the video in itself is nice but the notice on narcissism is wrong - one problem i notice over and over again is that narcissism as a term for a specific psychological issue is not understood. not all leaders are narcissistic - they might have strong sd red personality traits and take pride, but narcissism is a personality disorder where the ego part of the personality is trapped in spiral dynamics red. narcissists like to trample on others to feel better - in that there is a conflation between higher leadership and narcissistic leadership in the video. although the material is pretty nice.

what seems to be blue vs orange escalates in red vs green. it’s also very contradictory because a lot of the emotions are based in a purple worldview. conflicts oftentimes tare people down into a lower chakra - the developmental stage (paradigm) does not make them lower or higher developed - their communication style is of course part of their tribal worldview and expression - that’s exactly what the woman was criticizing. and that’s exactly where the guy played into. it does not matter where someone is at their cultural spiral stage even if you would live in a turquoise society - these kind of jokes always tare guys down into red - if women answer to that it’s usually to put up a mirror on how developed someone is.

it shows how connected some topics are - for an atheist. what would you say is spirituality? there is a really thin line. if society and culture is part of someone’s spirituality, then the categories collapse.

yes of course, but it’s also if you don’t. yes. no. depends on your product. you could also try to find different ways for marketing which you enjoy. maybe you didn’t find the way to go yet. just try to either specialize, then you need to outsource. or accept that you are a generalist which can be fulfilling but most of the time doesn’t bring you a lot of economic success. guess i get what you are asking. but do you get the response? it’s for a lot of people too much to do all work alone, with the same skills a whole company used to handle.

@mrzgraphics what do you think how his audience would react? would some people at least feel with the guy who is scapegoated - ( i wonder who invented psychology)... or do you think most people are so blue that they would feel like the moderator? it’s more like an exemplary situation i suppose to show on how to behave if you meet an atheist, or is it supposed to trigger some mercy? at least he got the chance to place the idea that something like non believing exists. in that he was already successful.

@electroBeam mhhh well, then... in some sense i can understand this problem. sometimes not liking to do something is because we don’t have enough insight into it. maybe you would like it more if you would learn about different approaches. or you need to work with someone who does the „unnecessary“ stuff with the same joy you do the „necessary“ stuff

@electroBeam i also think that the term passion is one of the terms which oftentimes get misunderstood. a lot of teachers talk about enlightenment as a passionless state - i think what is meant with passion is a headless passion one that does not compute with your better understanding in that the comparison would be passion vs passion. which one is ego and which one is the calling? don’t get just lost in existence itself try to find meaning in the purpose you create aswell. self or Self that’s the question always.

think about it, science says outer space is a vacuum - you could say on one side nature loves vacuums because vacuum creates space but in another sense you could say it abhors vacuum because it’s at the same time a threat to survival. imagine yourself in space, there is no time no sound no air to breathe that’s what’s the implication for me. we also create metaphorical, emotional vacuums, if you look around you can notice them everywhere. for some people it’s more threatening than to others. imagine a metaphorical vacuum to be a little like a snow globe, it’s not the same but it still is metaphorically very close by. now imagine someone ringed that bell a long time ago and now someone lets the air in. i hope i‘m not hijacking this. vacuum is inherently without meaning.

well, that’s super difficult - it’s not even about marketing but more about the shrooms... you build technology which makes something visible which maintains survival, what if this shrooms technology would help people now finding more shrooms (like for example a technology that would help to find fish) what if all places of growing shrooms would be known and people would start to harvest them? the shrooms would be gone soon. i guess that’s the difference. some things you could do, there is a reason why it’s better to not do marketing for certain things and maybe even destroy the technology or not sell it. it’s not just technology it can be used for a purpose. if you can’t make a difference between these two it’s probably to maintain ego. as long as you use that for yourself or accompany it to a higher purpose, where it actually makes sense might be something else than just throwing it out there. marketing in that would mean assuring the right purpose, and would be a complete different thing than what you are talking about.

although it gives the impression accupuncture could heal a virus - which it probably didn’t. of course in case of symptom management it did. so in case of viruses you need to come from two directions - developing a vaccination and finding solutions to ease the symptoms. if the symptoms are gone its more acceptable to live with a virus. but if the diagnosis was wrong, and if it was not a virus but the immune system, accupuncture is in that case maybe the only way to heal - you see, it’s so complex. diagnosis comes first and then comes solution.

medicine of course is in itself devided - as it has many branches like a tree and a limited capacity. usually methods to save life are better researched than others - it’s like with the hierarchy of needs, survival is first anything else is practically lower magic, the highest magic is to safe lives. if there is one magic tool which solves the problem best of course you would use that in all cases. but if there is no magic tool that works you have to find one. in a lot of cases people are happy to get rid of their illnesses despite side effects - but getting healthy must come from the other side of the pyramide of needs, which means to prevent illnesses at all. a really good doc will sew up a wound and maybe then put the acupuncture needles because he knows they are different magic tools even though both needles. even though he might not put smashed weed on top - the smashed weed they always try to put that in some kind of tube to deny where medicine was coming from. in some sense, sometimes that’s better, because of the potency - but sometimes it just means medicine is already very far away from its roots and in that has to get more flexible again. remembering all branches and the roots. that’s best if not cut for economic reasons. medicine is not an industry, it’s first of all a craft. experimenting with it goes on some ones or some animals body usually, that’s why a good doctor takes risks but usually for life, not against. same goes for psychology. healing instead of destroying.

i‘m talking about design. that’s how it is. it does not become directly a thing - did you ever wonder how all you ever touched came into being? everything has to be made, maintained preserved the way it is - even the thing you use for communication - you can’t write on thin air yet. all of that is made by people who put a lot of love into that - but they also seem to have some blind spots.
