  1. @James123 There's one that @Nahm started about non-duality and Neo-Advaita stuff.
  2. @BlueOak Can you give me the link to this guy's YT? Video is not available.
  3. @BlueOak What do you think was the point of Chinese Go? Capturing territory obviously! @aurum I agree, his channel is so good he private the video!
  4. @Schizophonia Huh?
  5. Based on their body language Hamza actually came off as more humble than Chris, who came off as lecturing in desperation to Hamza. Also for argument's sake, if what Chris says is true, then we also should take his words with buckets of salt and doubt him as much as we should doubt and question Hamza. Sorry but this was IMO a bad look for Chris to project and give his take onto Hamza's situation and life events when he knows very little: Although I will say it's funny how Hamza's leg is occupying Chris's leg space which made him cross legged to begin with. I will also say that Chris for most part clasped his hands with moments of heightened aggression when emphasizing and 'lecturing' Hamza.
  6. @Schizophonia What do you mean Chris seems to have PPD? You mean BPD? I might be wrong with Hamza, but I do like he at least says more how he doesn't know, and how he even doesn't know himself, meanwhile Chris just seems desperate to lecture him on responsibility and him being a public figure and comments as if he knows more about Hamza's life situations. Like Chris do you have the self awareness to know you might be more wrong than Hamza at that moment? Also are you saying that Chris overestimates how he manipulates and underestimates a woman's ability to see him 'holistically'? On the dating point, are you more criticizing Hamza or Chris? Also on the body language again, look at 15:25 to 15:30 when Hamza asks him back what questions would I ask myself, on the topic of personal development, and you see Chris's torso activate, lots of shuffling in his neck/shoulders/arms and posture shifting. In body language we call this modal shifting because this indicates the person's so discomfort that he/she has to move to shift out of their mood a bit, and to prepare themselves for a loaded statement. I'll keep saying this again, so far throughout Chris's energy was just too tense and hyper in comparison to Hamza's. I mostly disagree with Chris here on that honesty and authenticity. Most people in society have to 'fake it till they make it', white lies, and forced politeness. Some degree of honesty is nice, but any more on the extreme end of honesty isn't helpful Chris. If Hamza took your idiotic advice of be more authentic and honest, and Hamza dates a woman and is honest about his rape fantasies to her, and he ends up in trouble for your selfish advice onto him, who's more responsible in that moment CHRIS?! For Christ sake...
  7. @Leo Gura Of course, but in some cases quitting or running away is extremely cowardly, like if someone is assaulting your GF or family there's no longer any peaceful resolution there, you have to fight back. Therefore not all fighting is driven by 2 fat egos clashing, sometimes fighting is necessary for defending yourself or your loved one from a more selfish monster.
  8. @Davino When I stated that the biggest trap is discounting the spirituality aspect of fighting, the masculine love aspect of fighting and those moments of religious experience while fighting, I meant that the guy I quoted here is delusional in thinking to include Islam as a bigger factor in fighting when the environmental factors and cultural factors are greater than Islam. Also he keeps on saying how Islam is a peaceful religion...
  9. @Butters Have I ever stated or implied that JKD, Krav Maga or Russian Systema makes you highly resilient or immune to knife attacks? No I haven't, and even with Eskrima or Filipino martial arts with knives I don't suggest knife fighting. Even if you're really good there's little guarantee you'd not get sliced or maybe stabbed, so avoiding or running away if possible is best against knives, using a gun or nun chucks back then.
  10. @Leo Gura The main problem with that is on average in a street fight, you're likely assailant would be high on drugs or alcohol or too pent up on adrenaline, so nerve pains would not reach that quickly to the attacker's brain. High on drugs, alcohol, or even steriods they tend to not be as susceptible to nerve pains. Just look at the massive violence in Chicago or other black ghettos during the heroine and coke epidemic, they literally needed weapons far more, and even some evidence showing how resilient some people are in such states of being. while it depends on moment to moment, most universal way is shooting them in the legs, or actually destroying their limbs so they can't move them, or a straight up knock out strike.
  11. @Rafael Thundercat Actively balance, and be proactive. That's mostly it for starters. Just look at Leonardo Da Vinci, multiple of several types of intelligences, but is active and proactive in whatever.
  12. @Leo Gura @Carl-Richard @OBEler @Nivsch @Vrubel @Juan @Merkabah Star @zazen @Scholar
  13. So I think that the biggest issue here is how murky the definition of success is, so here it is: What is the real meaning of success? Success (the opposite of failure) is the status of having achieved and accomplished an aim or objective. Being successful means the achievement of desired visions and planned goals. Anyone here agree or disagree with this meaning? And why? I do think it's mostly consistent and if the panel started with this definition then Andrew Wilson's side would be in trouble because most religions, or most religious nationalists have had success given to them from their upbringing: They go to some church and prey with their family and community, they chit chat, they are provided more options within that community, maybe they do hard work but again it's mostly made easier for them...therefore the stage orange Wes Watson, if he wasn't so triggered emotionally has a strong and valid argument against Andrew Wilson's nationalist Christian values. For example if Wes Watson defined success like this, and pressed the issue of marriage for young people onto Andrew Wilson, claiming that his religion and some religions in history practiced arranged marriage, then what's so successful about that? What's so considered successful being identified as a religious person, say Muslim, and be given a slave/wife to marry later?
  14. @Butters This is why Krav Maga, Jeet Kune Do and Russian Systema are superior and valuable than any one fighting or martial arts system.
  15. @Leo Gura Yes, in the real world there's no holds bars no rules fighting for SURVIVAL. Biggest trap though is discounting the spiritual aspects of martial arts.
  16. Finally the video that shows the biggest blind spot, he's shadow of spirituality on fighting and his view on BJJ. Biggest oversight and ignorance of developmental factors! This man who preaches Islam as a peaceful religion, yet discounts the spiritual aspect of it. OF COURSE! You'd have to disregard the spiritual aspects and mystical aspects in tradeoff of being more realistic and practical if you want violence and fighting! I don't see how a hardcore Sufi practicing the non-duality Sufism would ever see or even allow oneself to love violence and fighting and disregard the spirituality!
  17. @Davino True, but one's religion I don't think is a significant factor here.
  18. Again, he's right on the violence bit, not about Islam, but isn't aware of his own biases, plus how susceptible he is to trolling😂
  19. @Davino True, and I feel like this man, while he's intelligent and maybe wise and experienced, still needs to develop past this martial arts trap: For about 15 or so years he's been addressing and attacking dogmatically BJJ and Joe Rogan!
  20. Great examples of traps;
  21. @zazen Yes, if Israel's Likud party do not play carefully they will end up in a more worse situation. One crazy week for sure!
  22. @hundreth Might as well include you and @Nivsch together.
  23. IMO the greatest album ever since 2009: interesting take from a pseudo Pewdipie STAN:
  24. @integration journey Pretty good, but a lot of action taking.
