Its normal to wake up in the middle of the night, with your phone open up a bed time story on youtube and listen to it until you start drifting off then turn off the audio and go to sleep, if you still cant sleep listen to the bed time story again and repeat. Bed time story will turn off your thinking brain, do it every night.

The value of money is a representation of that countries economic value how ever that is calculated (inport/outport goods, production of valuable goods, oil reserves, debt, relationships with other contries...). The buying power of the average daily wage is a good indication of a countries wealth. There are exceptions if the government is corrupt and controlling wealth with large inequality gaps.

@Michael569 She went to the hospital recently from severe stomach pain, they couldn't find the reason. She stopped taking the iron and the pain went away, 5 days later she tried the iron supplement again and the stomach pain came back. Is there a different form thats better tolerated? She was taking ferrous bis-glycinate.

The wake is caused by stress, you should be able to fall back asleep but your to stressed. They had to give you something for anxiety that would of worked better then sleeping pills in this case. Ill say it one more time lol, at 5pm you need to eat a big meal or else the stress will be to high for you to sleep. The body is starving in this overdrive state.

@Growly Are you eating under 2000 calories a day? Maintaining weight does not mean the body is getting the resources it needs. The body is in overdrive mode from sleep deprivation, you need to eat like a normal person.

The way math is thought in school is memorization. Instead if math thought in school involved reinventing Newton or Einstein's equations, then id say your pretty intelligent.

Ah ok that's reasonable, I was getting the impression that you saw a right and a wrong way to view this topic. In general its very difficult to talk about this topic as its easy to miscommunicate and people interpret what is being said as a criticism from "bellow" rather then "above".

Your assuming your perspective is the moral high road and the "truth" in the matter with out fully understanding what I'm saying. It doesn't matter what age she was when this happened, he explained that who she today is still a people pleaser with no voice, she cant asses the quality of a person people are (as some people depending on there upbringing cant ever seem to get a grasp of especially if her parents had no integrity). Your assuming she has grown up in the past 5-10 years, when growing up with trauma and a bad upbringing never goes smoothly.

That guy also doesn't no any better and has to grow up. Are you able to show understanding towards him or to complete the picture and show understanding towards the whole? Are you blaming one side over the other? There's a miscommunication, im not blaming anyone. an event like this is the inevitable expression of everyone involved. Besides reprimanding him for bad behavior the only thing she can do is work on herself. So what conversation are we having here? How to punish "bad people"? Or how to grow up? --- Women that find themselves in these situations have a habit of finding themselves in these situations again in the future. There is more to it then a one off crime committed towards her.
