  1. Yeah, but we also rehabilitate them in prison. We give them free education, therapy etc. We don't just let them out and think the prison in itself changed their consciousness in a way. If we didn't go that extra mile to rehabilitate I think most of them would stay the same. Also Anders Breivik (The one who shot those kids at a socialist camp/Utøya) probably won't get out like ever... He's treated very good in prison, and gets therapy. But I can't see our government letting him out because of how mentally ill he is.
  2. Nice The top one is advertisement for collective transportation. Pretty much all ads have a green taste to it, thought these ones were very cute and wanted to share. There are exeptions of course, Norway have some orange colors as well. Good examples are the meat/dairy industry and banks, they make the ads seem super ethical, environmental friendly etc in a sneaky and manipulative way. So they dress them up in green colors in a sense. I feel like obvious orange ads are not very common here This is an advertisement they run on tv right now to get older people to sort more plastic, it's really funny. You can turn on english subtitles if you press the little wheel down in the corner I subscribed to your YouTube channel btw, looks really good. Keep it up
  3. Here's some examples on advertisements in Oslo. Thought it might be interesting as an example for ads in a sd stage green country ?
  4. Hey, I haven't really figured this out I know experiences of ego death is possible, but is it possible to kill it permanently? Do you even want to do that? In that case, How would you even function/survive in the world? On my journey I started out as a weakling, severve victimhood. As I began growing in spirituality and personal development, I experienced my ego growing? Where I earlier felt despair and hopelessness I now felt pride, determination and even an aggressive energy in some cases. I've continued my work, and now I feel more grounded in acceptance, being and equanimity - But I still feel like my ego is bigger than when I first started out. I had a really weak and shattered ego, I feel like I've been repairing it through these techniques rather than shedding it. But I don't know if my ego is huge or if it just seems bigger because I'm hyper aware of it? The thing is, I don't really act on my ego the same way I used to when I was younger. I'm mostly observing it. And also I'm laughing at it alot because it's acting so absurd and selfish at times. But it most defenetly feels louder and more...there? Sooo... Is it possible to completely rid yourself of the ego / do you really want that? Or do you arrive at a place where you "hear" the ego but are able to not identify with it? Or how the fuck does this work? And oh, is my experience of a growing ego normal or have I done something wrong?
  5. I just watched Leos vlog about why his videos are so long, he talks about the trade off in specialization, and Actualized.org content being the skeleton key (insert TES thieves guild reference here). I had a cool insight because of that. My whole life I've been an artist, I didn't do anything besides drawing and painting from a very young age. After I grew older I kind of lost interest in it, I haven't made anything in... 6 years now? I haven't even touched a pencil. I sat down to draw, out of curiosity, some time ago - Just to see if I had lost it. I was prepared to experience a skill decrease, but to my huge suprise my technique had progressed immensely - Without doing any practise at all. I was mind blown by how this was possible. Drawing is so dependent on technique, muscle memory, a sharp eye, stuff that needs continuous practise - But I slowly began to connect the dots. During my time off, I had studied human anatomy because I wanted to become a chiropractor for a while. I had also begun to work out and explored/befriended my own body by moving it (I've never been a fitness person, more of a computer nerd). I had studied human psychology, architecture, learned 3D modeling, dived deep into spirituality, self actualization, philosophy.. And I concluded that by progressing in all of these fields, it added to my artistic skills as well. I had never thought of this as a possibilty at all, that you actually can progress in one field (especially a field like drawing) by developing your skill in other fields - But ofc it makes perfect sense, everything is connected. I don't know why I'm posting this... Just wanted to share my insight, I got excited
  6. I use 3DS max + Vray for visualizations, I think it's a nice program for my kind of use, you can animate to some extent as well. For architecture i use revit.. Blender is good as well as @Shadowraix said, but it all depends on what you want to model. The field is enormous and there's so many different programs for different stuff hahaha nice
  7. all hail nocturnal I don't enjoy hyper focusing on just one thing over long periods of time. I still practice all of the stuff i mentioned, with an exception for anatomy (I found out being a chiropractor wasn't for me). It's my hobbies. I work with architecture and 3D now, and on my spare time I love working out, reading psychology, philosophy, practicing spirituality etc. I don't do it just to "arrive somewhere", more because I enjoy it and because it's fun and fulfilling. It's the self actualization process really You're right
  8. Oh i thought you meant LP as in LP cover hahha, my bad...
  9. Aah cool, so you're a musician? I do graphic design as well, it's so fun to realize how everything interconnects
  10. I don't see how this is bashing at aaall haha, I appreciate your comment a lot. Thanks for feeling great for me. This is kinda what I was trying to say. I learned drawing through brut practise, but I also went to school for it from a young age where I learned classical drawing from an old italian oil painter. I had to do a lot of boring exercises haha. Do you draw? You sound very knowledgeable
  11. Honestly who cares if it contains urine or not? The first time a guy made me do it, it felt so much better than a regular O haha. Like 10 times stronger. If you manage to make her do that she'll probably love you forever To answer your question TS, it works for both, and it feels amazing either way lol. But I guess every girl is different, and it's important that you warm her up and take your time - especially since it's the first time. Make her feel safe and comfortable - But he talks about this in the video as well if I remember correctly
  12. I'm sorry to hear that... Did you watch Leos video - how to deal with powerful negative emotions?
  13. Teal Swan have huge red flags in many ways, but she actually has really good videos on shame on YouTube, I would reccomend to do a quick search. Word of advice: radical open mindedness needed, she's kinda "woo woo" ;p
  14. I have 15,8K instagram followers and I decided to launch my YouTube channel through Instagram. I made sure I had a high quality introduction video, which I payed a friend of mine to do (He's great with the camera). I also payed for the music track license and made sure it all looked really professional. All my friends and family, people I date etc follow my Instagram, so I just did not have the balls to promote something that's low quality in front of them.. I got 100 subs for my new YT channel from almost 16K Instagram followers, so don't expect miracles. I get most of my YT views and traffic through Instagram stories, but I do have the swipe up function which you don't get until you have 10K + followers. I don't know how effective it is at 700. I would advice you to promote your channel through Instagram if you're proud of your content. Proud of what you're saying and proud of the quality. If you like what you're doing it doesn't matter to you what everyone else thinks. It will most def get you some new subs and some views. If you look at other personal development youtubers they use Instagram as well. (Ralph, Aaron, Teal swan ++) They make 1min teasers of their videos and post it on IG. You need balls to put yourself out there to help elevate the collective consciousness. This path has already made you and me weird in the eyes of most people.
  15. Thats the scandinavian fitness method. I feel and look great ??‍♀️ Btw, you don't know my length, weight or the macros of that shake. You don't know if I'm an athlete either ??‍♀️ I use one of the best fitness coaches in Scandinavia, and have been for 5 years. No issues yet. It's perfectly fine to have different food philosophies, but stay humble
  16. "Utopia for realists" is a really cool book on universal basic income! You should read it
  17. You know, I actually had that exact thought at one point during my 30 day meditation retreat. I was in this beautiful forest, my thoughts just stopped and everything started glowing with love. It was super weird and beautiful and I cried like a little baby. It fueled my motivation for doing more work. I don't feel like I really understand anything of what you guys are talking about, but maybe I will further down the road Your post made a lot of sense though! Thanks Ooh, I loved this metaphor. Thanks
