Most people take years to change their mind on deeply held beliefs.

The problem with banning certain views is it ends the chance for them to change their mind. I’ve seen people in this forum change their minds and deradicalize through dialogue. Had they been banned it may not have happened.

I’ve been calling for a ceasefire from day 1, and from day 1 Hamas said they’d return the hostages in exchange for a ceasefire. You and the pro Israeli’s here have been saying the war should continue, this means you are prioritizing a different goal than getting the hostages back, not me.

We already have historical precedents of the most powerful military in history, a corrupt Supreme Court, a corrupt law enforcement, and rising corporate tyranny overseen by president Trump for 4 years. Did all of America collapse and everyone’s lives get ruined? No.

Can we please receive a text warning and explanation of what is wrong with the post and how to change it to make it quality before we are removed

1) if all you care about is experience see Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Martin Heinrich, and Jim Acosta who have me experience than her and are saying Biden cannot win 2) people with “experience” also said Hillary would beat Trump. Didn’t happen. You evaluate things based on argument, not authority.

Because you are assuming it’s biased on irrational culture war issues. It isn’t, many people predicted something like this happening for years based on clear societal trends and government policies many of which were avoidable.

That’s the thing, they keep changing it. First they said they killed 14K, then 13K, then later 9K. The most recent claim is the one I linked.

38K is the combination of killed Hamas and killed civilians the 14K is hamas fighters killed or injured, this is the idf’s most recent announcement you can see in the article I linked, it doesn’t say how many are killed vs injured within the 14K so we also include the total injured 89K so it’s 14K to (38K + 89K - 14K)
