@Leo Gura If you’re paranoid about your health, then avoid it. It’s better safe than sorry I guess -- but who really knows? Sounds like you're trying to veer on the side of safety. Shrimp, salmon, light-tuna have “low” levels of mercury, so interpret that how you will.
