  1. @ajasatya i do agree with bettering your life tho :))
  2. @DrewNows yes, i agree. That's why i implement different perspectives from different sources. But what if the truth is, that exploring higher and higher states of consciousness doesn't leas to true awakening? Imagination is INFINITE! So, when does this journey stop? Do you just explore different states of consciousness until you die? You will never explore them all because they are infinite, so if your goal is Awakening, you should just focus on awakening, no? Not on inducing self-psychosis. And also,@ajasatya no, i don't think we should just let ppl do what they want. That' like saying "let the killers kill". If Leo is misleading his audience with his content, then that should be of huge concern to all the people watching
  3. ...do you seriously believe that Leo rewired the minds of fetuses? I don't care how "conscious" he was, he was just IMAGINING it! Even in the video, Leo said something like: "You might think to yourself.. but Leo?! If you really were so powerful as to rewire the minds of all fetuses, why can't you imagine a big red elephant in your room and materalize it?..." And then Leo says something like: "Of course, the universe doesn't work like that! You cannot be given all of this power, otherwise the universe would just go haywire, if everyone could do whatever they imagined into existence. WHAT?? Pleeease. Give me a fucking break! That's such a poor argument! It's almost like a child making up stories. This is literally what Leo is doing. Making up stories while high in front if his couch and presenting his santa-claus-like material to the public. If you're GOD (as leo says he is), then levitate. Do it. In front of a camera. I mean, you are GOD right?? The big one? The almighty?? Of course you could AT LEAST levitate?? LOL
  4. Lol you missed the point. Yes, the states of consciousness Leo has accessed are insane. But that's all they are - States of consciousness. After the drug wears off, he comes back down into the "physical world".. which Leo states is an illusion. The guy makes a lot of good arguments in this video. When you access these states of consciousness, there IS no past or future anymore and you deem your past - your childhood - as ILLUSION...which is obviously an escape from reality. It's much easier to live in this love-and-light trance than it is to go back into your childhood and face your shadow. This is a trance. A higher state of consciousness. It's all going on locally WITHIN LEO'S IMAGINATION. If you were to look at leo while he is tripping balls on, say, shrooms, and hallucinating harry potter, you will just see a person who is high on drugs screaming out: "OMG guys, do you see?? Harry potter is real!" Yeah, it was real, for HIM, but it wasn't there in the "natural world". Ofc leo is gonna use the counter-argument: "there is no difference between me and you at that state of consciousness, there is no subjective and objective... It's all one!! You don't get what i'm saying because you are not at this state of consciousness yet!! Get on my level bro!!" (That is literally how Leo behaves - as an arrogant know-it-all. That's my 2 cents.
  5. Yes, this is a "dick-measuring contest". I don't care. Let's start with myself. 2 hours. Your turn!
  6. Srsly lol, why spend all this time doing meditation and self-inquiry, when you can just get the ultimate enlightenment with commiting physical suicide?
  7. But seriously, do you guys think meditation is a useful path to becoming enlightened? Or should i just go the Leo/Martin Ball way and do a shit ton of 5 meo?
  8. Thanks for the answers.. i was mostly just speculating...*runs and sits on a cushion for 2 hours*
  9. You have a point. But wouldn't living without the "you" make this existence as empty (or as full) as dying? It wouldn't matter what the "physical" content of your perception is because everything would just be one
  10. Does anyone here have hppd? If so, is there any way that has helped you get over it? I personally have a very mild version of it, the only thing that is really "off" is that the chirping of the birds sounds a bit "synthethic", and also colors are a bit more amplified. Also, trees sometimes look like they're from some godly realm, but that doesn't bother me at all ?
  11. No it doesn't breathe. Thankfully. I have recovered a lot though, in the first 3 months of me getting hppd (after an lsd trip), I could see people's heads morphing and it felt as if I was going to get pulled into another dimension xD. @Neorez Was your hppd induced by a drug? I have had tinittus since forever, it doesn't bother me though since it's silent enough.. I don't think there is any "meaning" to any of this, except the meaning you give it
  12. Should I do deep breathing (conscious breathing) or just observe the sensations on the abdomen? I do something similar ATM, I have my breath at the nose in awareness throughout the day.
  13. Hey guys, my first post here I'm not religious, in fact, ATM I'm practicing meditation and yoga and am huge into personal development. One thing , however, that I've noticed after lots and lots of research is what I like to call the "New Age to Jesus phenomena". I've encountered lots and lots of testimonies (some of them I've attached below) of people converting from New Age spirituality (meditation, yoga, astral projection,...) to Jesus (Holy Spirit). What I found interesting is that these experiences and testimonies seem very heartfelt, touching and compelling. I guess what I'm trying to ask is, is there anyone who has any clue as to what this means? Are these experiences just something we can't really explain? Why do people in the Christian faith deem everything that's not Christian demonic? What is the correlation between Kundalini energy and the Holy Spirit? I'm praying for the first time in my life, I guess I'm conducting a sort of an experiment, trying to figure out whether Jesus is real or not. Please, do not view me as a Fundamentalist/Stage Blue person. I'm extremely open-minded and I've had an awakening experience about a year ago, brought on by LSD... so it's not like I was raised Christian. Not at all. I was an atheist since I can remember. I also find it interesting that the New Age philosophy is "You are God"/"Everything is God" whereas the Christian philosophy is "We are separate from God". Could BOTH be true? Could God be impersonal or personal? Thanks in advance.
  14. Cool, you guys' replies match with a lot of my own realizations. I delved into the Bible a bit, there are clearly some non-dual teachings there. ("Take no thought for tomorrow, tomorrow will take care for itself.") It looks like these people (as we all do) had some traumas from their childhoods that got released as they prayed to Jesus. Hence the saying: "I'm saved!" That's my theory for now. @mandyjw So you're saying enlightenment doesn't gurantee "Infinite love" like Leo says? How can Jesus be deeper than Buddha? When I had my awakening it caused a bliss and a sense of Unconditional Love for everything and everyone. How could it go any deeper than that? (But then again, hearing some of the stuff that happens when people take 5-Meo DMT, anything could be possible, lol.) There's also Christian mysticism which I think is the optimal way. I have a theory that Christians have a "Born again" experience, which is great, but they stop there. They just stop growing spiritually. I know a guy in my town who is "Born again" and now he just wanders around town, condemning anyone who isn't Christian. Yes, you can have mystical experiences, but you can interpret them in a way that is completely counterproductive and can even set you back. I'd say having a Born again experience is a Stage Turqoise experience, while becoming a Fundamentalist Christian is a Stage Blue perception of that experience. Just like with any other religion. @ajasatya You're right. Gotta go back to my"meditation cave" and find the Truth for myself
