In the same way gravity is an integral of physics, suffering is an integral part of the psyche. I don't get why people are being so bone headed about this. Gravity like suffering is needed. If you are in a competitive field, you have to be persuasive otherwise you will be left without a job unless you work in a noncompetitive sector.
