  1. Thank you. There is no better consciousness work, than to appreciate the work others have done. For me, it's about taking the energy I get from being inspired by someone (What you wrote is very inspiring), and using that energy for creating. It's wonderful.
  2. 1. Other students and teachers. In my opinion, you introducing non-duality in your university, was not a mistake I am not surprised by results through. I am not surprised that people around you, were negative towards spirituality. It just shows, how school; universities are. ItYour university, with it's teachers, 99.9% of students (probably 100%), is filled with average-low conscious people. Problem is not with you talking about non-duality. Truth is that, these people are just projecting their own negativities onto you. Anything unkown for them is an enemy because they are low conscious. You must become aware of that, while presenting your ideas. While you are presenting, remind yourself of this every single time someone starts talking negatively. Remind yourself that they are supposed to be doing and in my opinion, that's a good sign of you doing thigs right. This will make things whole lot easier for you. 2. Being overwhelmed. I think you being overwhelmed is because you are attached to the outcomes, way too much. Detach from the outcomes. Remain calm, do what you love, be yourself. 3. Be yourself. Don't do what others are doing because that's definitely wrong. Do something extraordinary. Every time, others show resistance towards you doing something different, be happy! That's a clear sign that you are doing something right with your life. I don't want to help you. Goal of me writing this was: Helping you, help yourself. Just remember: Ultimately Nothing Matters...Napoleon Hill wrote this in his book 'Grow Rich with Peace of Mind'.
  3. What you added was very helpful. In your opinion, what is the best solution with my food debate; meat eating, not eating meat...? Deep contemplation? Is my belief the issue?
  4. It makes sense, thinking from this perspective. It's sneaky. I kind of got it, thanks to the last paragraph which you wrote. Issue is not that eating meat is low or conscious, it's my belief in "objective reality", saying that meat eating is low conscious...But I said it from direct experience like, when I ate meat, I felt my vibration decrease...but was that created by my BELIEF? I don't know if I got what you are saying, but at least I can say, it really touched me, so I appreciate you...
  5. I don’t get it...Can you explain, what do you mean by “The food debate will go on as long as the collective belief in objective reality does - for you.” more deeply?
  6. I don’t know this as a fact, but from my direct experience I can say following: Consuming protein before bed is not a good idea because it makes individual “active”, making it unable to sleep well. If you want to consume protein before bed, it will be better to consume protein like Buckwheat. Buckwheat can actually help you fall asleep. Google best and worst foods to consume before bed, create your bed-time meal with right foods, and I think, that is good way to go. As a I said, Bananas and Sweet Potatoes are the best.
  7. I also do not eat gluten. I did not really researched to be honest, I just listened to my body: While eating gluten, my legs felt very heavy. Stopped eating gluten, my legs feel whole lot better. Same thing happened to Novak Djokovic, there is a video of him talking about this on YouTube. So I think, it is a great decision to cut out gluten from your nutrition plan. There are so many alternatives, why to eat that?
  8. What you ate as your large meal before bed? Some foods before bed will disrupt your sleep. Some foods will help you sleep. In my experience: - At night: Bananas, Sweet Potatos, Nuts, can help sleep.
  9. What you said makes sense, high conscious person will stay high conscious, no matter what. Another thing is high conscious person won't overdose on meat like low conscious people do. So amount in my opinion matters, in terms of consciousness and energy. Is that a case?
  10. What's your opinion about fear, hatred, death energies which are in that meat? Consciousness is energy based, meat is low vibrational energy, so it must have an affect...What do you think?
  11. If person is actually high conscious, why would they still eat meat or junk? In my opinion, more individual increases his consciousness, less he will want meat or junk food.
  12. Thanks. Very helpful. What I will do is: Measure my foods raw. Only cook foods which I measured and as a result, everything will be accurate...
  13. I am trying to count macros, but I got little bit confused. - Should I measure food raw or cooked? - Why there is difference between macros in cooked food vs uncooked (like for example: Lentils uncooked have 25 grams of protein vs. Cooked lentils which have 9 grams of protein) - How to do it properly?
  14. Thanks. Why do you think that Joe Rogan's Podcast is not good source of information? What's your opinion about vegan athletes?
  15. Wow, what you said is very surprising to me. I thought, Joe’s podcast was good source of information. Personally, I can’t call him one sided. Main point I got from his information was: ‘You can be vegan but make sure, you do it right.’ I think movie was very one sided. Also, I want to ask you: - I like your point, when you said that we must eat meat consciously. Can you explain that in more detail? What do you mean by that? Just how much meat is okay to consume, in your opinion of course...
  16. Is it okay to eat same foods and same meals every single day? Is it a myth that eating same foods and same meals can cause problems?
  17. Do we have to eat meat out of necessity? I listened to Joe Rogan, he is against veganism. Rogan debunked the movie “The Game Changers”. Also he said that there are no champion, high-level vegan athletes: No athletes who started out as a vegan, from the young age. There are athletes, who built their strength on animal based diet, switched to veganism, and they declined. In this case, can we conclude that people like athletes have to eat meat? Also what I found very interesting is that, meats are so nutrient dense that individual does not need to eat lot of it. Looking at most people, they eat too much meat, because they are low conscious. I don’t know this for a fact, but I think Leo does not eat meat like most people, because way most people eat meat, is just straight up wrong...
  18. How much fruits and vegetables to eat per day?
  19. So it depends how people kill them? How can person actually know that, while buying?
  20. Thanks. I asked this question because when we eat same meals, it is easier to stay consistent, but Your point also really makes sense to me.
  21. What about protein? Protein sources are same in every season...I don’t know...really what I am interested in: If individual consume right amount of carbs, protein and fat, all from healthy sources, but consumes it from same meals, would eating same meals every day have a bad affect on him?
  22. When I felt sleepy around 09:30 pm, I went to bed around 10:30 - 11:00 pm, and got up around 07:00 - 07:20 am. Is it caused by that? Thanks
