to eat a lot of raw stuff without feeling unhealthy if your gut did not already develop conditions. although even if it did, it’s a matter of training to get back to where it once started with. i‘d not say you could eat leaves like some monkeys probably still do? do they? at least salads you can eat and even if there is some more fiber in the salad from wild herbs or kale it’s totally possible.

not sure who you are addressing with that, but i could start a blog about nutrition if that would be my vision, i could fill it with just what i cook on a day to day base. so maybe its not that people are only interested in what you eat but try to help you in the technical aspects. some of the insights to better nutrition came from people like @DrewNows because he never gave up. or from @pluto or from @Michael569 and from discussions with other people. it just seems odd that you never want to discuss technical aspects. what condition you are in, seems difficult enough to ask these questions without being snoopy. could be that the issue of feeling cold and hungry is about your microbiome more than about the thyroid problem. everyone else does not have a problem to talk about their issues. i have rheumatoid arthritis... so what? because i don’t put myself out there, this is not personal? i get that this would make you in a sense vulnerable because people would analyze you more than usually. and you want to find your own way probably. what‘s such a problem about not acing everything? nutrition might be an achilles heel, so its ofc even more important to look into it. the same with gaining weight on vegan diet is happening because of a wrong choice of foods. @mandyjw it’s cool by the way that you tried! with the right foods you would not gain weight, because vegan actually can be the best diet if you want to keep your weight. my point is: vegan means a lot of effort and there are issues with soy and gloutinous stuff. it takes minimum one year trial and error to find out about all of ones problematic vegan foods.
-
yeah, why just why is it so difficult being the change we would like to see?
-
a tongue ? is enough, maybe you just get a dog.
-
well yeah, if someone is home, give it a long thought! give it so much reflection until you understand. maybe you won’t, maybe you will and maybe you‘ll change your perspective.
-
yes that’s why you are none.
-
no there is no guilt if you are numb - that’s the problem. your emotional numbness is what is unspiritual. and you don’t even need religion for that if you are emotionally intelligent enough to see that this is a phenomenon you can see everywhere around you. if you cannot you are emotionally numbed, which really makes you blind to what is spiritually going on around you all the time. if you are talking about enlightenment you cannot skip what the people you see as enlightened people said or did - regardless of being religious or not you either measure yourself with their teachings to find out if you are on the path or you are simply not enlightened. if you push people or animals into a corner of survival where they fear for their lifes, or getting absolutely conscious of all suffering around them, do you think that’s enlightened? how do you think someone would react backlashing in their darkest moment? that’s it, that’s what psychological survival looks like if you give up defence, you won’t stop seeing you won’t deny suffering and you will try to give up the creation of suffering.

i wanted to show you the scene in spirited away, where chihiro‘s parents turn into pigs. unfortunately i couldn’t find a good exemplary video of it. that’s a really nice example of people turning into what they hated. same goes for turning into what you hated about your parents or what you hated about the world. i don’t know many people who really really love their own suffering in sense of wanting to go on suffering consciously, there is also suffering because of consciousness and the attempt to deny what consciousness is. its without misunderstanding probably not possible to claim spirituality without at least using existing spirituality as a measuring stick. sometimes it’s better to become what we love instead of staying what we hate, in some sense we can also turn into pigs then, but that’s another story.
-
yeah exactly. that’s why it’s still the status quo. being aware that people THINK that way because they have been taught that way, is making people eat their souls up and become what they hated.
-
no of course not - it’s still what you are able to perceive, not only emotionally but conceptionally. consciousness will probably reflect in your actions, the higher the standard you try to reach the further away you are, always. consciousness expands beyond the self and seeks to not only integrate but also be inclusive. it’s not very far fetched to include animals into a moral standard of you should not kill. well yeah what you should or should not do is everyone’s own decision. being aware why and acting upon that consciousness is probably some kind of classical framing, you can find in most religions. i‘ve been numbed to a lot of emotions during my lifetime, some of them i numbed myself.
-
well but solipsism is far away from conscious. lol you are a solipsist. and don’t underestimate the craving of your gut bacteria and fungus when you put them on rehab. the problem for a lot of vegans is that they don’t eat balanced enough in sense of diversity. you can supplement almost everything you need with vegan and organic supplements and that market will grow.
-
@Leo Gura you don’t eat grains, do you? you also don’t eat soy products, is that right? so you basically skip all the foods in the higher energy sugar and protein supply range. what about pseudo grains and pulses? chick peas? for example. plus a combination of bananas and starchy roots in the potato or maca range.

this dream tells you: you need a haircut! trust me i‘m psychic. by the way the fundamental unit of time = T) is a really interesting concept. 3 minutes some people say, others give it a more emotional expanded frame with more heat involved.
-
yeah, i‘m seeing that problematic - codependency problematic. when i watched the assad family trilogy i also had sympathy for him. the absurdity of that is interesting. but really with such a starting money and such an empire what could he have done in the architecture sector? he could have supported high class progressive architects and changed the whole way of building, instead it was all about symbols of power. he is really nicely to deconstruct if you compare his economic style to really powerful architecture. so even in the sense of the president being the architect of the nation, you can always ask, in what kind of house do you want to live in? the white house or the trump tower? he certainly did not build the white house. he was maybe really in that sense a person to deconstruct the image of it, but if you want to rebuild after you have disassembled how do you actually want to reassemble - it’s the building block image.

its really a good reminder that you mention it - because it’s probably rather frustrating for sociopaths psychopaths who put an effort in being ethical and develop some social computable standards - after all having a personality disorder is already difficult to handle - i mean of course morals can be very helpful for people with personality types which have a strong ego or ego denial, that’s actually what makes a person go from red into blue. that’s also why people stuck in blue often have still red backlashes. red in child’s development is strongly interconnected with ego development and in psychology the time of ego development is also where personality „disorders“ lets say social problematics in ego development happen. you framed that really nicely.

yeah it’s difficult sometimes depending to where you are at to get good vegan or veg food. and then also consume it in a healthy way. does def not work without putting effort into it. for me it’s a good approach to at least try staying vegan, zero animal is high vibrational, alive is the fruit of a plant. the plants are even giving the fruits to you for their survival. of course eating a whole plant like salad is radical, eating sprouts also... self justification starts fast with an egg here and some butter there. it takes a lot of effort to ask in a restaurant if they have vegan options - that’s what was difficult for me for example in italy - but usually if asked they are really kind and often can make some kind of pasta, although in some countries they would certainly make you feel like they‘d have to go out of their way or say: we have salad - it’s actually like that in germany at the countryside sometimes. (for me the answer would be: „perfect, thank you!“ but of course if that’s all i get for days i‘d have to think about how to eat other stuff) some twenty years ago could be vegans were heavily discriminated, i can imagine in some countries that’s still the case. i‘m calling myself a vegan because most of the time i am and it’s more understandable in restaurants than to explain that i cannot eat milk products. (and animals, i mean everything with eyes basically) i believe it’s better to accept being a devil and to backlash with food sometimes as to say it’s impossible and therefore i don’t try to make it possible. being stuck most of the time means we have not experimented enough or did not find the solution yet - it might mean we don’t want it enough to work. it‘s a lot of effort to learn how to organize and find suitable recipes and foods to establish a vegan diet. really there is not much spirituality in eating animals, but we live in a world which makes it easy to believe we can be spiritually high evolved while doing so. its a status quo.
-
exactly, and that’s why almost no one is upholding them. who on the world is able to eat every couple of hours anyways sorry for the side kick.
-
@Anderz to unmanifest are only such and such probabilities which could be seen as some kind of unmanifesting warp. therefore the growing block theory would not work without the theory of now. i mean come on why does the now even exist if we have future and past?
-
@Anderz i sometimes wish i was a really good poker player, but i am not. so i guess to understand the game really either the cards know best or the player knows best.
