Well I’d argue one reason is that a lot of low quality content is made to be very addictive. There is a subject called consumer neuroscience where companies fund studies into how to best trigger peoples brains to engage with their stuff. So they are hacking your brain’s operating system to force you more and more to engage with their low quality content. In consequence, people engage a lot in low quality content and that leads to much ignorance imo. At least this is one reason why many are ignorant.

Can try trauma release exercises and ifs therapy. Plus can also try to spot when you are engaging in black and white thinking. Also routine can help but basics like diet, exercise, good sleep and journalling too imo.

I would see this as green personally. Like as the sign of an open heart. I think a focus on personal growth, potential fulfilment and doing your personal best are pretty standard stage orange traits. A key reason being that there is not a focus on the big picture, ie helping a large population. I still think that would be stage orange. Because again it’s happening in the context of personal strategy and competition. But yeah this is just my opinion. Interesting ideas though mate imo.

If you look up “yes and” comedy technique I think that can help. Also, can experiment with focusing on self amusing, ie saying things that make you laugh. Rather than focusing on saying things to make others laugh
