And paradoxically this makes them more attractive to others than those who vainly desire for attention lol -

Dude I really empathize with what you are going through, but have you ever considered reframing the raw physical sensations your body is experiencing as something other than negative? That perhaps you are smacking negative thought labels on what your mind/body is going through and that in fact is the problem? If you inquire into the raw actual experience of what is happening and not be in resistance, then these rough times you think you are experiencing are going to pass. That is the nature of reality, nothing is permanent and each moment is 100% distinct from the next. In the future I advise you to stop doing psychedelics before you get better control of your thinking and emotions -

So they claim its bad for your nervous system just because they felt their chakra color go away? How can you make a blanket statement saying that the substance is bad for your nervous system? -

I've thought the same thing, he is such an embodiment of love and compassion, but never shares the epistemic roots of what he tells his audience -
That is interesting that the theoretical foundation in non-duality is the difference maker here. Would you say, speaking in generalities, that the more of a foundation in that one has the more the experiences are easier to handle or navigate? Like, even if there are some frightening ones inevitably thrown in there, that foundation would have saved you from falling into a deeper terror or resisting surrendering the ego?

In not familiar with other-old books, but am familiar with Jesus. Let me clarify, I'm not at all "worried" about what this scripture is saying or what the bible says in general. I hardly ever think about Jesus, my old religion, or the bible. I know it is misinterpreted largely and says a bunch of ridiculous things. I was simply intrigued and had a question relating Jesus and non-duality since he was supposedly an enlightened figure. Like @mandyjw said reframing old teachings that you were previously indoctrinated with and relating them to enlightenment and truth can be therapeutic and healing on its own, but you would have to have my life experience to understand -
Seems like a lot of you guys are doing these powerful psychedelics extremely often, do you believe in an integration period? Is there benefit to doing it so often? Like from my understanding 5 meo is the most intense experience the human psyche can undergo, is it just like that on the regular after repeated use? I mean if you are doing the most profound experience you could possibly imagine on a weekly or monthly basis, what is the rush to jump back in so quickly besides escaping your baseline mind state? This is not a criticism, am just curious

@khalifa Do you exercise or work out of all? Maybe engaging in some challenging exercise will direct your energy and focus out of that and help heal your body and improve your sleep quality -

Really missing Paul Stamets on Joe Rogan, I listened to that podcast so many times. I feel like Joe just finds Alex's Jones rhetoric mentally stimulating over other potentially boring guests, even though what he's saying is so misguided. Has Joe ever had a guest talk about spirituality/non-duality without dismissing them as woo-woo? Joe is so open minded but still so painfully closed minded at the same time. Like this mma coach he had on who was introducing new ideas to him about the philosophy of science and where science falls short, and he was just in his panties so offended that negative things were being said about science -

Nice wordplay. This is true people just react unconsciously that you can't invest too much frustration or negative emotions in it, they are just doing what they are conditioned to do most of the time. -

@Nahm This is insanely mind-blowing for me how hidden in plain sight that message is. I don't think I ever would have seen it in that light. Where did you learn this if you don't mind me asking? -
This right here is a great answer

My best advice nutrition wise is get more of the mineral iodine in your diet, the best source being a fresh seaweed salad. It will help your thyroid a lot.

Thats true, again I have a lot of subconscious indoctrination still deep inside of me from my former religion. But I'm not obsessed with his words at all, it just popped into my head as random curiosity. And asked in the original post if this was even translated correctly, from which I should have realized there is no way of knowing anyway, so this was essentially pointless to ask. I just thought in a forum discussion I could get a little additional light shed on Jesus instead of it just being automatically reduced down to "You are God". But I see where you are coming from though and think you are right, yes this is extremely indirect -

You're right, I was looking at it the wrong way, probably from my left-over indoctrination. Thanks. I realize that this is an abstract mind game now but at the same time I still have some curiosity about this specific quote that Jesus said and the nature of his enlightenment. if I am curious about something specific in this world or at least asking a question about something, I think even you would agree that "Im God, I'm (insert subject of question)" is not going to cut it as the answer to everything in relative life even though its true. -
Thanks! Glad you found it helpful

This is something I tried the other day that I hope other people get benefit from: If you have a sexual urge and would otherwise be tempted to view porn, instead of looking up porn, just look up (google image) pictures of a naked woman (not a pornographic picture like intercourse) just like a beautiful naked model you find insanely hot. And just admire the beauty of the female body without touching yourself, for several minutes. You will still get some pleasure out of this but it will be much more subtle and you can become more aware of the qualities you are attracted to instead of just being desensitized by jumping straight to something a lot more intense that will numb you. Doing this my urge seemed to magically just disappear after a while and I seemed to be more in touch with my sexuality. If it doesnt work for you, see if you can please yourself (do the deed) just by looking at that same picture again (or even better, imagination) instead of jumping to intense video stuff. This will build up your sensitivity and will make you more conscious about any addictive qualities. hope others can find value in this tactic i experimented with. Came up with this while microdosing on psilocybin, oddly enough.

Yet you are the one judging others by insulting me and pretending to know me when peoples responses back to you have just been directly trying to help your understanding. That alone speaks volumes about your low maturity level and high level of internal turmoil. Wish you the best

Use them as a mirror to find the things you need to work on to raise your own consciousness instead of judging them or caring about their opinion of you

Well wheat is a simple carbohydrate, a simple sugar. Little nutritional value sugar is addictive its dulling because once its metabolized and your blood sugar comes back down from the spike it gets your brain is devoid of that fuel which is why complex carbohydrates and healthy fats are better for the brain since they give you a gradual steady release in blood sugar and often contain more vitamins/minerals

Thats awe inspiring that youve done it so many times Has your relationship with it evolved over time? Like how was the first few times you did it compared to like 50, 60 times in? Or is it just completely different every time radically? -
Wouldn’t your soul already be in a different dimension if thats what you believe you are? Where is your soul located in this dimension then?
