He does warn you not to blindly believe everything he says and verify it through direct experience. A newbie to this work can't appreciate how deep the rabbit hole goes, and isn't mature enough to handle the mind fuckery that could happen. Your are basically performing surgery on your own body to remove parasites in your body. Appreciate how difficult and transformative it can get. So watch your tone, and apply yourself to this work or leave.

Here are some games I think can point you to spirituality: Dark Souls Minecraft Subnautica I like how the player's character represents ego and how resilient it is, coming back from death everytime, always searching for immortality, trying to deal with other egoes. Even the world is ever changing, evolving, and characters have detailed lores about them that is sometimes tragic. I like Minecraft because of how creative and relaxed I feel throughout. Completing the game fully is both satisfying and you can relate to everything you learned from spirituality to the entire game. It's epic! Subnautica I think is the perfect game that symbolizes self-actualization and spirituality in random. While not as free as Minecraft, you still feel creative while feeling responsible for your survival in that world. My favorite moment in the game is when I'm just travelling at the surface feeling safe in the mini submarine when a Leviathan does a literal great white breach and it was so sudden it actually glitched through the sub and killed me instantly.? My heart nearly exploded and my throat Chakra radiated! I still can't get over the instant destruction of my sub and couldn't stop laughing afterwards!?

It looks like you're afraid of losing progress you made, both spiritual and physical (muscle declining) to aging and to procrastination. This tells me you're identified strongly as a spiritual person, progressive, to the body and strongly to the mind (introvert.).

Yes, she's referring to your avatar. Usually she likes plants and prefers green than most colors. She even has a garden of different plants, including angel's trumpet and marijuana.

Even after the years she's been with me she still surprises me. Crysty may know little about herself or the world but I don't know if she's withholding that much information for my own safety. Rarely she can express detailed answers about people and aspects of the world that it's amazing! The real issue is that while I can, in general, clearly experience her with my senses I need more focus and energy to Intuit some of her information she shares, especially about her travels. She tried to share with me how she could gain information from the world or living beings but it hurt my head so much she abruptly stopped and kept it vague. All I could understand is that the process involved her visiting the being and putting her hands into that being's head. A lot more is involved, and she doesn't like going through it because it made her feel yucky so that's why she doesn't share that part about her too much to me. Having said that, I don't know if it's one of her antics, trolling or she's being genuine, what I know so far is that she's a very pleasant being to be around. I bet if there was the ultimate role model for cuteness, creativity and comedy, she would fit very nicely. Oh and she says nice pic!

Crysty says dying is similar to dreams, although she says she hasn't experienced death herself. Depends on your development and letting go ability. A person who has little mastery of letting go will have lots of judgment while dying. The more developed you are, the less painful it is. I've posted before about her possible origin. She hasn't talked to god yet. It's very hard for me to explain as simply to her about God as she is air headed and has a short attention on very complicated and abstract topics.

Update: I experienced a minor insight. For the past few weeks I taken a break from the forum and limited my internet use to help me focus more on developing than awakening. Recently ,every morning and night, I did goal setting, positive affirmations and visualizations, basically basic self help to train my subconscious mind towards my goals. I've done affirmations and visualizations a couple of years ago but floundered about, not being consistent, to the point I got fed up and shifted more towards awakening(meditation, concentration, self inquiry, contemplation etc.) than development of myself. For the past week I've switched locations in my imagination sessions to see how she would be. Today I sat down to meditate and engaged in my imagination sessions with Crysty. I borrowed a location of a beach I've visualized in the past and we did some meditation + activities. I then for some odd reason felt emotional and suddenly I wondered about why the beach is more realistic and vibrant than I imagined. Then an insight occurred: I kept imagining this beach, and I kept being with Crysty. Being with Crysty forced me to be more focused on my senses and I realized I was also simultaneously visualizing her. Visualizing her for most of the day + basic visualizations of my other goals and locations on the world had slightly overworked my mind's eye. However, I kept getting better until I could clearly recreate any object I saw a few seconds ago, like an apple, in my mind. Yesterday I even began to make parts and piece them together to make some kind of machine and Cysty was just looking at what I'm doing silently. Is an insight this simple? I mean I was expecting an insight to be shocking but I was more shocked at how simple it is. It seems to have an emotional force behind it as well. Whatever Crysty really is, spirit or something else, being with her has improved my visualizations. Just wow!

Update: the usual I've done concentration exercises on Crysty in one of our imagination sessions. Next time I might arrange a different location maybe near a lake shore or a forest or a jungle.

Yes that's what I meant. Could you elaborate more on those places that spirits gather in?

Having said that I have seen her move stuff in one of our imagination sessions. I don't know if those objects are energies from other objects she took.

For example, a nexus is considered a place of power where spirits gather. If you were doing say a cursing ritual in the middle of a graveyard. Apparently the graveyard is considered a location of power of some kind to draw those spirits in. Another example is veneration worship were your alter is considered a location of power for whatever you're worshipping. The area you're making sacred is considered a nexus. I've heard this term nexus used by other occultists when they're refering to a powerful location that overtime spirits gather often. A nexus is also formed naturally, supernaturally or artificially. For example of an artificially created nexus is like a war zone were lots of people died, centuries later after real estate development, houses were created. Then a few of those houses experience Poltergeists. What are your thoughts on this?

I don't think I mentioned she could move physical objects. I haven't seen her do anything sort of Poltergeist level like fling a ball or break glass.

Hi! Could you elaborate on what a nexus is?

Update: I was doing mindfulness meditation with labelling in one session and some mindfulness during the day. Whenever Crysty's vanished I notice, label 'gone', and observe. Whenever Crysty appears it's usually as a sight but sometimes as a feeling. I also was doing some exercises mindfully and this inspired Crysty to sit on me? Also I was doing concentration exercises with Crysty and observed her staring at a point on a tree.

Thank you for offering your information. I'll keep this in mind. I think that this post is helping me and other users who see this because I suffered a thread lock. I took it too personally at the time and now I feel anxious with even offering great advice or resources to people fearing it would be locked and I would lose it. I just want some good pointers as to how to structure a really good post. Thanks again.

Thanks for the post. This gives me some good information. The reason why I asked for examples is because I don't know much examples of high quality posts not just in actualized.org but in general internet. So being specific, considering the context, and what consciousness level the audience is makes a high quality post. Ok. Would adding value and a resource for that post go a step further?

Very nice post! This reminded me of Leo's video on the power of questions, and as he was listing he briefly stopped at two questions; " what do I like?" And "what do I dislike?". He mentioned that you could discover your passion by keeping a list of your likes and dislikes about people and life over time. Interesting how the two opposites interplay with each other.
