@manuel bon I struggle with this a lot too. Honestly the best thing maybe for me is to do label objects in my enviornment. Ie start labelling “door”, “lock”, “window” etc. Also I think concentration meditation would probs be helpful. Though, despite my best efforts, I struggle to do it well. All the best bro.
