  1. Try the 48 minute then. I guarantee it will fuck you up homie. It's free. Have it on me
  2. I'm not selling anything. The PayPal thing is my humor. Dont read into it if that's what you're doing..
  3. If I tell you you will make it into a belief. I can see you're not actually enlightened because you do have a problem with arrogance and boasting. So that there tells me straight away that anything I tell you will harm you. Try the method and you will get it. You can't make this into a belief to chase. You have to actually do the work.
  4. Why do you think watching the breath doesn't open the heart and show you what reality is? When you come out of the mind long enough the heart is all there is. There are many ways, but this one takes only 48 minutes..That's a nice bargain, 48 minutes of concentration vs. Lifetimes of evolution. No brainer.
  5. Pushing what? A 48 minute breathing technique? What harm will it do to try it?
  6. @zeroISinfinity The Buddah was permanently enlightened. And his technique permanently enlightenes everyone who manages to do it.. try it, you will see for yourself. Don't believe me, just try the method. It works.
  7. I wasn't around when Jesus and Ghandi were around. But I've seen the film's about them! The point is, are YOU ok with boasting and bragging? That's the main issue here. I'm fine with it. What I want to know is why people who claim enlightenment are flustered with boasting and bragging. That should be an indicator that they are inauthentic.
  8. There isnt any breath? Not sure I follow..
  9. @SoonHei yes, the jaw should be very relaxed anyway. Whatever feels natural. Just make sure you sit upright..
  10. I agree. Never take in anything anyone says unless it corresponds with common sense and reason.. You need to try the 48 minute vipassana to see if it works. Then come back and congratulate me. You are free to give alms donations via PayPal.
  11. @Inliytened1 Ok. I don't think an enlightened person would have a problem with boasting. But you obviously think they would?
  12. I agree but the buddah wasn't in a permanent non dual state. Permanent enlightenment is different to a non dual state. Nobody can live like that, it would confuse you as you would have no boundaries. But Buddah became enlightened in his 30s and went onto teach enlightenment for another 50 years.
  13. No, she's got every right to not believe me. Never take anything on board, even if an enlightened master says it, unless it corresponds with common sense and reason. The Buddah (500 AD)
  14. I have become enlightened. I can show you how to do it. Watch the breath for at least 48 minutes without having a thought. It results in permanent enlightenment.
  15. There is no God in Buddhism. So you're essoetially saying that the Buddah wasn't enlightened. Because he never spoke of a God. But I know what you mean by "God" but Buddah awakened to emptiness..
  16. @zeroISinfinity Look ^^^^ It's a notification button! ..at least address your master with some notification so that he doenst feel insignificant.
  17. Nobody has said that enlightenment = mastering a breathing technique. Mastering the breathing technique RESULTS in permanent enlightenment. My heart is pure.
  18. @zeroISinfinity Do you know there is a button that you can press to make sure the person you are addressing gets your question.. otherwise we don't get notified and you might think you're being ignored. Or you can quote. It does the same thing. My heart is fine. How is yours?
  19. It also took the Buddah 4 years. 4 years to master the technique of strong determination. Vipassana. Whatever you want to call it, that's the method the awakened one used. Your thinking that a newbie can just watch the breath for 48 minutes without thinking one thought. That's silly.
  20. The point is when you master the technique you can become permanently enlightened in 48 minutes if you don't think one thought. That's how I did it. So I know Its true. My master taught me it and he said it was how the Buddah got enlightened.
  21. @Patrick Lynam Yeah, but psychedelics can also cause PTSD. So watch out, if you're already having issues then think carefully about cowboying it.
  22. @Patrick Lynam Theapy is a complete waste of money because talking isn't solving any problems, it's addressing the problem on the wrong level of the human being. Things are just talked about but the underlying emotions aren't changed because these things are from a different part of the mind. Often times therapist try to change their clients and even use methods like gaslighting in order to force results, which is very bad practice because the reason the person is damaged in the first instance is because they were forced to change and not given unconditional love. Stick with meditation. It worked for me, I'm an enlightened master!
  23. I like Sam. He's a fellow dzogchenpa.
