@aurum I partly agree here, those in stage blue values of Spiral Dynamics stages of development, stage blues are great at exclusion of those that don't fit their culture or their values. Stage greens and oranges are actually a bit more inclusive, greens more than oranges, but blues can't be that inclusive. In fact most of history most conflicts come from excess stage blue, not so much stage reds.

@zazen Yes, I mostly agree. I do think though that we need to master stage orange and green together if we want to transcend the earlier prior stages of development into stage yellow or even turquoise. We must transcend and include, and unfortunately stage blue is bad at inclusion but great at exclusion of those they deem too different. In fact majority of evils in mankind is more limits of stage blue and some from red rather than stage orange and green.

@RightHand Honest to GOD, I swear before him, Destiny is the most cringe exemplar for young men! Even if you started in a bad spot, just like in Unciv or in civilization 5 game, you had to make your first capital next to desert or tundra and some hills with little food points, maybe you lucky it's a coastal capital, and even if you settled on a hill next to a mountain and river tile, surrounded with green hills and grasslands for great growth and all that, I think it's the desire and will power and passion that drives and fuels that growth, population, production, gold generation, all that. I think to downplay that aspect for some alien level consciousness is both a bit reductionist and devalues humanity like that. It's a very subtle and sneaky way to argue for black pill ideology and to argue a nihilistic determinism there.

@integral Why is it unwise? North Korea was selling weapons to Putin, and both are similar in thinking, therefore it makes sense to pay a visit to a like minded leader. Keep in mind Biden and the USA are super powerful country, a very powerful country. You need all the help you can get to even the odds I guess.

@Hatfort True that North Korea does sell them some weapons and especially artillery shells they keep stockpiled by the millions towards the South Koreans. Both North and South Korea know the importance of artillery shells and keep extra amounts of it, they keep so much of it.
