  1. Yeah you most likely won't feel something from these KAP videos. KAP usually only works if you join a live session. I mentioned the KAP videos only to convey how strong it can be for some people. In regard to? Currently my state of being is peaceful and blissful but there is also frustration. There is some surrender but there is also control. I could change my attitude and be the whole day in bliss without frustration, but that's not what I currently want. I like having some level of frustration and even some anger because that makes me more productive. Currently my priority is progress. But at some point my priority will become happiness and then I will prefer bliss and peace over frustration and anger. By subjective change and improvement.
  2. Yes In my opinion, sleep yoga is the most powerful skill for both self mastery and spiritual mastery.
  3. When there are appearances of a seperate self and when it feels completely realistic and real that there actually is a real seperate self then that is practically true. Imagination is reality. There really is no practical difference between this scenario of a perfect 'illusion' of a seperate self, vs an actual objectively real seperate self. Relative to the perspective of this apparent seperate self, this seperate self is completely real, as real as real gets. So relative to that perspective it is true that the seperate self exists. Relative to a higher state of consciousness this apparent seperate self is an illusion. But from the perspective of the seperate self, this truth (of it being and illusion relative to a high state of consciousness) has no value or significance, because relative to the seperate self, the seperate self is completely real. It is a bias to prefer what is true relative to a low state of consciousness. But it is also a bias to prefer what is true relative to a high state of consciousness. You can't escape bias. So practically speaking, it doesn't matter whether a decision is a bias or not. It only matters whether that decision brings you happiness and wellbeing or not. And that is of course relative. For some the bias towards what is true relative to a high state of consciousness brings satisfaction. For others the bias towards what is true relative to a low state of consciousness brings satisfaction. No choice is inherently more true or better. (But it can be argued that the second choice brings overall more wellbeing. Because that second choice is essentially the bias towards only "the good", that which brings wellbeing. Whereas the first choice is the bias towards no bias, which means accepting both that which brings wellbeing and that which brings no wellbeing.)

If you prioritize surrender, non-duality, high consciousness and being in harmony with the natural flow of reality/Infinity, then this immortality stuff is the opposite of what you value. If you prioritize control, the seperate self, the dream, duality, practicality and eternal wellbeing even if it goes against the natural flow of reality/Infinity, then this immortality stuff might have some value.

  6. Subs (=subliminals) are affirmations that are not audible to the conscious mind, because the affirmations are either too silent, ultrasonic, too sped up or layered. Thus they bypass the critical/analytical mind and go straight to the subconscious. - Benefits over normal affirmations: bypasses critical mind affirmations can be sped up and layered like crazy, thus subs can be more powerful ultrasonic (silent) subs can be listened even while doing stuff like studying without distracting you - 1. My Results I got into subliminals around 6 weeks ago, and have been listening to them on average around 19 hours daily during the first 3 weeks, and around 10 hours daily during the past 3 weeks. Results so far: positive impact on my sleep yoga practice. (more detail in a future post) visualizations are slightly more vivid I had caught a cold. I felt like I was going to get ill in the evening. My head was a bit hot. I slept. In the morning I had this typical feeling of being ill. But I didn't have very strong cold symptoms. I listened for 1 hour to health subliminals. Then I felt slightly better, then I slept 3 hours. And then I was basically almost back to normal. I never had such a quick recovery. I also had been having a small itchy rash on my hand for around 2 weeks. When I woke up from these 3 hours of sleep (after the 1 h of listening to the health subliminals) it was almost fully gone. (btw the health subs were from "Absolute Power Subliminals" and "Ataraxy") Deeper non-dual baseline consciousness meditations are slightly deeper better dream recall dreams are slightly more vivid During the first week I saw very faint DMT imagery in the dark. Similiar to those I saw on day 2 on my dark room retreat. During the past weeks it has occured only rarely. I feel physically stronger subconscious change. I feel like this has been the biggest benefit so far, but it's difficult to explain. So far I've been mostly listening to booster subs, in order to make more fundamental changes to my subconscious, and it works. It's of course difficult to pinpoint the exact cause for results, particularly if you do many different things at once. I listed only the results that I believe were due to the subliminals, or only to the extend that I guess is due to the sibliminals. - 2. Factors for Success How quickly subs work, or whether they work at all is highly individual. It could literally be instant, or take several years. Here are the 3 biggest factors: baseline consciousness (in terms of awakening/non-duality) natural law of attraction living: faking/pretending as though you already live your dream reality. Not necessarily your actions, but beliefs, thoughts, emotions etc. This should be like an underlying knowing energy that is always present, in the background (conscious or unconscuous). It takes a lot of practice and intuition to get this right. But it is probably the most powerful component of manifestation. For that, it is also useful to implant false memories. For example, visualize having nondual experiences in the past, and then implant them there. Repeat and try to convince yourself it actually happened. There is no metaphysical difference between the imagination of a 'real' memory and the imagination of a fake memory. If you manage to more or less BS yourself, this practice can be quite powerful. your suggestibility/receptivity and sensitivity - and more factors: law of attraction practices (visualizations, dream board, etc) subconscious resistance how strong your beliefs are your power How much booster subs you are currently listening to How much you have already been listening to subs. If you have already listened much to booster subs, these affirmations are already well ingrained in your subconscious and change is easier quality of your subs power/strength of the resistance/obstacle. For example, if you have an illness, this illness has a certain power. other manifestation factors (intent of others ; help by spirits ; astrological influences ; genetics; karma and past lives ; ...) following the tips I'll mention later Basically, manifestation works like that: If: The power of positive factors (subs + law of attraction + other factors + wordly actions like going to a doctor + ....) > The power of negative factors (blockages + negative habits + power of the obstacle (eg illness) + ....) = Desired Manifestation - 3. Levels of effective listening: Listening without paying conscious attention while doing other stuff like reading, cooking, etc. I guess listening during sleep is also in this category, but probably more effective Listening + consciously paying attention to it. Preferably sitting (or lying) and eyes closed. Put your attention on the sound you hear (from the subliminal). Conscious attention is power!! Several possibilities: Be conscious that the noise is not just some meaningless noise, but is made up of many many meaningful affirmations. Put your attention on the sound. And try to visualize or conceptualize how this is entering your body. How it permeates every cell, every atom of your body and makes permanent changes there. Permanently changing your DNA. Also try to visualize or conceptualize how it enters your subconscious and makes permanent changes there as well. Do the Manifestation visualization: visualize having your goal (it should match with the sub you are listening. If you listen to an ideal reality sub then you can obviously visualize anything). Try to kind of superimpose your goal onto your body. You can do that visually (perhaps finding one image that represents your goal) or conceptually or just by knowing. And intend it, actually will it, to permeate every cell, every atom of your body and that it makes permanent changes there. Permanently changing your DNA. Do the same for how it enters your subconscious and makes permanent changes there as well. This visualisation is a very powerful manifestation practice. Try to do both of the above at once - 4. Tips Listen to subs by "Absolute Power Subliminals" (=APS). I believe they are the most powerful. They are sped up and layered like crazy. bundle some of your subs you can also bundle your subs with 1 brainwave entrainment audio and most subs can be bundled with energetically programmed fields audios During the first few weeks, I recommend you mainly listen to booster subs. Such that these affirmations get really welll ingrained. If the subs are sped up and layered, you should listen to the wav format, and not mp3. Listening on youtube is probably fine. In case you download then you should definitely download them in wav. The best way to listen to wav audios might be mp3 player + overear headphones. But listening on other devices works too, as far as I know. But you might wanna check whether your device and music player app can play the wav quality. Don't listen to 100 different subs. Listen only to a few. Repetition of affirmations is key. always listen during the night. 8h exposure without effort. So definetly do it. If the subs are too distracting, either listen to more quiet ones (like those from APS and wabbajack) or ultrasonic at least 1 day break every 2 weeks Every now and then you might wanna take a break for several weeks (if you have the intuition to do so). Some people report great results doing that. drink more water than usual APS has stronger versions of some of his subs on patreon (for free) Some subs are available in ultrasonic (silent) as well. (some subs by Ataraxy and APS. On patreon). Don't listen the whole day. Your subconscious needs rest to process the affirmations. I wouldn't recommend listening while being exposed to something negative like watching a negative movie. But theoretically, it should be relativelly fine, because subs usually have extra affirmations that make sure only desired stuff manifests. Additionally you can listen to energetically programmed fields. This will hit stuff from yet another angel. Just listening to this booster once a day could be enough. I also listen to this and sometimes this. I mainly listen to booster subs. If these affirmations are fully ingrained you might not even have to listen to any subs anymore. always start with suggestibility subs, then boosters, (then manifestation or ideal reality subs), then normal subs for a specific topic If you listen to subs less than 15 hours daily, consider listening to affirmation repeater subs. Like this from APS. read comments on youtube. APS and Solar Subs usually have comments with people sharing great results. If you are in a phase of doubting the effectivity of subs (or are generally sceptical of subs), read youtube comments of success stories (APS and solar subs have most success comments). read through reddit posts for further research enthusiasm can begood. During the first 3 weeks I was very enthusiastic about subs. I believe most changes happened then. General manifestation advice like being detached from results - 5. More Tips: - Make listening more effective by increasing receptivity/ suggestibility: listen to suggestibility and receptivity subs exhaustion (running for 2-5 min ; working out ; ...) weed tired or sleep deprived when sick after eating a large meal after ejaculation enter trance improve your suggestibility long-term by practicing Self-Hypnosis. - Make listening more effective by increasing personal power: Mainly through presence. But it can also be increased by meditation in general and concentration And this could possibly also increase power: masturbation (building up sexual energy), breathwork, breath hold, kriya supreme fire - How to listen to several subs at once: bundle them into one sub, with an app like audacity listen in multiple youtube tabs at once listen on multiple devices at once listen in apps which can play music even when music plays in other apps as well. Like "Music Speed Changer" or " Rocket Player". (go into settings and choose the option that allows for simultaneous playing) - 6. Bundling Layering/bundling subs over each other sounds very good because you can be exposed to FAR more affirmations that way. For example, the extra strength version of APS's Concordia booster has around 1 million affirmations and they are repeated 1.8×e^4240 times per second. There is a huge debate whether layered and sped up subs still work. The mainstream understanding is that the subconscious can't process the affirmations anymore, and the subs therefore are useless. But there are many who are convinced that the subconscious does understand them and they therefore work. This knowledge caused me to realize that affirmations can be sped up by a lot and still be effective, which is something I tested on myself for a while. I started feeling subliminals kick in faster the more times the affirmations were repeated. Subliminals don't normally kick in until the re-patterning is starting to happen which lead me to believe that the amount of repetitions per second directly correlates to the speed of re-patterning. Right now, I'm actually on a mission to figure out how many times the affirmations need to be repeated to make the subconscious fully re-pattern as quickly as possible. I've continued to speed and layer the Concordia booster after releasing it to the public and right now the version I'm using is at 4.4e3063 repetitions per second. It feels a lot stronger which means that I'm getting closer to figuring this out so I'm continuing to layer and speed further for as long as it takes to figure out exactly how many repetitions cause instant re-patterning. It won't be 100% accurate, of course, because the Concordia booster has over 1 million affirmations and subliminals with less affirmations probably won't need to be repeated as much but it will give me a general idea. I have a gut feeling that I'll only need to get the amount of repetitions to the X.Ye5000 range but the only way I'll know for sure is by testing that idea and it could take me a while to get there". Many people get results from sped up subliminals. Pretty much all the subs I listen to are sped up and layered, so all my results are from these subs. I doubt very much that it's purely placebo. During the first weeks, I listened almost only to bundles (or at the same time through different means like apps). Usually 3-10 subs in one bundle. currently I listen around 50% solo and 50% bundles. Because i listen mainly to APS and I guess they are already layered enough lol (but he said most of them can be boundled further (those that don't contain codes)). And just to be safe, in case bundling them harms the quality in any way. Also, if you listen to only one sub, the affirmations are more focused. But I do recommend listening to bundles and layered subs, I believe it makes progress faster. - Beware when listening to subs at once: affirmations shouldn't clash/condradict each other. Like one sub for blue eyes and one sub for green eyes (yes, even stuff like eye color change is possible. But rather difficult. Yet there are people who manage it by using subs). In case they do clash, it just means that progress will be slowed down for these affirmations. The affirmations with more power will eventually succeed. don't bundle subs which have codes. One sub with a code is fine, but not more. I believe APS always mentions codes in the description, if codes are used in the sub. If I remember right, for example Concordia has codes, while optimal reality, desired reality, multidimensional time booster and suggestibility have no codes. Some of Ataraxy's have codes too. Possibly all of them and it's just not mentioned, idk. If the subs are energetically programmed you might also consider not bundling them. For example Clockworkers recent subs. In the description it is made clear that they should not be bundled. As far as I know, APS subs are not energetically programmed, at least not in a way that prevents bundling them. - 7. Some good subs Imo, APS has the most poweful subliminals. Wabbajack and Ataraxy also have good subliminals. And Clockworker and Solar Subs also seem to have good ones. There are basically two kind of subs. Booster subs and subs which address a specific goal/topic like for example lucid dreaming. The booster subs can be divided into theses categories: - Increase suggestability - Booster The concordia booster could well be the most powerful sub on earth, haha. I also listen to some of Ataraxy's subs that are only available on patreon. For example micro and the one that has the benefits of all the angel numbers.   7. Just realize that things matter and are important relative to the dream perspective. In that regard, nothing really changed with awakening. If you had motivation pre awakening you can have motivation post awakening.
  8. There are layers of identification. 1. Body & Thoughts The most outer layer is the body and thoughts. I guess that's what most people identify with. 2. Non-physical Entity By doing self inquiry you realize that you are not the body and thoughts, you are the one who has a body and thoughts. You are made of energy and intangible stuff like personality and a sense of self. All of that forms an energetic entitiy. A self, and this self is real and exists. It has free will and can control thoughts and the physical body, and during astral projection and after physical death it leaves the physical body and lives in a astral body. John Kreiter calls this self the ghost in the machine (projectionist and death defier books). This self is real relative to itself (relative to this state of consciousness). So this is the self I mean when I say that the seperate self exists. 3. Point of Consciousness By inquiring deeper you become conscious how that self is essentially just made of appearances (energy, sense of self, personality,... ), and you are what is conscious of these appearances. You are pure consciousness. So relative to this state of consciousness, relative to this new identity, the energetic entity is an illusion and free will is an illusion too. That's the first stage of enlightenment. 4. Subject Object Oneness At the 3rd stage is a duality between consciousness and appearances (colors, sounds, body sensations, thoughts, personality structure, energy). These appearances happen within consciousness. Counciousness is conscious of these appearances. But now at stage 4 this subject object duality collapses, they become one. You are everything and everything is consciousness. The appearances are Consciousness. Complete oneness. Relative to this state of consciousness, this is the true self.
  9. Watch some KAP videos on youtube. But I think the transmission is strong like that only for a minority. About surrender, generally the higher your void dimension the easier it is to surrender. One of the things I listed there for increasing the void dimension is physical exhaustion. In case you go to the gym or do running, try to do some meditation right after.

  11. The village was San Agustín. I don't know any hippie communities, except maybe the rainbow crystal land in Colombia. It's close to San Agustín. I think you can live there for free but it's probably expected to help a bit in the community like planting trees.   12. @Raptorsin7 RASA's strength isn't necessarily on causing energetic releases. Shaktipat transmissions as well as KAP transmissions are better for that. The most powerful way to cause releases is definitely psychedelics.
  13. I usually sit either on a chair or crosslegged on the floor on a pillow at a wall as back support. And then I do the sleep yoga practice. At some point I lose consciousness... Depends on many factors. For example whether you get enough deep sleep. Generally, your sleep would be less effective so you might need more sleep to compensate. I think the best way to practice for most people is to first have normal sleep for maybe 3 or 4.5 hours to get their deep sleep, and then start doing the sleep yoga practice. Maybe only practice on the weekend, all depends on one's personal life situation. During the deepest sleep yoga state that I currently reach, the body feels partially paralyzed, but I can still move it if I really want. Body feels heavy, and body sensations are fading. The state of consciousness is different, the void dimension is a lot higher. The big breakthrough is when the state of consciousness is deep enough that by remaining in it it replaces the need for unconscious light sleep, and when inducing OBEs is easy and reliable. I don't know how close I'm to that state.
  14. 4 Dimension of Consciousness My updated model is made of 4 main dimensions: Void Dimension. Becoming more formless, more spacious. Awakening realisations become more intense, immersive and actual. Pure Consciousness Dimension. High consciousness in terms of being close to God Realisation Magnitude Dimension. The magnitude of consciousness in a human is far higher than in a rabbit. And it is far higher in a god (astral entity like Zeus) than in a human. I wrote a bit more about the Magnitude dimension Here Alertness Dimension. During deep sleep it's at cero. When you are conscious it has a certain value. When you take coffee it increases even more Sometimes there is a correlation between these dimensions, but from a broader perspective they are independent of each other and any combination is possible.
  15. Music Tastes of music can be very different but I have a hard time comprehending how music like this doesn't get you pumped up. I listen to this whenever I'm getting lazy or I need an extra boost of willpower for something, like sleep yoga. So that's the ultra spiritual music I listen to to increase my motivation for spiritual practices lol: Most of it is quite SD stage red, but it creates some serious viking warrior vibes to become ruthlessly productive. My current approach (and I think this approach is better) for sleep yoga is a lot less tough than what I've done last year for some time, when I did the sleep deprivation sweet spot approach. For that approach it was crucial to not resist suffering, because when you resist suffering during such a sleep yoga practice (like when you are sitting and holding one arm up and doing FILD while tired af) then you naturally/automatically do whatever is needed to decrease suffering and that makes you fall asleep and lose consciousness. In order to get into that mindset of not resisting suffering, that stage red music was quite helpful. (You can achieve "no resistance to suffering" with a forceful masculine warrior approach or with a feminine surrender approach). I also listen to very feminine music. Not to get pumped up but for non-dual meditation and surrender, for dissolving the ego and merging with love and bliss. Currently I'm more tapped into the masculine polarity, but I guess generally my psyche is kinda balanced with masculine and feminine energies. I think I kind of have both extremes (whereas most people tend to be more towards the middle without having either extreme), and depending on the given situation I tune into whatever energy is more effective. With masculine vs feminine I mean: active vs passive dominant vs submissive resisting vs accepting & allowing assertive vs receptive power & force vs surrender SD red & coral vs green & turquoise willful vs detached in conflict vs in flow with "what is" success vs happiness head vs heart intellect vs emotion external vs internal order vs chaos illusonary vs non-dual ego vs Infinity mind vs soul conscious vs unconscious
  16. An update: Some time after making that post I stopped listening to subliminals because I considered angelic magick to be more powerful. I wrote about angelic magick here: and about manifestation in more general: I think in some cases subliminals can be stronger than angelic magick, but in most cases angelic magick is more powerful. Doing both subliminals and magick is the most effective approach (along with doing other manifestation practices) Recently I started listening to subliminals again, but I'm not doing it as hardcore anymore. To have success with subliminals you usually have to listen to that specific subliminal every day for weeks or months. You can of course listen to more than one subliminal in one day and even at once. Currently I have a bundel of around 15 subliminals. I spend sone time with that bundle and some time with a few subliminals that I listen one at a time. I try to listen to all of these at least once a day. I think that is relatively insignificant for subliminal success. That can surely increase the likelihood of success but I don't think it makes a big difference. This too doesn't make much of a difference.

  18. Yeah 3 and 4 are a different state of consciousness. And 2 is more an intellectual realisation. By inquiring deeper and deeper into stage two, you can understand and perceive 2 on more subtle layers, so it's also a kind of direct perception (but without the noticable change in consciousness). Though there is no hard line between intellectual understanding and sublte direct perception.
  19. Meditation can cause releases but if that's your goal then maybe do other practices that are more likely to cause releases like shamanic breathing or shaktipat transmissions (the main releases from shaktipat would start once the kundalini is awakening and doing it's purification process).
  20. @ndm678 stage 3 and 4 is based on my awakenings. I never really inquired deep into stage 2 though, until I read about what John Kreiter calls the ghost in the machine in his books. It made a lot of sense so I inquired more into that and adopted that concept.

The research you suggested sounds good though I guess I should check that out at some point. @Breakingthewall Exactly! @Inliytened1 yes! There is nothing inherently better or worse. It's all about preferences, for each their own:)
  22. @Michal__ Nice! My body has kinda adapted to it. Now it makes no big difference for me whether I sleep 7 hours straight while lying down rather than a few hours sitting and a few lying and woken up all the time by alarm clocks. Currently I do most of my practice while lying down, but last year I had phases of doing it only while sitting, so I had phases of never sleeping while lying. Then when for some reason I did sleep lying I got back ache from that lol, because my body wasn't used to that (and I had no backache from sleeping sitting). Now that I sleep more lying down again, my body adapted again and I don't get backache from lying anymore. Also, before I started sleep yoga, it usually took me longer than for the average person to fall asleep and sleeping sitting was very difficult. Now even when I have a normal degree of tiredness like others, it's relatively easy to sleep sitting with lights on and noise going on.
