@Karmadhi That and the polls recently shows it's unlikely Trump will ever win again, despite that presidential debate being a bad performance by Biden. -

@ryandesreu For sure. Didn't mean to put you on the spot with that argument there. I just want the population to be more educated and informed, even if that means more assessments and question lists per election cycle. I think every year this test should be done nation wide instead of 4 years, just like with the annual tax payments, make this every year. And yes there are some who will object, even conjure up conspiracist, and to that point is where I brought up Leo's point in one of his conscious politics series, about removing the human persona, making politician candidates anonymous, which'll feed into those deep state theories -

OMG that long winded question by Jordan was cringe! After Tommy was done telling his story about how he had to, because of 2 tier policing according to him, he and the lads had to wear masks and even he had to make this Tommy Robinson as a fake name to hide his identity because the Islamic gang in that Lutein area was breaking his windows, making threats to his family, and all sorts of intimidation and threats, and then Jorden interrupts him and interjects, actually interjected several times in this episode, about why he had to hide his identity, why fake his name, then go on some long winded sophistry about the bible and the consequences. Jordan's shortened question here, simplified by me: why did you want anonymity and changed name? Tommy's answer, briefly: Because of threats, safety issues, and we wanted to go to that townhall to show support to soldiers of Lutein and avoid arrests and identifications.(I assume this short answer). That's it! I simplified his long winded question into a very short one, which only needed a short one. Like come on! I especially liked Tommy's 'No? What's that?' At around 57:30 minutes to Jordan asks if he knows the parable of the rich man, and Tommy does the 'No? What's that?'. I can't, it's so funny! Clearly he's here to tell his story, he ain't got no interest in Jordan's bible stories!π€£ππ -

Another gripe I have with Jordan and his podcast, are just the ad placements. At first they seem alright, no alarm here, but the way the ads are placed is as if it's in place to a censor bar or something like that. At least with other podcasts when they do run ads(understandable as they need a bit of extra revenue)what most podcasts do is clearly transition into an ad break. What really annoys me with how Jordan does the ad breaks is it cuts off the speaker and blurs about 50%, but I can still see the speaker talking, zero audio, still make out gestures...annoying as hell! IDK it just communicates to me he's censoring key information just because of the placement of the ads that gives it that feel. -

Ok, so so far, after 30 minutes, this Tommy Robinson guy's got an interesting communication style. General body language here is fast paced speech similar to Destiny, good face expressions although it's mostly a bit blank but moments of micro expressions here and there of agitation and worry. Great expressive hands and gestures. Few moments with the hands and illustrators of that hands up, proclaiming he's telling the truth, other moments where he did quick hands up. Basically the Hands up is just like when you're confronted by a police officer, guy commands you to put your hands up, you put your hands up and clearly state you have no weapons, no reason to shot yeah? So putting hands up and palms facing to the listeners or even to the person being aggressive towards you, that's a pacifier, that's a gesture to communicate 'I'm not a threat, I'm supplicative to you, I'll do what you want just hear me out please!'. I could be a bit off with that gesture but that's the feeling. Overall arm, shoulders, eyes darting, even the 'nervous' fidgeting on his right foot. Now, to analyze his verbals and tonality, how he was speaking, this part gave me more difficulty because it felt like he's rushing his story telling! I'm going to be frank, I felt a 50/50 that he was lying simply from him just rushing his story, and jumping from one event to another event, to giving a brief description of character of another person, then he reframes the story to tell a different time line, and then that changed a bit meanwhile speaking like he's so nervous and agitated...Like I'm like dude! You're telling your truth and what happened, please slow down and be more consistent!πLike I want to believe him but that speech pattern with him is making me feel like he doesn't want to linger or something. Now Here I will be less harsh because apparently he's been through the ringer with the UK gov, all those legal issues, all those harassments, maybe that's why he's rushing like that with nervous energy. IDK what are you thought here? Do you feel similar to what I felt whilst he was talking? -
@Karmadhi Yeah some of that looks pretty bad.

@LordFall Thanks for raising awareness of this issue. IMO that's more a stage red moment than a green demonization moment from me as I'm tired of seeing people play pretend like him and the blue haired guy get away with obviously stuff they shouldn't online. But I cooled off and decided that maybe my masculine energy was way too much then but I just had to write a few things and get it off my chest yeah? Maybe this political situations made me mental but I know what I know about those figures, like I know stuff more than most people about them I won't be sharing here anymore. Regardless I will say sorry for the strong language, and that was deserved the thread lock and the warning threat by Leo and mods but I will not get that thread hidden, it will be clear to all who read my stance and what I think about that guy. Yeah it's fine to use me as an example of getting too excited in the moment yeah? I actually changed my mind and Ivanka a cool artist and architect, it's just the political stuff yeah? I think I'll just keep a journal about the dark thoughts here or just in private for now. Thanks, peace to you and good day for others who also raised the flag!ππ

Dedicated to the hundredth scorpion: Don't mind me minding my own business. I was just pointing out potential contradictions in logic for others to see, not you. Potent in the nouns, verbs, adverbs and adjectives, adding stipulations onto compassion and karma from the Bhagavad Gita, copy and pasted onto the Israel conflict, inflict it with an inflexion of giddy, for the hundredth time stop being excited. Again, don't mind me the garden gnome, you ignored me and we respected the writing in the wall, so don't act Igno ramous of the narrative you ran with onwards I warded off with my own fire-wall. Don't be fired up, when I put fires down. Don't be outing left when I left the field with you fighting my shadows. Honor our ceasefire first, and pledge it, really, ignore me in every metric, just like I do to you you do to me too with signatures, messages and name mentions. Yet you mentioned me but I kept the promise, yet vice versa you broke it, like an alcoholic for the hundredth time, respectfully stop it, don't do me like Scorpio did to the froggy.

@hundreth If that's the case, then stop morally condemning HAMMAs and even the IDF then. And all sides stop complaining about them then, just silently go about your day then.

Another trap he's fallen into, dug himself into. Let's break it down like it's an argument: 1. Teddy Atlas is a fraud. I say it still depends on many other factors, developmental factors, especially the marketing and promotion from Americans. Here I'm more inclined to agree that Teddy Atlas has, just like Joe Rogan, been given more credit than he earned for himself, and just like Joe Rogan been given credit for 'training'. Unlike Joe Rogan though Joe is more humble and a comedian, Teddy is just a bit more rough than that 2. Also agree on the Gypsy king and that other guy, yep most white folks and others been propping them up, but they are not that impressive. 3. ABSOLUTELY HARD DISAGREE here! I would never claim I'm envious or jealous of a religion and race, from caliphates 1-2-3-4, from Persia to the Ottomans, I would NEVER claim I'm jealous or envious of a group that had castrated my ancestors if I was a black person. Hell no! Screw that, I'd be mad and angry at them for doing that! But here we are, I guess due to our many developmental factors like SD stages of development, cognitive and moral development, personality types/traits, 9 stages of ego development, shadows aspects of our psyche, other lines of development in several areas of life and societal domain, information intake and the media we consume, misinformation, propaganda, and narratives being told here and there, also especially our biases and preferences we lean to and are indoctrinated into believing. Yes, pre islamic world was far worse, but even after the spread of islam in that region, their culture was always normalized having multiple slaves from other cultures, so screw that noise. -
@numbersinarow Yes, but that is secondary to mind muscle connection and flexing routines. You can get that with all sorts of resistance training, but if you not careful and increase muscle size beyond what bones, joints, ligaments and tendons are used to you may snap them. Happens and is common in those body builder modern programs.
-
@NoSelfSelf By flexing and doing isometrics. Increasing that mind muscle connection first. Any other program is good, but prioritize mind muscle connection.

@ZenAlex It's unreasonable to make slanderous and defamatory videos on alleged events. It's all the more reasonable to report such misinformed delusional videos!

@Roy TRUE! I wish there were more regulations about these free speech platforms. Social media and internet cultures like Tik Tok, Twitch, and others are just poisoning the minds of the viewers with BS like this. No wonder Plato or Socrates hated democracy, it makes most people who are dumb think their opinion is universally valid and feel they so self entitled they have a say. Not all opinions or democratized mediums are equal.

@Unlimited Sorry for the lose mate. Had a pet cat, half tabby and half Maine Coon. Had a heart condition that was getting worse until he passed away. Doctors did their best. I didn't sleep for a couple days and lost all feeling in my body. hope you go through the grief stages quickly.

@aurum America has the power it has due to Geography, luck dealing with the commanche, luck and help dealing with GB due to some support from France and Spain, and Neoliberalism obsession with foreign coups and making the world American, and a few more developmental factors, and more luck. -
Danioover9000 replied to Hardkill's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Hardkill However, until France understands why this happens, about half the country will still get pissed off and some will still side with the right and far right and they'll keep having to deal with this because of their liberal blinders. Now guess the one thing which created this situation. -
Danioover9000 replied to Jayson G's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
@Rafael Thundercat Well, the students are taught that democracy came from ancient Greeks like the Athenians because to them that's were it originated. Technically democracy originated when hominids have the capacity to group and be social and dream about different realities, technically. Also the Native Americans were not perfect in their notions of democracy: As they're still bound by nature and competition for natural resources, which creates natural inequality, which creates conflicts over who gets access to a bit more buffalo, or who gets to claim more land marks. -

@DocWatts I'm talking about the time when most people didn't know Trump now. Just like how most people didn't know how lethal Covid-19 was. Should you assign moral blame to those who really don't know? And BTW, 40% of Americans that leaned a bit right felt betrayed by Obama, and even some of the democrats voted Trump in at that time. What can you realistically do when half the country wants revenge on the left administration that failed them mostly for 8 years straight? -
Possible stage blue individual view on a stage blue/red person's talking points. For context white guy reacting here is Texan, reacting to a South African, and South African politics actually, on that part of the world: Well, that's an example of ultra far right nationalism. Guess how many there are hidden in America's right wing? There you go. Also important context of history: The black panthers rised up in response to Jim Crow laws and mistreatment by racist whites, and they were actually a successful movement relative to the anti culture movement, in regards to community efforts and community policing. Then Nixon and his administration associated the heroine epidemic to the black panthers, and marijuana to the anti culture movement in order to justify mass arrests of them. Even before this the CIA and FBI infiltrated the Black panthers and used agents to cause disorder and coups and to break down their order from within. This context is for the NFAC group, the second group he's reacting to has a much larger history of dealing with whites on South Africa, and yes in this specific instance there were multiple genocides that happened in that area, quite challenging environment and climate ideal for more stage red groups to flourish, and yes they ended up not just kicking out most whites and genocided them in their area, but also even the Hindu Indians that migrated there and occupied niches in the markets and businesses in Africa.
-
However, while I don't support the NFCA, or this other version of it, I will admit for context that the black panther movement was actually one of the most successful movements during the Nixon Era, besides the anti culture movement. IMO they did a fantastic job community policing and doing community efforts, so well that the FBI and CIA decided to infiltrate their ranks and cause a coup and breakdown of order within the movement, along with associate the heroin epidemic to them! Even the Marijuana to the anti culture movement, and then go and arrest the 2 movements on mass. Either the guy above was ignorant of historical context here, don't blame him as USA loves to white wash history with extra bleach, or he's willfully ignorant, either of the 2, don't care if this is false dilemma yes many other reasons but I'm picking those 2 to frame here. Yes, I don't support them, yes it's genocidal language and a bit racist and morally condemn them and more, BUT understanding where they come from with it and actually addressing that root cause there, with more understanding and empathy as challenging as it is, that'll help fix the deep systemic racism here. This guy's from Texas, should know better but I guess it's nice to shift moral blame to another without understanding the full context that brought their group to that level of genocidal language. Am seeing a pattern here I wish I didn't notice on repeat with these stage blue right wingers... The irony is that this is exactly the ultra far right America has hidden in the right wing, especially the nationalists. This is what they also think about with other non whites and other cultures.

@OBEler True, Jordan acting like this is his first time knowing misinformation and that groups can lie and give misleading titles. He really thought Nazis were a left wing party because they advertised themselves as social nationalist party. I guess he forgot to read past the headline and maybe had a personal beef with scholars that studied Nazism. Anyways am done here.
-
Is actually decent, albeit I felt they didn't address the elephant in the room with Jordan Peterson's video: Him dodging and weasel around defining Nazism as ultra far right and falsely claiming that Nazi Germany and Adolf's Nazism was a left 'social nationalist party.', which is basically Jordan accepting their premise and their branding whilst ignoring the scholar and literature on Nazism.

@Rafael Thundercat Been to Brazil too, good place and loved the Brazilian grill restaurants there. Sunshine and humidity was bit much, got so bad I had to roll around the apartment floor to soak in as much cold as possible.
