@Evil Raccoon Yes, I've experienced some of those effects in the video.

@--George-- @BlackMaze good to incorporate some yoga and tai chi. My recommendation is any form of cardio, high intensity interval training, any martial arts including Jeet Kune Do. Try to incorporate what Bruce Lee did, and other fitness coaches. Athlean X and Elliot Hulse, on just this topic of fitness, are great to try out. Any practice that improves nervous system function and mitochondria is fantastic for long term energy retention, as well as some basics like diet, nutrition and sleep/recovery quality.

Great. Now I just got to be diagnosed as depressed, or heavy anxiety, and I'm good to go.

3, because 1 I only exist, 2 there's life and 3 things die. Sorry, you don't exist, hence the holy trinity. -
@Megan Alecia Free will fits into the paradigm because of how expansive reality is in the first place. Because the Godhead is doing most of the heavy lifting you don't bear as much godly responsibility to the universe, other than to peel off layers of your lies and the illusions of reality. To do this, there has to be at some point a trick played at yourself feeling a sense of free will, and a sense of things to discover. How much free will depends on your mind type, psyche, the environment you grew up in, what people you've encountered, and so on. The direct degree of free will is proportionate to the amount of limitations you have. Also, paranormal events, entities and abilities complicate this further, but actually those are also measures of your free will. The last question is tricky, depending on how much spiritual material you've consumed. When we are born, much of our youth tends to be subject to otherness and environmental forces. As we grow up, we develop more of a sense of self, and most of our lives we tend to roughly feel in control of half or less of the events we've experienced. The tricky part is when we start to go too far at either spectrum. God will throw a curb ball at you for thinking you're mostly in control of your fate, and life opens up possibilities to be an individual spirit when you're too deterministic. Even making evil choices is part of reality, that's how free it is, and all limitations and evil experienced so far is part of reality's perfection. God's mixing blood and flesh together to ultimately form sentient beings.

@Parththakkar12 Ah ok. So a speculation is neither true nor false, until we do the investigation Is there a difference between old and fresh speculations? Is the conspiracy part like a speculation with fear attached to it? -
Not the best time to date. Best time to be in solitude.

@Parththakkar12 Could you tell me the difference between conspiracy theories and speculating? -

@FlowerNote As it is, it isn't imaginary, until the mind creates stories around non-duality love, which is most of the time. Yes, you're lost, I'm lost and everyone's lost in semantics. -
It's not that good. There's a better book that goes much more in depth.
-
@Meta-Man Well said. What could offer more power than living like this? As soon as you go deep, nobody is needed anymore to satisfy you.

It's one thing to significantly reduce down masturbation and sex, but it's another level of difficulty to fully sustain abstinence of both physical and mental sex.

@Kshantivadin Of course, sometimes people remember little to nothing about wet dreams, other than the mess. About the conscious part, if you or anyone here ever had lucid dreams you'll get the gist of it, but it's a skill that often starts when you remember a dream about anything other than sex, or when you accidentally go lucid in a dream. Most cases, most people wake up from the excitement experienced. I've had varying experiences in cases like these, and I'll say without undergoing any mindfulness training or visualization training, it's difficult to apply consciousness into a sex dream that's occuring in your unconsciousness real-time. Takes some practice, but it's quite rewarding when you can sustain that.

@EntheogenTruthSeeker That's the hardest version, which most average males are not ready for.
-
@Jacob Morres Depends on your tolerance and sensitivity, usually better to go less than 100. Better date sober most times than psyched, otherwise it'll be a crutch, and could go much worse.

@Shir @Arcangelo It doesn't matter what the aquarium is called, it's the same aquarium you've been raised in. You say you are extremely liberal and secular, but that's how you've been brought up as inside the aquarium, just like how a person who's religious is brought up that way in a different themed aquarium. It's a household ideology or the culture you grew up in that programmed that belief into you. Here, we tend to try to deconstruct limiting beliefs so that we belief in better things, to progress at different areas of life or if you're into spirituality, to be able to experience mystical states or have enlightenment occur, this belief of a sacred marriage will be challenged by others, but also it is expected you challenge this belief you hold onto. If you're not comfortable ripping this belief to shreds, then that's ok. I'm trying to give a heads up with what will be in store for you if you want to go all the way to help yourself.

Also, most people don't realize that Nofap and semen retention has some health effects to it, and greater resilience to illness.
-
@Kshantivadin This is similar to how not retaining affects me physically. If people say relapsing has little effect on fitness, then even a moderate fap a day, or a binge would not effect me much, except it does lessen my energy and my need to hit the gym. While retaining, my recovery and my ability to exert more force and endurance is improved. My reaction times also went up. With wet dreams, it could vary, but mostly the fluids aren't seminal fluids, but mostly clear fluids with some semen. Dream sex, in most cases, lacks that extra conscious effort in real sex, when you're close to ejaculating you put effort into ejaculating, whereas in dreaming it's a different level of consciousness that whether or not you're lucid, you don't put as much into contracting into the ejaculation, hence most times not as draining.

Remove pornography and all virtual was of exploring sexuality, and you force the majority of the average males to physically explore all types of sexualities. Doesn't matter if you personally have great imagination, you can't speak for most people. Better regulation, not prohibition. -

It's full of wisdom, but it's probably worth more to answer this yourself than pass it along to someone else expecting them to answer for you. At least you discover for yourself@Halcyon Iconoclast -
I've had sex binges a few years back, probably a sexual shadow, if that's what you meant. It's normal when you pursue spirituality and contemplate deeper, you muddy the waters and you fish out a sea monster. Sometimes it happens and that's that.
