  1. @Harlen Kelly Was the same user actually.
  2. This one's really good.
  3. In Leo's latest blog, he writes about understanding war and provided a video. The video unfortunately I can't access due to the content creator not letting access from my country, but I've come across another video that give a shorter explanation about war in terms of evolution, which also has a follow up video showing how war contributed to better civilizations: What are your thoughts on this?
  4. That's powerful stuff. I have nail fungus in both of my big toe nails, and some of these discussions are giving me some good ideas to work on healing them. Did you have to supplement some nutrition, similar if you took a anti bacterial medication? I also have a kind of wart on one of my feet. Are the recommended options here like tree oil and vinegar good for warts too?
  5. @Natasha has posted a thread about the possibility of China invading the USA. Personally, I think it's a very long stretch, so long the war would probably take place after a few generations pass on, abd still it's largely gonna consist of ideological warfare, economic and trade more so than classical warfare, although China is flexing its military might lately. Speaking about China's military, this is a good breakdown on China and Taiwan below.
  6. @Milos Uzelac Thanks for sharing your thoughts on war. I've thought about it and there's sine connection to evolution, not just the biological, but on a collective ego level. It seems throughout history, war in particular, that kind of ego is getting more and more sophisticated to the point it could squeeze some benefits from conflicts and small wars.
  7. @DocWatts Sorry I meant the branch in area 51, the secret branch. And it doesn't mean that they completely understand the alien technology now, assuming they have tight controls against leak of information, but it's more realistic to slowly understand the thing. It took humanity thousands of years to understand that the earth revolves around the sun, it might be like that with alien tech. We might need advanced A.I devices ti help reverse engineer alien tech.
  8. I'm willing to bet the government has to some degree reversed engineered some of the alien tech.
  9. @assx95 Go with what the body tells you. For example, morning wood with little to no sexual thoughts, wank away. As soon as you're aware of thoughts triggering the boner, be mindful of them. I know this varies, as some men get boners in the middle or before bed, but always make sure it is genuinely from the body.
  10. @assx95 It comes down to what you want from NoFap, and what you want to use it for. Mantak Chia and taoist practices have theories around the frequency from each age groups, and since you're in your twenties it's okay to fap once and rest for 4-8 days, unless you feel more negative from a fap. I do NoFap because for some reason masturbating once or more has negative effects in my body that I feel flu and fever like, so I do this practice for health. Sometimes I go longer.
  11. What's your opinion on war?
  12. Pretty good chance it's hired pro in digital art.
  13. @fopylo Leo had a video on dealing with writer's and creative blocks. For me, when I'm blocked, I bring to mind memories of what I like and recall them in detail, include layer by layer. I also allow myself to imagine other ways of creativity. Just this could get me out of block.
  14. @Jon_Bundesen I've experienced a similar sensation like this, after long abstinence from fapping. Just make sure to at least give 4-8 days of rest in between your masturbation sessions for rest.
  15. @Matt23 The video in question has just been taken down. Maybe the thumbnail will be different. Also, I think it might be legal, but that does not stop the original company from issuing copy right strikes and take downs.
  16. Here is the follow up video:
  17. @Nomad13 Synchronicity 101, you aim, the universe fires.
  18. @King Merk What do you eat to gain some weight?
  19. @Michael569 Does eating a large breakfast make the person a bit lethargic? I used to eat big in mornings but it tends to make me sleepy.
  20. @King Merk I'm not even gaining weight, I'm losing weight over time. And I don't feel any significant issues with my current diet so far. Keep in mind my current diet today is way cleaner than the 10-20 years ago, where the majority of my time was travelling to other countries, eating their versions of junk food and healthy foods growing up. Also I put some lemon/lime juice as one of the ingredients I mix in the oatmeal. I'm sorry to the OP if this is derailing the thread, but the potential explanation is if you'll later want to loss weight, that some of that is covered here. Also, are you allergic to peanuts? Those and other nuts could help you gain weight, if you're not allergic.
  21. I was going to share that video here and had a different take on it.
  22. @King Merk Most of my diet lately has been some grains and some sugar from maple syrup and honey. Uey I'm not gaining weight from it. Is there something missing?
