In such a high state, you would be so blissed out and perceive everything as perfect. You could be living under a bridge, homeless, etc… and it would not matter. Because your happiness is not dependent on external circumstances. Would be quite hard to function without pressuring yourself, and being dissatisfied to some degree to pursue a “better” life and strive for “improving” -
When you put it like that, yeah this guy really is a fool if you break it down piece by piece. sigh...

@ryoko The demonization is more of stage green quality Look at them! they are perpetrators, they are bad, etc.. Stage yellow would think about how to look at things more clearly without judgement, Understanding the nature of situation, As a starting point!

You think too little of yourself. Keyword being: think
-
@jacknine119The purpose is to do it so much that it stops affecting you Then you can express yourself more genuinely and freely Paradoxically, you will become more attractive and magnetic because of this Rejection is inevitable. Might as well get over it on some level, instead of trying to avoid it

Make a goal to become rejected The more you fail, the better you'll get Also the more you get rejected, the less you will care Like a weight lifted off your shoulders If you approach like 5-7 people you will suddenly stop caring progressively This effect compounds over time But can also be achieved in a single session like I mentioned above

The thing is bro, You can use your gifts of influence for good. Instead of playing a win-lose game where you take advantage of others. You can play the game in a way the benefits both parties. The problem with playing the style you’re doing currently, is that you will end up lonely and with shallow relationships… That will be hellish. And you created it. By creating games that foster good will between yourself and others, Others will gravitate towards you and appreciate you genuinely. You will have support from other people. You will contribute to the world in a positive way that adds to it. More and better opportunities will come your way. With your current approach, you will run into a walls eventually. It’s not sustainable. @JosephKnecht 🤣 -

@Princess Arabia Gawd Dayum!!! Don’t tempt me. 😝 -
I mean like in an everyday sense. How you view life. How you approach life. And everyday practical matters.

What the title says. Who are the best thinkers you've come across? With really off the wall, out of the box thinking that perhaps challenged or changed your perspective.

@Leo Gura It was the wicked witch then. Now it’s your murderer, rapist, drug dealer neighbor Jose. Not much has changed, fundamentally. Humans are hardwired for tribalism. -

fundamentally I think a lot of it is just low IQ. I see so many people regurgitating Trump word for word without any ability to analyze things, and come to their own conclusions. -

I think that those with the preference so to speak for solitude are accurate in "seeing through all the bullshit" that comes with socializing. However, I also think that we completely miss out on the richness of social connection and intimacy... Partly because we dismiss entirely and perhaps because we cannot fully perceive it or "tune" into that frequency. A form of blindness if you will from both ends. Different wiring.

Love how much they appreciated what he just did. Watched the whole thing. It’s pretty impressive

I recognize that my model of the world is limited. And am gathering more data as an ongoing project. I agree it is a judgement. But we need to make judgements everyday to some extent. It could be very costly for me from a "survival" perspective to not have somewhat of a grasp on people. I need to handle people differently according to their abilities, strengths & weakness , so on and so forth. Imagine allowing some 90 IQ sociopath ruin my life because I was too charitable in my judgement of him. One must have a strong grasp of other people, and yes that leads to certain judgments of depth, values, etc... because I need to fucking understand what motivates them. And of course that model could be completely off the mark, but I am still alive. So my method is serving it's purpose thus far. The quote I used in that context was to show that we usually give the silent types the benefit of the doubt that they are smarter, that there are silently judging our intellectual superiority. But the reality is that if many of them spoke up, we'd realize how fucking stupid they are they wouldn't get the benefit of our generous heuristic.

It's quite obvious if you interact with and observe people that there is differences in depth between people, and consequently different personalities. But yes there are dumbass introverts as well. Plenty of them. Like they say, better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

@WonderSeeker Personally when I did sales I def felt like I had to lean into that cut throat manipulativeness to make progress. Its the nature of the game. Some people have no moral qualms about it. When I would bring it up to them, their reaction was like "that's life" and dismissive. For me it took about 1 year to more or less become myself again and uproot the manipulativeness I developed. I worked in D2D also. And yes the best guys that I worked with were very manipulative and dishonest. I do think there are people that are effective without being that way but overwhelmingly not what I observed in D2D from the best. The best way to get people to make a decision now is through scarcity and urgency. I remember doing this to some latino immigrants telling them the promotion for a Samsung phone was going to end soon and that this was the top of the line phone and I overhear them telling their family members frantically about it. 😂😂😂😂😂 They ended up buying the phone. But for me these cheap psychological trips, in the name of profit and capitalism are not genuine and where we need to move towards imo.
