What i know is that past & future lives are simultaneous because time is not linear and exist only from our perspective. It's said that we can have several simultaneous incarnations on earth, and if we met one of them it's instant enlightenment (it could be an animal, or another human). I'm experimenting with past lives regression hypnosis on youtube, I got detailed results. Is it just mind, or what? Maybe imagination is not what it seems to be. From where does our ideas come from? Is it our's? Are our lives our's? What forces influence us? Also, it's said that our past/future lives explains personality traits, and when we'r working on ourselves, it influence/solve problems in other's lives. The polarity/duality thing suggest that somebody can have very opposite traits in life (Adolf Hitler could be Amma).

I recently tried hypnosis regression, the audio from youtube took me to my 13, 7 and 3. I remembered vivid memories. My eyes was like in REM sleep, like a trance or something. Then the video continuated with past life regressions, quite interesting experience.

Franck says in western culture our top chakras (throat, 3rd eye & crown) are already open, or almost. In India, it's the lower chakras (root, sacral & solar plexus) which are the most commonly opened. In western culture we need to open more the lower chakras, while in India it's the opposite. To work with the lower chakras, Franck says we can have social activities like playing card games with friends from the neighborhood. (I haven't seen playing poker with my friends that way...)

I've read in someone's book (non-english) who have opened his third eye, that he can see and talk with creatures co-existing or near or physical reality. It's not unlikely Tolkien's universe, since he talk about forest and stuff. He have telepathy conversations with higher beings as well, but he say it's hard to describe in words.

Yeah I tend to think more and more that I'm creating the experience of reality, as days goes on. I'm still experimenting with it so I'm not quite sure, but even "not quite sure" work as a limited belief. Beliefs and expectations... that's the rules of the game. My current mood seems to change the results a little bit. I would do this test once a month for 12 months, or once a year for 10 years, then make an average to be more precise. I like exploration games, without enemies or goals. "Proteus" is fine, if you don't have nature around. Actually walking in nature is a more detailed experience. I'm a big fan on Defrag for Q3, I have a side project based on quakespasm engine with a similar gameplay, but it's not my priority now. Gaming is to me a childhood nostalgia now, that I want to keep alive to remember some of my past (it can be a movie, a music or an historical period/event). Nostalgia is a quite powerful tool for brain plasticity. It seems the memory and neurons needs an existing structure before creating a new life. Emotions act like a catalyzer.

Could we say that the "external" world we live in, is symbolically attached to "mother" or "the matrice" ? Does it have to do with parts of the body ? I've heard that the coronal chakra (top of the head) is associated with "father" while the solar plexus chakra (stomach) is "mother" & "heart" chakra is where we are / where we transcend humanity. Yes, and those aliens are simultaneous versions of ourselves. @Visitor has suggested the interdimensional thing, I think it's something to think twice about. I recently came across Dolores Cannon's books, which look like another web of belief / paradigm, but very practical hypnosis work.
