So its really as simple as just allow yourself to be satisfied. Plus see the practice as simply nudging yourself towards being satisfied by the present moment. I get it will require a lot of practice. However, am I missing something? Is the technique that straightforward?

@Leo Gura Brother, although I have made/ recognised critiques on this thread. I think you are enormous force for love and consciousness in the world, and have brought a lot of value to the lives of many. I wouldn't want you to lose sight of all the good that I see you to do.

@John Paul Hey brother, I think therapy could be an awesome step to take. Based off of my theoretical understandings and personal experiences, an in-person depth psychotherapy could be really helpful for you. Life transforming even. I think psychodynamic and IFS therapy could be great ones to look into.

@spiritual memes lmao we have two convos occurring simultaneously. I contemplated the same thought actually. I think you're right. maybe change the style for the advanced spiritual stuff. But i dont know Leo's strategy.

@spiritual memes I agree with you on 'I'm more awakened than you' rhetoric. I don't really like it either, and find it frustrating and irritating/ cringe. Regarding the tone, I actually quite like the tone. I think when done well its raw, gritty, provocative and cuts through to listeners. Also, this type of tone reminds me of a lot of RSD instructors, and I think its very effective at resonating with people who feel disenfranchised. I think lighter, more friendly communications style don't really get through as well to those sorts of folks imo.

@Leo Gura Ye dude I've noticed you put out warnings quite frequently. This youtube dude is the equivalent of a tabloid newspaper imo. I agree with the comments he makes about being kind of heartless in some of the comments towards the suicidal people but not the rest of the vid.

@spiritual memes I get what you're saying dude but I think that the way Leo teaches is very valuable as it is. His present style will inevitably push away a lot of folks but I think also changing the style would also push away a lot of folks.
