  1. It’s amazing, I love Neville Goddard’s work. It’s extremely simple and effective,
  2. Stop paying attention to my thoughts? After meditation my thoughts are slowed down, in ordinary situations my thoughts are speed up. I can use treadmill as an example. After I meditate, treadmill of life is on 4 mph. When I don’t, it is on 14mph...can you understand? Maybe I am explaining things vaguely...
  3. Most important thing which aI got form the video was this: If you want to have kids, go ahead. If you don’t, there is 0 issue. Unconsciousness is a box, Consciousness is freedom. Videos was about freeing people from thinking, that they must reproduce, I. My personal experience, I see people who really do not want to have kids, but they still have them, just for sake of conformity...That’s basically why most parents sent their children to school, basically to get rid of them for major part of the day. This sounds ridiculous, but just wanted to share... @Anton Rogachevski Leo did not said anything against reproduction, he just explained, that it is not SHOULD.
  4. What is the best way to build muscle and also, get the six pack, simultaenously? How to do it? ☆ While beginning at 'Skinny Fat' ~ Skinny person with high percentage body fat level? ☆ Is this bad, because skinny dude will get even skinnier? Is there a way to get a muscle mass, and 6 pack simultaneously?
  5. That makes sense but, here is what happens in my direct experience: After meditation, I feel whole lot different compared to when I do other things.
  6. In Bible, it's written that women should serve men. That's not girls and boys. That is about, subconscious mind serving conscious mind... Program subconscious mind with right wealth attitude, person will be a money magnet, basically...Most people are trash-magnets because of social conditioning. *I do not identify myself as a religious guy or scientific minded, rationalist, all of that stuff BS...I am open minded, I take what makes sense, leave the dogma. @Meditationdude Why exercise? Meditation helps exercise? Is it okay to go in public, after meditation? This question sounds stupid, but I am asking this for the same reason as I posted before, reason of unconscious mind...
  7. Is it good to put legs up to the wall after working out? Guys, what's your experience with that?
  8. Yes. That is the one point, but also point of his work is to inspire others. And by uplifting me, he inspires me. Point accomplished. Tadaaaa.
  9. My post was not about Leo giving meanings, it was about seeing how inspiring is it to see person grow...
  10. It is inspiring to see Leo go this far...Once upon a time, he had struggle with his weight Look, where he is now. That should be inspiring for anybody.
  11. I can't agree with that. When I watch Leo's newest, I feel uplifted. I can feel his positive energy and presence. After the videos, my mind is more clear and focused.
  12. That's very harsh, unprofessional, straight up rude, and untrue. Advice I can give you is: Appreciate Yourself. Appreciate Leo, he is magnificent individual, doing exceptional work. Be grateful that actualized.org exists. Practice gratitude and say, 'thank you' more often. Spread love and consciousness.
  13. I don't see a problem, in way Leo explains thing. People who just take his words and call him names are DEVILS PROJECTING. What Leo does seems easy, but it's not. He can't do what you are saying because that would be washed up version of everything he is talking about. Leo can get whole lot more money fron actualized.org and whole lot more views, by doing what you are saying here. Sugarcoating stuff and making clickbait videos. But he is not doing that...Stuff he talks about, listener ain't suppose to get it right away, got to directly experience it and come back. This is not Tony Robbins Self-Help. Also, what I wanna mention is this: Best thing to do is watch Leo’s advanced teachings and SUPPLEMENT it with other videos, like for example law of attraction videos, and things of that nature.
  14. Profound. This really touched me. Thank you.
  15. When I first found Actualized.org, my first excuse to not watch was this: 'Videos are too long. I don't have time for it' As Khabib Nurmagomedov likes to say: 'This is number one bullshit.' In my opinion, this is number one loser's excuse. I am writing this post to help you to understand, how easy it is to actually watch 300 hours of Leo's content, you just have to watch: 50 minutes, every single day for 1 year. That's it!!!! Just imagine, how easy it is + how rewarding. At the end of that 365 days, individual will be completely different, improvement will be extreme... Prime example for my life is: I used to spend like 1 hour, watching UFC fighters. That's cool. That's not good or bad. I found UFC fighters, to be very inspiring...What I did: I just rearranged that hour differently, I spend 50 minutes watching Leo and 10 minutes, watching UFC fighters. Wonderful decision. Life-changing. Simple. Hope this helps you too.
  16. I know you asked about music, but maybe you can try listening to affirmations..Personally, I listen to affirmations, and for me they are life-changing. Hope this helps. Self-Awareness is key.
  17. @Leo Gura What's your opinion on Neville Goddard? I think, he was enlightened from what I read in his "At Your Command" In the book he explains: Bible and Truth about Tithing. He also talked about, how consciousness is the only reality. He also said that point of Jesus life was to show us that men are just garment, where God = 'Awareness of Being' dwells in. He encourages reader to awake to his true self: Formless awareness, consciousness...And to manifest every desire from that point.
  18. I think, this kind of change is best for long-term because it is simply and easy to follow... This is like working out and nutrition. Simple workout and nutrition plan will always get done. Complicated workout, will never get done, consistently and 'Dieting' will never bring true change. Not because person is lazy, it's because things are complicated... I think, my advice will most help, person who just stumbled upon actualized.org --- At that point, our first instinct is 'Videos are so long. I don't have any time for this.' Personally, I was used to watching 3 minute, clickbaite videos of how one fighter trash talked another one. Of course I would think that...3 min videos will waste someone's life away as opposed to your content, which will save person from wasting 70 years of their life, jiggling balls around.
  19. For me diet is about consciousness. As consciousness increses, diet changes. When my consciousness increased, I was no longer craving junk + meat. Key is to eat consciously. In my opinion, if individual started eating food more mindfully and consciously, he/she would not be able to eat 500g of fried meat, like most people do... What is bad for environment is humans eating unconsciously. I don't think, things are as simple as just saying: 'Stop killing animals and problems solved' Awareness alone is curative.
  20. Of course. As I said action is the key but theory is important too... @Moreira I am confident that all of hours which you have invested in self-help, completely rewired you, and changed you for better. I don't think, it's about 'remembering' everything. Those things will be with you forever. @Rinne I speed watch some self help videos too, but I watch Leo's videos on normal speed. I found that to be more effective for me. I agree, 100%.
  21. I watched Leo’s life-changing video about patience. In this episode, he advised to devote 1 hour per week to strategizing. I strategized for the first time, today. During the session, I had this concern: I think I am doing it wrong, and I am wasting time by strategizing incorrectly. Those of you who strategize; are experienced in strategizing, can you give me advice on how to actually strategize? What’s the best way to strategize? *By strategizing, I mean: Planning/thinking about/strategizing the future.
  22. I can't understand, what you are saying.
  23. You are right, I did not gave enough information...But my question was not on what to strategize for but HOW to strategize, for anything. - I thought, there were some general rules to follow while strategizing, that's why I asked. Thanks for the feedback. Clarity and being practical are the keys. Thank you.
