  1. Thanks for summing up the book. I have read it myself and it helped me going more positively through the days. How big the influence exactly is, is difficult to measure in my opinion. Because it is so difficult to recall how you felt 6 months ago I started tracking my thoughts and feelings on a regular basis. Comparing my thoughts over time showed me that my mindset and my view of the world are changing. And although I realized some changes taking place quickly I personally believe that the true benefits come mainly in the long run, when habits are formed and positive thoughts come automatically. There is also a video on YouTube that visualizes the core ideas from the book and which I find quite helpful. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=23dmjrscJcc
  2. Reasons come first, answers second. (Jim Rohn)
  3. Jim Rohn’s books are stellar, and the principles he is teaching are pretty timeless. I listened to his lectures for hours. On the beach, in the car, on the plane… and over time it helped me to build up my own strong principles for life. You can find a couple of his lectures on YouTube.
