No it isn’t. It’s doing this to defend a apartheid and ethnic cleansing operation on millions of people in Palestine by mass murdering Lebanese civilians with the Dahiya doctrine. Israel itself funneled weapons to rebels and terrorists in Syria who killed thousands of civilians and caused Iran and Hezbollah to intervene and expand the war because they wanted to weaken Assad which resulted in hundreds of thousands of more civilian deaths in Syria.
