  2. I don't know if you are strictly referring to humans here but according to Sadhguru, the human body is the peak of evolution given the current geometry of the solar system. If any more changes are to happen to the human system, it requires a change in the current geometry of the solar system.
  3. The best type of therapist to visit would be a Psychoanalyst. Like mentioned above, you probably shouldn't visit a psychiatrist.
  4. Hopefully, this isn't going too off-topic but one of those rare occurrences happened with a cow who was close to Ramana Maharshi apparently. The cow spent decades with him and was öoberated before its physical death. Here is the link
  5. Have you heard of the Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Programme? It is a top notch 5 month programme of over 1700 hours of training. Best of wishes!
  6. Well, if you try Isha Hatha Yoga, you only have to visit the teacher one or maybe two times. They teach it to you in a way that you can practice it at home by yourself for the rest of your life
  7. Sadhguru has a video explaining your situation. It starts at 0:30 https://youtu.be/HtmoyqOHuVI I personally have paid attention to my state of mind during a full moon and was able to clearly see quite noticeable changes. I also asked my mother to see if she had a similar experience and she also confirmed. So in my personal experience, it is true
  8. Wow that's impressive. I'm yet to experiment with most of the recipes. Enjoy the good health that follows!
  9. @Salvijus I had already had the book a few months ago The only thing is that you need an Indian / Asian shop to find all the ingredients to cook
  10. www.duckduckgo.com is a great alternative and there main advertising point is exactly about what you wrote about in this post
  11. Can confirm that the book is full of extremely healthy and flavourful recipes. I've tried one as for now and it was delicious and super healthy at the same time!
  12. @yellowschnee Glad you found it helpful. I see that you have great interest in trying out Vipassana. It is a great spiritual technique for reaching higher levels of consciousness for sure. But having said that, in my experience, Vipassana could take a long time to work on you and also takes a long portion of the day (2 hours). Therefore I changed to Yoga for the moment. Not the western yoga but real authentic yoga. I highly recommend you watch the video called "Importance of Real Yoga" by Leo. A good reason to try it out in my opinion is becauce it yields results much faster than traditional meditation and even vipassana in my experience. A good program to start with if you are interested is Inner Engineering. They currently don't have any upcoming programs in Germany but I think they will have one before the end of the year or atleast beginning of next year.
  13. You can register for a Vipassana retreat by going to www.dhamma.org However having said that, I'd like to share a different perspective to the story. Hardcore Porn addiction usually is almost always related to emotional problems that were not dealt with in childhood. It usually has not much to do only with porn but has other root issues. So it might be difficult to meditate your way out of the addiction. I am not saying that is not possible but it could be very hard specially if the problem has to do with emotional trauma (from childhood). So my advice would be to put your main attention into healing from any emotional issues you might have had in your early life and not too much on meditation (or reaching spiritual awakenings yet becauce you have to first do the foundational emotional healing). Instead of Vipassana I would recommend you to join for an Osho Dynamic Meditation course which is focused on releasing emotional trauma. It would be great if you can also combine this with Psychoanalysis therapy sessions where trained analysts can find out why your addiction started in the first place and how it is all connected to your early life. You can also try Shadow work and Shamanic breathing by yourself. There is a great video by Leo for Shamanic breathing, it is a great way to release emotional trauma. Just try any of these few techniques and stick to them for at least a year. It is not easy work and in the beginning you might not want to try it becauce it's uncomfortable to face emotional stuff. But in the end, that's where the real growth lies. All the best
  14. It takes some balls to share your story with everyone here! But that's really good. From what I see, it seems like there is quite a bit of emotional work that you have to work though. Specially from your childhood and teenage years. A lot of us might think that we are emotionalless and very stoic but that's because we are hiding away a lot of that subconsciously. This might explain why you felt like you were getting enlightened as you were writing the letter to your mom. It might have been one of the first times you sat down and seriously wrote down all the stuff that happened and that probably brought up some hidden emotions and you were free and therefore "enlightened". Ofcourse I'm just speculating here but it is probably not an actual enlightenment experience per say. So I think you should start doing some work to dissolve all the emotional trauma that you have. Keep your meditation practices going along as usual but focus on healing. At first you might not want to do it becauce that means going through a lot of hurt. But you have to in order to be better version of yourself. There are many methods. I will list down a few here 1) Osho Dynamic Meditation (You can Google and find a studio nearby who offers this) 2) Shamanic Breathing (Just watch the video by Leo) 3) Shadow Work (There are many YouTube videos for this but a good book is Shadow Dance by David Richo) 4) Go into Psychoanalysis (Find a Psychoanalyst nearby and go into therapy. These are powerful sessions where they can really dig into your unconscious mind and find where all the wounds lie. Note that this is very different from your normal talk therapy) 5) Look into EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) If you even pick a few of the above and invest atleast a year into this, I am sure you will come out of the other side as a completely different person I think the Osho Dynamic meditation, psychoanalysis and shamanic breathing might be the best out the list.
  15. Check out the book ''Shadow Dance by David Richo''
  16. Eventhough this is a very convenient method, it is not the healthiest and it is a concern when the main work is consciousness work. In the yogic traditions, leaving a cooked meal for longer than 1.5 hours causes it to gain a certain inertia and thus lengthen the amount you sleep for example. I know it's hard to do otherwise on a solo retreat but I think this should be taken into consideration.
  17. I am sure there is probably no definitive answer but from your experience have you noticed anything different between the two? I tried both and I think I feel a minor difference but can't pin point what it is. As I'll be trying 1P-LSD soon again for some serious spiritual work, I want to know to what degree my experience will be different from the "real thing"?
  18. Damn, thank you! Pretty convinced at now. He is right about stocking up before its too late since countries are slowly banning it as well. Germany banned it already. Well, that is only the case if we keep psychedelics illegal forever but I doubt it and don't know when that will be. @outlandish Thank you! I think the reason why I thought I experienced a difference in the two was due to the dosages and my state of mind in each respective trip combined. Cheers!
  19. Hey guys, I have been doing shamanic breathing 3 days in a row now and realized that 20 mins is already very intense for me. I was thinking of doing it everyday till I ramp it up to a longer time and then take it slow after that but then Leo talks about only doing this once in a while and he gives a few options of how often to do it. It seems like it will take me ages to ramp it up to 90 mins. Should I stop doing it daily and stick to one of the options that Leo suggested? (once a week, once every 2 weeks and so on...)
  20. @AlterEgo Thank you, it has been in my case as well but I remember a certain difference in the two but it was most probably due to the lack of sleep I was in going into my LSD trip @Rinne Yeah I just did some quick research and it seems like people are assuming that but do report similar experiences with both @ValiantSalvatore Yeah since LSD is illegal its harder to get your hands on them safely indeed. But thank you, I will look Into ETH-LAD and AL-LAD. For testing I usually use the Erhlich regant but when it has been hard to test it for 1P LSD becauce it doesn't seem to be effective. However I've had positive experiences similar to LSD each time I tried 1P-LSD, so I trust my research chemical company now.. Don't know if that's alright to do
  21. @Leo Gura so Osho also was probably not aware of the whole biological weapon thing?
  22. @mindcentral Thank you for your reply! I was curious because Leo in his Psychedelics episode not to play around with research chemicals too much and to stick to the original stuff. I will stick to 1P for now probably
