  1. @kieranperez Its ok to hate me. Love that hate. It's you. The more you love your hate the more it will become part of you again and be integrated into your being. At some point ego love, self love will become normal and then you will know what enlightenment is and why a truly enlightened master is an average joe. Average Joe IS God. Suffering is turning your back on God, turning your back on yourself.
  2. @kieranperez Last time we spoke you said you were looking for human perfection, and that people even if enlightened can be like children. That's where ken wilbers teaching spectacularly falls flat on its face, because the perfection IS the child. What you are mistaking is the wounded child. Which is what you are. You're the wounded child and you hate your own inner child at the moment.. So the great perfection isn't about becoming a perfect person, it's about seeing the perfection in humanity. Human beings are just children at heart. That's what the heart is. But the wounded child goes into the head, leaves the heart because he has been told he is wrong, bad, a devil for being who he is. Which is what you are doing to me. You're literally solidifying seperateness because you don't love every aspect of you. They desperately need love from you.
  3. I'm not saying I know you, I'm saying what my feelings are telling me when I read your energy. I can't know you, but I can make inferences based on my experience of your energy. I'm an empath and intuitive. I love myself. You probably have a tough life because holding onto that amount of grief in your system has to manifest a certain life story. You use spiritual concepts as defence mechanisms.
  4. The problem with that is you will make it into a belief system. This is happening with Leo's videos, Leo is explaining his experiences and people latch onto it and thibk this is how things should be. Then they get very cagey when it doesn't happen..
  5. You been watching ken again? Is that what this is all about? Shadow is when you don't love your own ego and have a problem with it in others. You do know that, right?
  6. I used to smoke myself. But these days the grass is shit. Herbicides dude, herbicides and too much thc too makes for a paranoid trip. I'm just saying what I believe.
  7. I am the ego. I'm also everything else. I don't have a issue with it. I have good deep and lasting relationship with people. I enjoy people and their egos. How do you cope in real life? Life must be very difficult for you if you get this triggered over the one ego that manifests in all people.. You against the world eh?
  8. But what's wrong with other peoples dogmatic and egoic tendencies? And why do you feel a need to call them out? I can only assume you hate the ego and will do anything to change it in others. Why does the ego make you feel uncomfortable?
  9. Try it. It's how the Buddah attained enlightenment and how I also became enlightened. ✌ peace love and dignity ~ (Hammond 2019) !
  10. Good arguments. Can't really fault anything you have said here. You said it with respect and dignity and didn't make it personal. Thank you for the interesting chat about weed.
  11. Nobody is telling you not to smoke. Smoke if you want, but why are you so attached to it that you have to try to change me in order to feel better about your choices?
  12. Just follow my instructions and you will be fine..
  13. Be careful now, don't diss me, I'm enlightened! You're in the presence of a Buddah here!!
  14. No no, it's WATCH the breath, not hold the breath. This ain't yoga.
  15. You're very welcome. The technique is powerful. I went to my masters retreat centre (only three of us for one month) and learned this technique slowly. Its the way the truth and the life - Jesus Christ (circa AD 33 ish!)

  17. Matt Kahn is a faffer.
  18. Put attention on your hara area, the sensations in the belly as the breath comes in and out of your body. As you become very still intensify your focus and try to follow as closely as you can in particular on the out breath. Strict attention to the out breath is the key and the passing of enough time is essential. Just mastering the breath and you will think you have reached nirvana , but it's the passing of the 50 minutes that seals the deal. You will see how powerful this is once you get into it. But be in a place where you won't be distracted. Get up in the middle of the night and practice a little yoga and then attempt it. Breaking your sleep and meditating is incredibly powerful because your brain is still producing waves that are closer to the frequency you are achieving with breath watching. Don't watch the nostrils because that will cause you to slip into a thought. One thought and it's game over. Belly is best. Plus belly breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system.
  19. What's relative to the individual? Can you really know what the individual is going to get from smoking a harmful substance like marijuana? Generally across the board it's considered unhealthy and can induce psychosis. Not all the time, but thinking in shades of grey can be a defence against facing the harsh realities of smoking cannabis. It's a dangerous psychedelic mind altering substance. Meditation is natural, it safe, yes there are even some casualties of meditation , but across the board generally it's safe. That is how to take a meta view of something, consider what it generally does for people
  20. Friendly banter (not all of us a programmed with toxic shame). Time you got rid of the clipboard ?
