Death totally rocks -
I think its because of taking rejection personally. You just have to know 100% that it doesn't matter if someone rejects you for being your true authentic self because others will love you for being just that. Nothing was inherently wrong with you, it just wasn't meant to be but beyond that rejection the options and opportunities are still endless.

If we were in a simulation, our simulation would be just as real as the reality in which we are being simulated. So the chain would go on with infinite simulations. But reality itself no matter what level of the simulation would be pure consciousness. -

@cetus56 Those are some spiritual looking cacti! -
@Meetjoeblack ..wtf? @TDW1995 Its about doing all those practices you listed but embracing the mindset that there really is nothing to lose, being detached from the result and being content with yourself no matter what happens.

My significant other is Indian, visited once and never wants to go back. Its very under developed, I would think hard about moving there for business reasons.

This thread makes me want to simultaneously torture myself with the most horrid taste ever while knowing I will dissolve in an ocean of love. -

Looking at the "alien" thing for a few seconds is precisely the point. You want to wonder about what the hand is actually, beyond the labels and your perception of it. What is it prior to your interpretation of it, what is it made of, why is it there, how is it possible? -

Much love thank you. Ebay like the girl that isn't as classically hot but is much livelier in the bedroom. -
@Leo Gura Thanks for the insights, I relate to what you are talking about when sometimes its just "off" and its an unknown why.

What were the challenges of the bad trips you've described you had?

These ones were like 4ft tall, what a rip off. Let us know how your experience goes. I've been wondering the same questions about dosage. It might be good to watch the hamiltons pharmacopia episode on peyote if you haven't yet, he eats it raw. I'm also a "bring it on" type of person when it comes to downing plant material most consider gross. Like Kratom, I don't even mind the taste at all I just sip it like a normal drink. Willing to endure the horrid taste for a beautiful trip. -

I went to a cactus store last weekend and they were selling large san pedro cacti, got real excited and then saw a single one was near $800. -
You're making an ideology about how ejaculating under any circumstance is energy draining and bad. And then projecting it on Leo, who may have no problem with it whatsoever. Its about your individual relationship to it. Its not black and white. Just because that mindset serves you because you used to have issues with it doesn't mean it holds true for others. Human physiology is not that black and white either when it comes to ejaculation. The poison is in the dose per say.

IME its an amazing magical substance that has helped me a lot in different areas of my life, including helping my body with pain and developing more body awareness. I always try to use it with intention not just pure recreation. Definitely important to keep your tolerance low and use it in a well rounded healthy lifestyle. -
Assuming you know her in person? Build a rapport with her in person and maybe send her a couple of funny snaps or compliment her in a non sexual way if she posts something interesting. Then ask her out in person, if not possible then on snapchat. If she is less than thrilled to say yes and gives you a maybe or no, be polite and confident about it, and then move on to the next. Use snapchat as a secondary thing after connecting in person, try to only use when don't have another option.

Its one thing to go full on with a ketogenic diet and another to strategically tap into ketosis here and there for the benefits (energy, mental clarity, cellular health, longevity) like doing some longer intermittent fasting on some days and saving the carbs for later in the day, especially post-workout. Wouldn't recommend going on a full ketogenic diet unless you had a special reason or condition. Especially when pairing with intense exercise, your body really could use those carbs at the proper time. Whats your thoughts on Matcha before psychedelics? -
Theres no “best diet”, only quality foods and nutrient variety. After that it comes down to how much you are eating and your training. Whether or not its worth it to go to the gym while being vegan is a separate issue from whether or not its worth it to exercise while being vegan (and the answer is 100% yes if you care about optimizing your health)

@Recursoinominado How people react to you shouldn’t make you question yourself like that. You might want to reframe how you address those topics you bring up or relate to the person. You could have a good intention but have it come off in a self righteous way. You have to be subtle and maybe pose questions to make them think. What others choose to do is on them, all you can do is do your part and plant a seed but their motivation comes from witnin.

Thanks for sharing this channel. Enjoyed those 2 videos. -
-Cycle high intensity/low to moderate intensity workouts. -Switch up exercises to target body movement in all planes of motion -Build strength with function, targeting end ranges of motion with stability so your shoulders/hips/spine will be healthy -Make sure sleep/nutrition are on point -Properly warm up before high intensity (takes longer to warm up than most people think for optimal performance) -Use cold thermogenesis (cold showers/contrast showers) for muscle recovery with deep nasal breathing All this advice won't help much unless you get an experiential understanding of these concepts. Seek out a quality trainer to monitor your movement quality if you can.

What I got from that video is that the root cause is the lack of emotional maturity to sit in a room by yourself without distraction, just you and your thoughts. The root of addiction is trying to escape from that. You can't say that this approach isn't working if you haven't taken the time to confront this existential boredom/loneliness and have undergone the work over a substantial time period in spite of the suffering it may bring about.
