  1. I just stared at my hand and it is amazing how much intelligence is right there in my hand. 5 sticks appearing out of a square-shaped thing in order to grab stuff and how the nails are there perfectly to do things like scraping and whatnot haha. How can such intelligence be created? Thanks for this post!
  2. Well maybe one way to look at it is that without getting the foundation right, striving for higher levels of being might be difficult. So in that way it does help I think by getting all your emotional problems out of the way
  3. I am not an expert but troubles with anal stuff could be related to any trauma during ages of 18 - 36 months. This is known as the 'anal stage' in Sigmund Freud's Psychosexual stages. You can research more about it but if this is the case then you might want to visit a Psychoanalyst in your area. They should be able to help you regardless if this is the case. It's great that you came out with it on the forum
  4. Inside China's 'Thought Transformation' camps
  5. I am sorry to hear about this. Wish you all the strength to go through this phase and come out with a better understanding of everything. I am personally not in a position to answer this question but the next best thing I could do is to link you with advise from someone who might know what to do
  6. @Garuda All I know as of now is only from the video I sent. I asked the channel how they got their sources. Will update if I get a good answer
  7. @Preetom Wow, that is Bhakti Yoga taken into another level...
  8. Apparently, Swami Vivekananda's guru turned himself into a female. He even menstruated. It has been recorded. I just came across this video
  9. @Cocolove Thank you! For how long have you been practicing? And do you see results in the department of working with supressed emotions/trauma?
  10. Just did my second 20 min session followed by 15 mins of lying down. It was one of the most powerful experiences I've had. I can't even remember most of it eventhough I just got done with it. My arms started moving by themselves and my whole body was vibrating with a certain energy. It was so intense but also quite uncomfortable. I really felt like I was facing death. Fear came up. But I faced it full on to the best of my abilities and see what more was there. Towards the end I felt quite peaceful. All of this basically start right after I stop the breathing and continue laying down for 15 mins. It hits me soo fast and so deep. Thank you Leo for sharing this with us I will be making this a regular practice now
  11. @Shadowraix Yes, I do that but not with some of the Spiral Dynamics videos unfortunately I mainly want to share it with some people
  12. Yup
  13. @kieranperez Yup, never believes anything from anyone but also dont dismiss everything. Float in the river in betwee. Anyway I am just realizing how much I mentally masturbate sometimes haha Half of all the threads is just that
  14. @Leo Gura Will you be releasing the video anytime soon on a different platform?
  15. @kieranperez Just want to add something onto what you said. According to Sadhguru, Shiva both refers to 'that which is not' and also the first yogi from whom yoga apparently stems from. He was so deeply enlightened that they refer to both as just Shiva, as you can't separate the two.
  16. @Psychonaut Yes, I think it looks more sorted out. Thank you. I also prefer Latex formatting. Cheers! @CepzeuLike Bill W said, I would gladly like to make a donation as well
  17. Thank you very much for this! Well done ?
  18. I was initially practicing Kriya Yoga(from Leo's booklist) for a few months daily. In my experience, it was more powerful than the vipassana meditation that I was practicing before. Then I tried Shambhavi and had an instant effect on my general well-being ("calmness" as you refer). I combined it along with a hatha yoga practice (Surya Kriya) and I can feel how it is instantly effective in many aspects which is honestly hard to put into words. Basically I would say it increased my baseline level of consciousness and I became more meditative through out the day. However please keep in mind these experiences can be subjective.
  19. @Leo Gura Either way, juicy insights Leo, thanks! The deeper I go into this work, the more I realize how much I do not know
  20. @Garuda Scratch that.... Future enlightened beings linage will go straight to a toad in a desert in Mexico
  21. Yes
  22. Please only take what you may from this but this was his description of his enlightenment experience and it sounded so much like what Leo explained in the Total Omniscience Video with psychedelics, especially the part where I have highlighted. "After the experience I had on Chamundi Hill[where he had his first enlightenment experience] , time and space started flipping in me. Suddenly what was there was here; what was then was now. I could see everyone's past, present and future at the same time. It was one grand confusion. But it was also utterly beautiful. I realized then that all human experience is self-created. Though most human beings believe that their experience is created by events around them, I realized that it is hundred per cent self-created. You can make your experience whichever way you want. Just to feel a moment of pleasantness within oneself, how much indignity each human being is going through. Just to experience one moment of completeness, what a circus people are making of their lives. And it will never be enough. There will always be a longing in human beings for something more. This compulsion to go beyond compulsion is a fundamental human need. " Quoted from book ''More than a Life''
  23. Yeah but in the end only we make the distinction between the two states right?
  24. Haven't we all
