when i was 5 or so, i was aware of the yarn strings, i was worrying about having to "sorting the strings out" later, since each action created new knots in the whole thing. so i though that my goal in life was to start sorting the strings asap and don't create knots (i was 5) but then i realized how complex it was, and i've lost the fight and decided to live my every-day life like most adults (ignoring the yarn strings). during this period, i had strange dizziness/vertigo sensations because of infinite scale (small & big) especially while falling asleep. it was frighting, i could hear a sound too, like a white noise (& weird colored distorted visuals). like a soup. now that i see my parents getting old, i think that it's the only goal in life : getting old and dying. everyone is going to the same place, and god doesn't make the same experience twice.

@Basegodmike are they any similarities between a state of awakening in a dream (lucid) and samadhi in real-life? i remember a super-vivid FA, after one week of SSILD/ADA (all day awareness) and WILD, it was a profound experience. the kind of state leo describe "looking at your hand for several minutes, being amazed by this mind-reality" how much energy (%) do you put into practicing lucidity, in your 24/7 life? do you do extra-stuff aside? day work, sports, social activities... or do you combine all together? -

@kieranperez thanks for the videos on muscles training, i'll look into that when knee will be healed. for now i can't do the exercises without feeling pain, and it would make the inflammatory worst. i agree with you that i need to solve this practically, i think supplements is worth trying. i'll set a training when it will be 90-100% healed edit: the guy i've been talking to today gives me hope, he got paletta split in 2 on a jet-ski accident, and 3 surgical operations, he wasn't meant to run again. today he does marathon on 2h15.

thanks for replies. i've found a pack of 15 daily doses (collagen from fishes & chicken, sulfates of glucosamin & chondroitin, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and some other things...) an experienced runner confirmed that the reason why i get issues, is because of running with trail shoes on concrete (+ using heel a lot). i've also learned to do faster (smaller) paces, hoka seems to help in that sense. i know there is a symbolic reason to this, tho.

@kieranperez i look for the emotional aspect of the dream, and the message emotions are communicating. journal helps with memory, even tho you just write "no memory". a way to analyze dreams is from within > check book "are you dreaming?" by daniel love

@kieranperez i feel pain in the center of the knee, and a little bit under the patella (thumb side). yes the 600 meters were all out, i think i shouldn't have done that because maybe "parts" of the knee got squeezed, and as i was into it, i didn't noticed the pain until i've stopped the session. i won't do that anymore, it was exceptional. i've read on the internet, that after a sports trauma on the knee (working too hard on it) an infection can occur, while/before it's repairing. edit: i'm looking at essential oils...

I've noticed Yerba Mate & Matcha helps with productivity and focus. Have you tried both? Which one do you prefer? Why? My thoughts : Matcha have that "calmness" which Yerba Mate doesn't have. I prefer Yerba Mate taste, tho. Dr. Greger says Yerba Mate is toxic, while Matcha is optimum/healthy (and Hibiscus as well...)

@Karla 4 days, i was too hungry. takeaways : it's a bit extreme, and i was wondering "why don't i eat like normal people ?!?!" i'll be sure to be in a period where i'm not stressed, next time i'll do it. i would do it with someone else, like for sports, willpower is better. ego backslash was eating stuff like chocolate... that's why i think it's a bit extreme : the ego backslash after a fast is such that, it contrast a lot with a regular diet, or a diet that you would keep 365/year. emotional problems comes first, i'm exploring that aspect of my psyche. i guess experimenting with fasting, helps with understanding emotions & eating disorder. a video i liked : @Gabriel Antonio a water fast include as much water as you want, otherwise it's a "dry" fast.

I don't want to set a countdown for days. I'll dig into it, and see how it goes. Today was day 1. Next week my parents will come to my place, so I will certainly not do 7 days. I'll have to recalibrate before eating outside.

@Karla magic number ^^ no, seriously i did 5 days in the past (x2) and i wanted to do more. it's psychological, even tho i know the limit for hurting myself is 20 days (just with water).

i'll start by posting the procedure : from a whole food plant based diet (no salt, no sugar, no alcohol, no caffeine). once the shelf is empty, i'll start the fast (i have a backup in case, with juices & carrot juices). the last 2 days will be only soup, and then 30g of glauber's salt (on the 3rd day). glauber's salt is diluted in 0,5L of warm water, and drink alternatively with fruit juice (because the taste is awful). ---> trip to the bathroom. after that, i'll have coconut water + water for 2 days, to avoid negative effects when entering ketosis. +5 days of water only, or more. last time i've stopped on day 5 because i was hungry, but i was feeling great. i expect ego backslash, this is where real work happen.
