  1. You SUCK. I hope you fail 1 billion times! Then I hope you succeed! (:
  2. I am a few days into this journey with the dream board. I do feel different since beginning. I am focusing on doing things that make me FEEL good. I am listening to upbeat music. I'm trying to practice love as much as possible whenever the feeling hits me. I have switched my meditation to the mornings in the hopes that it will have a positive effect on the rest of my day. I have begun listening to Abraham Hicks, and although I face resistance in listening to her I think she has value in her talks. I have to build momentum. I have understood the concept of momentum for a few years now, but hearing it form Abraham Hicks is refreshing to know it's a REAL phenomena. I feel like i'm building momentum. I can keep it up. I've done it before.
  3. @robinmk4l Hey man i've been at a pretty low point in my life before too and I got out of it. Feel free to message me if you want to talk to someone about your progress.
  4. Be kind to yourself. Don't worry about rushing through this, it is a process. Start doings things that make you FEEL better. Like music, exercise, etc. Then build momentum on that feeling. Good luck (:

  6. @Nak Khid Man i cooked today. i just hate doing it so much. I want to stay away from high carb stuff like pasta if i'm going to cook at home. I'll keep thinking about it and trying to implement.
  7. @saffron But don't you want to be happy?
  8. @saffron Don't sell your soul to the devil.
  9. @Mikael89 Nope. It won't take that long.
  10. Great question! Everyone always sais we don't control thoughts, and we don't control anything. I don't know how any of that stuff works. But i can you tell from personal experience, that the greatest growth i've ever experienced came as a result of ME consciously directing my thoughts and deciding what I wanted and saying it to myself. So while I don't understand this stuff, I'm pretty sure its bad to think I can't control my thoughts. Because you might think one day, I'm a loser and I can't improve. And in reality you are not a loser, and you can improve. So maybe its that we can't control our thoughts, but we can choose how we relate to them, and we can choose to think better after we are aware of them. But I have no good idea, and i'm kinda rambling lol. Hopefully someone else knows more (:
  11. @Mikael89 I can't wait until your improves so much and you can look back at these comments and smile. You are in for such a treat. Can't you see how YOU are creating your own misery. It's funny because I can see it. Loving relationship is so easy for you. You are so close. Go read @Nahm's thread about the dream board. Start dream boarding bruh
  12. @saffron You have to help yourself. You need to suffer and hit bottom, then when you have no other options you will fix your own life. You are creating your own suffering, and only you can fix it.
  13. How would the people on this forum react to mandatory conscription to go fight in a major war that poses a serious risk to your life. What you use your personal development training to become an exceptional soldier? Would you try and draft dodge and run away? Thoughts?

  15. @Nak Khid That feels like a lot of work, and honestly I don't have the energy or the desire to do that much. My plan at the moment is to just eat healthier take out food then progressively work towards cooking.
  16. @Sombra I will definitely look into those. I'm just being super lazy with food, and I always take the easy route and order take out.

  18. @lennart Thanks man. Yea, i really like the green smoothies, they are super easy to make and I always feel good about myself after eating them. I do think eventually I need to clean my diet up hard, right now i'm just trying to limit my binges on junk food so I don't do too much damage to my body.
  19. @Nak Khid I've been ordering hello fresh recently, I'm going to continue ordering that. I've been meditating for a while now, but I haven't had any insights into selflessness, or any awakening experiences so I still consider myself kind of a newbie. I'm going to start using a dream board, and eventually I'm going to use it focus hard on my diet.
  20. @Nak Khid I meditate consistently an hour a day, and i do ashtanga yoga 5 to 6 days a week. My diet is my biggest weakness, but im just too lazy to cook. Its too easy to just come home and order food, compared to taking the time to make stuff. I've experienced transformative change in my life, all the while eating a terrible diet, so i think mentally i dont actually believe that much in the importance of diet because i know growth is possible without it. But im defintely aware of how bad my diet is, i just dont have the will to change it.

  24. @okulele I haven't thought about. Should i focus on the feeling of what I want vs actually picturing what I want?
  25. @Nahm Can you clarify the following: 1. Why does a dream board work? What is the process underlying the supposed success of this device. 2. How do we know if we are using the board properly. What is the difference between two identical people who hear this advice, one person who actually manifests from there dream board, and another person who has no growth during that same time span. 3. Is the dream board a habit like meditatoin, in the sense that it should be consistently applied for a long duration of time. Are you as confident in the value of a dream board as you are you in the value of meditation. If a person could only do one or the other, meditation or dream board, which would you recommend and why?
