Thanks guys, I will really contemplate about it, and figure it out. Your tips was still very helpful.

That is it? They won't even take me 2 minutes...What else can I do?

Thank you. I appreciate you.

Thank you! I thought we needed to drink alkaline water. Ralph Smart advises to drink litres of ph 9-10 water. Therefore I asked this question. Is it good to filter the tap water and drink it? Will it make it less acidic and flush out flouride? I have seen on YouTube, Yogi advise to drink water with one slice of lime and two slices of cucumbers, it will make it more alkaline, what do you think about that?

Is eating at 9 a.m. unhealthy? What is the best time to eat in the morning?

Thank you. I will check out the Podcast. 12-hour fast compared to 14-hour fast, does it make a big difference?

Is it important to track my habits? Or is it counter-productive?

Thank you so much, this was very helpful. Very comprehensive. I appreciate it. I will apply this 100%. Personally, I am now focusing on applying Intermittent Fasting into my daily routine. Purpose is not to lose weight. I personally like it, I think it can improve health and increase energy. My question is: Can 12-hour fast be considered as intermittent fasting? I am asking this question because sometimes, as a result of my schedule, on some days, I am unable to do 16-hour fasting, but I am confident that I will be able to do 12-hour fasts, every single day.

Thank you. Personally, I do the finger pressure and it works fine for me. What do you use in your practice? If you haven't tried the finger pressure, personally I like it.

I do daily 20 minute concentration practice. Problem I have is: Most of the time I am really able to focus full 20 minutes like a hawk but there are some instances I am unable to really concentrate and my mind just start to wonder. In those cases, I feel like: I did not actually do my concentration practice and wasted time...Is this part of getting good at it? Part of the actual practice itself?

Agree. 100%

Thank you. Oral health is important because it effects whole lot of others things too...

Ralph Smart often says in his videos about third eye that fluoride calcifies pineal gland, which causes third eye to close, that is one of the main reasons why many people are asleep, plugged in the maya. To be honest I don’t see lot of fuss around toothpaste, that’s why when I ask this question, people do not even take seriously, most of the time. I agree with you, it really depends on the food we consume. Eating dairy, meat, high acidic foods, wheat will cause yellow teeth, tonsil stones and all sort of horrible stuff...

Yes, finally someone who does something different about brushing teeth. Thank you. - Why you started doing that? Do you think same way as I about this toothpastes. I will try that too.

Concentration problem would be, if you actually build up a momentum but you can still not focus...But I doubt that would happen, focus on building up a micro momentum, you will get 'in the zone', and things will go smoothly.

Is multi-tasking (way I multi-task is for example: Listening to self help videos while eating, taking a shower) is killing my ability to concentrate? I also want to mention that I do my daily concentration practice. - Is concentration something to be practiced from moment to moment?
-
At what time of the day he does it? Can you tell me sbout it more? I will, that's a good idea but still, don't you see a problem that these toothpastes have a flouride in them?

I had same problem in my Basketball practice. At the start of the workout, it was hard to concentrate and actually do the moves way I do them usually. As I have found, problem was I wanted to get to the big stuff, too quickly. I wanted to handle big stuff, have high performance with 0 momentum. Way I solved that, is by starting small. (In Basketball for example, I started to shooting close range shots at first, rather than starting shooting from the half-court. I start feeling how Basketball and net feels at first, rather than going straight into actual training) I realized that it was not really problem of concentration, it was really about peak performance. Thing which helped realize that was Leo's video about Peak Performance. Leo has a great episode which talks about peak performance. https://www.actualized.org/articles/peak-performance I applied the concept of MICRO MOMENTUM in my daily Basketball practice, and it really helped me. I think, it will help you in studying too. I would not consider that as a concentration issue, I think it's more about knowing how our performance works, knowing about momentum and than applying micro momentum in your every day tasks and life.

I am asking people around me same questions and they are not even taking it seriously... Have you ever tried that?

From what you said, I think your problem is not that you lack concentration, your challenge is that you believe that you lack concentration, you unconsciously adopted a self-image of a person who lacks concentration. To better underatand this, I advice you listen to Aaron Doughty's podcast episode about Self-Image. I am confident it will change your life for the better, here's the link: https://podcasts.google.com/?feed=aHR0cHM6Ly9leHBhbmR5b3VyYXdhcmVuZXNzLmxpYnN5bi5jb20vcnNz&episode=NGJhNDc5ODZjMjljNDFmYTlhODg0NmNiNjA4OGUzODU&hl=en-GE&ep=6&at=1569829488551 I had same challenge with Visualization. I unconsciously adopted a self-image of a person who could not visualize and was not able to clearly see his visions. I became aware of that which then allowed me to consciously change my visualization self-image. I changed it. I start believing that I can actually visualize. I start telling myself that I can vividly see and feel, everything I visualize. As a result, my visualization practice became 1000x more vivid and enjoyable because now as a result of my shift in self-image, I am able to clearly see and feel my visualizations. As Ralph Smart likes to say: 'It's all BS.' --- It's all belief system.

I agree with your point, but for me to be honest, eating is another form of meditation, when I eat, I really focus on it, and it becomes a meditation for me. What I also understood is that we can be multi-tasking unconsciously, what do I mean by that? When I am eating for example, I can start thinking about something else without intention, and at that moment, I am multi-tasking unconsciously. Or when I am doing static stretching, I can start unintentionally listening to someone else talking, while I am stretching, that is multi-tasking too. So, what I concluded is that to really develop great concentration, I need to be really mindful throughout the day too, just turning off some music is not enough. Turning off the music is the fake growth. Real growh would be to become more mindful, regardless if music is on or not. You are 100% right, I thought multi-tasking was very black and white but that is not the case. That' a great insight I will apply. Thanks.

How my behavior changed after reading this book: - Competition cease to exist. After really understanding the nature of competition, which is explained in the book, my awareness of it really helped me. - I started to practice more awareness. Krishnamurti imposes importance of awareness many times in the book. - Ambition...I stopped wanting to become somebody, instead I started examining who I am and start becoming my authentic delf. Author clearly explained how bad ambition really is. - I stopped comparing myself to anything and anyone. Comparative mind is a weak mind. I became aware of that after reading the book. - Book encouraged me to do what I really love to do, to take action, not to get something, but because I love to do it. That's true greatness.

How does that affect your eating? Personally, when I do that, I start eating very fast, without properly chewing the food, which is not good for digestion...

‘When a man makes his thoughts pure, he no longer desires impure food’ - One of my favorite lines from the book. Amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you! Great resource! I am always curious: Why to take vitamin c supplement every single day, when bell pepper has 200% more vitamin c than daily amount needed?
