If I'm looking for fitness advice, I don't ask Leo to make his whole channel revolve around Fitness, I simply look for other teachers. I mean he even has a whole subforum where people can talk about mental health issues and he has several videos about emotions and mental health, it's not like he's completely ignorant towards those issues.

Imagine a 12-year-old watching a violent TV show and now decides to kill people. Do you really want a world that is made for 12-year-olds? The taste is quite awful. The effect is a bit like alcohol with fewer side effects. On a good day, it will make you feel chill and productive. On a bad day, it will bring rise to strong nausea and cause you to be a wreck for 2-3 hours. It will give you a certain numbness which can be pleasant if you are dealing with pain or strong negative emotions. Wouldn't recommend it though.
