  1. One of my first palpable cognitive dissonances I have experienced, when 2 people I admire a bit beefed like this: And IMO Eminem is the instigator here. Just a pretty bad look to decide to go after Michael Jackson like this. I also disagree with this 'freedom of speech' that Eminem's team came up with. Firstly, 'freedom of speech' does not defend you from civil lawsuit and lawsuit of reputational damages, including slander, defamation, and smearing, which IMO Michael Jackson would likely win if he took this to court because there's reasonable doubt that that is likely to happen in considering each parody element that Slim Shady has done there, a Judge and Jury would have a field day against Eminem here. A legal case here, from preliminary trial would be to prove/disprove intent to defame, slander, ridicule, and reputational/public damages which I felt likely would pass into a civil/criminal court case.
  2. @Jac067 Welcome to Actualized.org forum!😊🤗
  3. @Heaven Here's what I stated: So, what do you think I mean when I said 'A rare moment where I mostly agree with Hassan here'? Do you think I'm implying I am a hardcore fan of Hassan? Do you think I'm blindly hating on Ben Shapiro's and Destiny's takes just because I sided with Hassan more here?
  4. @Leo Gura, @Carl-Richard, @Thought Art, @OBEler, @zazen, @Space, @Karmadhi, @Raze, @Razard86, and many other users I forgot, some fans of Destiny and Ben Shapiro maybe. What are you guys thoughts on this debate? Was the framing good faith or bad faith? Where are both arguers right and wrong or biased? I will comment based on many developmental factors, after I watch this debate and take some notes. Please watch and share your views as I do have my own biases going into this situation for Ben Shapiro and for Destiny, and I want to be open minded, learn, and see where I get dumb and triggered, where my blind spots are so to speak. With that I open the field to you guys! Please share your thoughts below.
  5. @Razard86 But not based on documentation and research so far into the substance used?
  6. @Juan Sorry to hear you have addiction issues.
  7. @zazen Yeah it does annoy me sometimes when users call out for bans sometimes, like they all know exactly how to be a moderator and do moderating. Dude, even your 'private' dms the mods can see, and there's always some mods active online, around the clock 24/7. We have excellent mods for the past 3-2 years. But I digress. @_Archangel_ Here's one negative outcome of you pushing for too much big picture, too much meta. Within the 9/11 event, there are various explanations, from conspiracy theories, hoaxes, or empty claims of inside job, and due to cultural zeitgeist and don't offend people too much, we don't collect every bit of detail there. If you did, you'd notice the laws of physics at work, that the building collapsing, and those 'puffs of smokes blowing out' are in fact the air within each floor expelling outwards. But then most people, and some people like you come at me and go 'But @Danioover9000! Don't see every specific detail, don't zoom in, zoom out and out bro!' and you're so focused in this that when I go 'Well, the reason why you see 'explosions' per floor is not demolition, but air expelling outwards. Also, the reason why this happened is because the plane had full fuel, and the heat melted the aluminum in the plane, which weakened the steel frame of the building, which has a historical basis that traces back to the Falklands war, when a ballistic missile hit one of the British battle ships, due to budget cuts the top of the battleship was mostly alloy instead of steel, which is aluminum, which has melting point faster than iron/steel, so it melted on top of the ammunition room which exploded that ship. Similar thing happened to the plane, the aluminum, the full tank, super heated the steel framing, which led to a collapse.' I go like this, but then most people, conspiracy theorists, some who are to emotional and irrational, don't want that, they just want to generalize hatred and not collect evidence and details to build a solid case for or against, just slander and that's that. BUT! I can't go into so much detail and specifics because we ABSOLUTIELY MUST go meta by your logic, go big picture thinking until we loose focus and have a fuzzy picture of what led to the events, what happened within such events, so until people balance or in some situation do more small picture thinking and less big picture thinking, we'll still hear these conspiracy theorists go on and on about this being an inside job or hoax.
  8. Came across this video, and looks interesting so I'll do a body language and tonality analysis: This video is in response to earlier one by Nicky Rodriguez, of which I'll analyze as well: So discourse is this all is a post conference I believe, in some UFC press conference, may factor in reporter questions here. Body language of Gordan Ryan: he communicates pretty fast, sometimes needs to catch his breath, and chest breathing. mid to high blink rate, in some moments he blinks quite fast, fast pacing. About 1:55 to 2:00 when Ryan says "it's better for everyone.' his eyes goes away from reporter to drifting upwards from right to left, NLP right side eye cues are constructions/imaginings, while left eye cues are recollections so he's both remembering and imagining 'everyone' here, in regards to converting MMA fans to BJJ fans. It's better for us-" He says a bit quicker, higher blink rate and down casts eyes slightly, but also does a, eyebrow flash(social approval seeking, emphasis, feeling surprised) and this moment I felt like he's surprised at 'better for everyone-' as if he knows or has doubts that BJJ is for everyone. Also lots of left hand illustrators, and right hand holding Microphone throughout, which means I'm guessing he's left handed. Body language and tonality of Nicky Rodriguez: Generally confident communication, body language is confident as well as tonality, although I detect some performance art in his tone, in moments when he's belittling Gordan Ryan a bit like he's a spoiled brat to him. His tonality may have this condescending tone but also this playful drawling tone as well, definitely feels to me Nicky clowning on Ryan and the whole BJJ sports that uses steroids. Now here's Ummah Fight Camp and his take on MMA:
  9. @Davino I agree it' a decent documentary, but I think the biggest legit argument against Cannabis is it's chemical addictive property in the weed itself, followed by questionable processing of cannabis into a rolled joint or some other form. Way better than cannabis are other natural psychedelics, especially LSD as that has a strong anti addiction property to it, which BTW was the foundation of the 12 step program in America, but due to Nixon's war on drugs, they had to illegalize LSD, take it out the 12 step program, which significantly reduced it's effectiveness to treat addictions of alcohol or drug origins.
  10. @Heaven Thank the heavens, good we can agree to disagree.😄
  11. @_Archangel_ But sometimes fixation over minutia led to science becoming great and helpful... I'm making a parallel between Israel/Palestine with Andrew Tate human trafficking case, saying that you saying that I can't be more detailed and specific, is like the jury and judges not wanting detailed evidence to build a case for/against Andrew Tate to prove human trafficking. And sometimes for practical reasons they need to establish place and time, and gather details slowly, see? I agree with most your points, and also on we shouldn't jump to conclusions, but people here on the pro Israeli side and Pro Palestinian side, the few users here hating and trolling are jumping to conclusions like frogs. Also you picked on me so I have to defend myself.
  12. @Heaven Bro, you're you. You and you not agreeing with you. You. You. You yourself here you. You lead war you... that's 12 yous. Notice how you deflect and blame others and me, but not you? You do you.🤣 That post is for every one to read, not just for @Heaven only, please curb your main character syndrome. That post was for every one, including @Vrubel, @Nivsch. Even @Raze, @Karmadhi, @zazen and @StarStruck. Yeah, you guys have your moments of super bias on the pro Palestinian side, don't lie, especially you @StarStruck, stop cheerleading the few users here who instigate drama okay? Because we need to have the most objective discussion here possible...
  13. Here's the moment of TRUTH, if you guys cannot see how blatantly propagandist this Levy is, that's the strongest sign you have been mund fucked by Israeli propaganda: REALLY BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF! Not me, or others, or Leo or mods, but YOURSELF! Notice how he's words are poisoning your mind, just NOTICE! Apply your mindfulness to this situation, and see for yourself. Same with the other side, go apply mindfulness and see for yourself how damaging propaganda can be. Demanding me to get banned over getting triggered, the levels of lack of mindfulness...is wild.
  14. Sad to see this: Did a body language analysis of Owen before, so here no different but there's a bit more emphasizing, and disappointment here of how this man was treated here in his POV.
  15. @Bobby_2021 As I stated before, both sides are doing propaganda here, just that Israel is more with it's propaganda.
  16. @_Archangel_ I agree to learn from every source, and discern truth and agenda, but what if the information ecology is polluted by propaganda, and poisons the well of discerning truth and agendas? Great, I agree the answer isn't to spread more propaganda, yet why is Israel spreading more propaganda than the pro Palestinians? How is arguing a single isolated event useless? For example, in Andrew Tate's human trafficking trial, they're focused on proving/disproving him being guilty for specifically human trafficking, so is that a useless event and waste of time to gather more details? If your main point is to inspire more nuanced POV of the situation, and to lessen propaganda, then why have you not addressed Israel's greater spread of propaganda than the Palestinians? Why not suggest to us some outside sources, like ground news or other, that is critical of both sides using propaganda?
  17. @Karmadhi Hypothetically, let's assume this or next year, no other conflicts escalate, Israel/Palestine conflict ends with treaty or ceasefire, fighting over for now. When it comes time to investigate war crimes, and they find that say 20% of IDF committed actual war crimes, would Israel punish that 20% of soldiers? What if it's about 40% guilty, would they punish? How much would Israel feel like it's too much to prosecute? This is why IMO Israel should, more sooner than later, resolve this conflict one way or another so that when comes the investigations and trials, that lower numbers of soldiers get tried, not wait until 50% or more are guilty, then what? put all 50% behind bars, and have a -50% reduction in military?
  18. @Karmadhi Now this is much closer to the real issue, which is hatred and revenge cycles. Currently the situation is quite bad for Gazans/Palestinians due to IDF military bombings, displacement, and higher restrictions on aid, food, water, so forth. I do agree we shouldn't put them in '1 basket' or generalize the entire population as guilty of supporting HAMMAs, or guilty in total, and am too against blind collective punishment as that's an easy way to pass generational trauma down to children, and when they become adults if they don't sort out their traumas and hate/revenge they become next to perpetuate the hatred cycle, which is passed onto the next generation, and so on. Also agree that some do support HAMMAs way more than most, and due to density now and other factors it's very difficult for IDF to cleanly go after those who exactly support terror versus those trying to just survive as Palestinians. Yes, ideally IDF soldiers who actually raped/murdered a non combatant Palestinian should be charged, or hanged to show discipline onto IDF and to show HAMMAs strength, and keep in check and line the alt right in Israel to behave or get hanged. One time I'd be in favor for a death sentencing to implement severe martial law onto those who break them because it's so easy to seek revenge and to destroy more than what's the objective here. Plenty of dark events in military history shows this.
  19. @Leo Gura Oh really? In the past I was banned from the political sub forum for about 1 week, didn't know there's indefinite time. I stand corrected, never mind.
  20. @Merkabah Star It's a one week temp ban from the political sub forum, so she can still post on other sub forums just not in the political sub forum.
  21. I can't believe how lunatic is this Lunar C really is: Christ, some UK people are crazy...
  22. @StarStruck He was actually for the most part reasonable, just had his moments of emotional venting/ranting with the other users posting some very inflammatory stuff and links. Nobody here's perfect with being objective, plus he's living in Israel so I'd give him leeway a bit.
  23. @zazen What do you think is the probability of Israel disobeying the ICJ ruling, or not? If they're found guilty of genocidal intent?
  24. @StarStruck Chill, @Lila9 has her moments of civility in this thread.
  25. @zazen I agree. Regardless of how heated, we should show some decorum, not attack people too much, and remain objective when arguing from both sides. Felt like sometimes she would be very emotive and rant/vent, sometimes.
