Practice playing chess. Chess forces you to take your time before making a decision. By playing chess your practicing and reinforcing the neural pathways that pause and allow yourself to dwell on something before moving. So the board of a chess game is essentially a tool for various forms of habit training. There's many ways you could use the board for training patients is certainly one of them. Think of it like a gym, you go to gym to get big muscles while you could play chess to strengthen certain habits.

Nope your body has to do a lot of work to filter that shit out. And ashwagandha crosses the blood-brain barrier, it's not simply "food". lol Also taking B vitamins is a stimulant, that exhaust the system, so you need plenty of Immaculate sleep to compensate. Now let's scale that up to 100 random supplements. lmao

Shameless cash grab. I'm appalled they even released this homemade highschool film assignment\. But it is truly difficult to recreate the magic in the writing and production.
-
His philosophy is great, I wish he just wasn't telling everyone to take ashwagandha everyday. There was an episode recently where he injured his foot and it was affecting his sleep quality and you can clearly see that he was completely miserable and incapable of functioning normally without perfect sleep. I think his Immaculate sleep and exercise routine compensates for the heavy load of taking 100 supplements every morning.

You gotta be smart enough to avoid these men. It’s a skill. But you’re not gonna get it right all the time like you’re gonna be wrong before you figure it out. And there’s gonna be luck involved.

That’s actually a really great question and it happens a lot. The sex is enjoyable regardless if you think she’s genuinely beautiful or not, or if you were mostly lying. Because if for example, if she ask you if she looks fat in these clothes, the right answer is to lie because you love her, or your socially intelligent, and understand that a question purpose is to communicate an emotion and not autisticly communicating truth. Also You could love her and not think she’s beautiful. And so if you’re having sex with her, it’s because you’re in love with her. Normally when you’re in love with her and you enjoy having sex with her then you generally think she’s beautiful even if a different part of your brain think she she’s not. There’s many types of beauty. Or you don’t think she’s beautiful and your not in love with her and you’re just telling her she’s beautiful so you can have sex with her because men will enjoy sex regardless. Some men emotionally manipulate for good intentions and some do it for personal gain. And it’s always some mix of both and always some mix of selfishness and love. lol you could have sex with a man and not think he’s hot.
-
?? at no point did I say to pretend? If you’re having sex as a man and you say these things you don’t mean during sex then you don’t know how to have sex. Because in that scenario, you’re psychologically completely disconnected and out of the game and are functioning at a low state of sexual development. The right way to have sex is to be 100% invested into the moment to lose yourself in that moment in a very intense almost animalistic way (for a lack of a better word). And as a man from the male perspective, you should be looking at her like she’s the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen in a kind of mesmerized state. And this produces the most passionate highest quality sex. But this only works if she’s also completely hundred percent diving in to it and not resisting like most women do that are stuck in their head overthinking. Hold on maybe the word resisting can be misinterpreted. I mean, you know when women overthink and are not invested in the moment. When the man is fully invested and mesmerized into it, he intuitively behaves and acts in the most passionate way that women are stimulated by to the highest level. But I’m not talking about doing this on a first date… lol this is something that takes time and trust to build up.

@Conscious- this guy needs to get addicted to chess. Chess before chests, always. 👏

Oh, that’s true. I forgot about that one. 😂 I think the reason I was having a mindset of when you’re with someone short term versus long-term. You can’t tell them that you’re in love with them like the first time you have sex with them, but you could definitely tell them how beautiful they are and stimulate them in many other ways mentally. So in this way, I think the beauty aspect might be more primitive and primal than the love aspect?
-
The number one thing a woman wants to hear during sex is that she’s beautiful. While if you tell a man that he doesn’t care at all, what a man wants to be told is that he’s so good in bed. basically he wants to be complimented on his ability.

LMAO what are these superior genes? Its because you embody both the masculine and feminine in one body so reproduction was like "ya we have all the genes we'll ever need right here".

https://www.actualized.org/insights/terrence-howard-stupidity Multiplication is like a shortcut for adding the same number over and over. For example, if you want to add 3 together 2 times, you can just multiply 2 by 3. So, 2x3 means you're adding 3 twice, which is 3+3=6. Similarly, 1x1 means you're adding 1 to itself once, which is just 1. This shows that multiplication is really just a quick way to do repeated addition. And all the more complex math operations are built on these simple ideas. 3x2=6 because 2+2+2=6 3x2 means add 2 over and over again 3 times in a row. 2+2+2=6 It's a man-made human invention modeling a very important part of the real world. Where we have objects and then we can group them together. 1x1=1 because +1=1 This also works with decimals. 0.5 x 2 means you're adding 0.5 twice, which is 0.5 + 0.5 = 1. The concept still applies. 0.5 * 0.5 means you're adding 0.5 to itself half a time, which is 0.25. With negative numbers, multiplication still follows the same logic but with a twist. For example, -3 x 2 means you're adding -3 twice, which is -3 + (-3) = -6. Similarly, 3 x -2 means you're adding -2 three times, which is -2 + (-2) + (-2) = -6. When you multiply two negative numbers, like -3 x -2, you're essentially adding 2 three times, but since you're dealing with negatives, the result is positive: 2 + 2 + 2 = 6. So, the concept of multiplication as repeated addition still applies, but you need to consider the signs.

Realizing that your significant other exists is a huge step in the relationship. 😎 Joking aside, I think this is a good point there’s a stage of growing up relationship wise were you simply understand that the other person is a person and you don’t put all of this baggage of expectations onto it. It’s almost impossible to do 100% at the time all the time, but you could flip-flop between this perspective to ground yourself throughout the relationship.

Here at actualized you’re only allowed to jerk off if you know it’s imaginary. 😊

It depends if you’re with the right partner, and you have high sexual compatibility with that partner. Sexual compatibility is separate from social compatibility or values compatibility, or intellectual compatibility. When you have high sexual compatibility, the sex just keeps getting better and better and better for years, it does not slow down. Also, if you want to have good sex stop masturbating. And have sex once a week. This is the ideal recovery time for explosive sex. This will also depend on another factors like if you have a low sex drive. Then at that point it’s always gonna be a mediocre.

@Candle I'll help break down the fundamental mathematical properties from multiplication down to the most basic concepts, showing how each builds on simpler operations: Multiplication → Addition - Multiplication is repeated addition (e.g., 3 × 4 is adding 3 four times: 3 + 3 + 3 + 3) Addition → Succession/Incrementation - Addition is repeated succession (e.g., 3 + 2 is starting at 3 and incrementing twice: 3 → 4 → 5) Succession → Natural Numbers - Succession is the operation of "going to the next number" (e.g., 3's successor is 4) - This is built on the concept of natural numbers and the "next" relationship Natural Numbers → Counting - Natural numbers are built on the concept of counting discrete quantities - Counting relies on one-to-one correspondence between numbers and objects Counting → Unity/Oneness - Counting is built on understanding "one" as a unit - The concept of "one" comes from recognizing distinct, individual entities Unity → Distinctness - Unity requires the ability to distinguish one thing from another - This relies on the concept of boundaries or separation between entities Distinctness → Existence - The most fundamental property is existence itself - The ability to recognize that something "is" or "is not" - This forms the basis for all mathematical reasoning and logic ---------- The end is existence it self. So we are not simply talking about numbers, we are trying to model reality. But what is existence and what are we modeling and what is the entanglement between us and the model?

How are you defining fundamental to the universe? I’m viewing math as a very useful tool for human survival and a projection onto everything. So the point I’m making was Howard thinks multiplication should be defined differently because there’s a more fundamental way to define it when really you were already already projecting our psychology onto the universe and it’s just man-made definitions to begin with.
-
@Hojo You're confusing multiplication with division. If we take something and divide it in half, now we have two pieces! But the problem is, each piece is smaller, and so the sum is still 1. Also, you could be confusing it with duplication. If you duplicate something, you get two of it. But we're not doing duplication; we're doing multiplication. Duplication is defined as 1x2=2. If we call it duplication, you would say: 1 duplicated by 1 equals 2, and that seems to be a correct statement. Duplication would have a completely different rule set defined by math. No one seems to understand; multiplication is just defined as a specific algorithm. Terrence thinks that the meaning of the word "multiplication" should be subjectively something else, therefore, we should redefine how we do multiplication. But math isn't a property of the universe; it's a property of definitions. We are not talking about something fundamental to the reality of nature. Math is just something humans invented; we just selected a term, chose a word, and gave it meaning. There is no universal representation of multiplication as a fundamental property of the universe. This is what Terrence thinks is happening with Math, he thinks math is fundamental to the universe. He thinks multiplication should be defined as something else because that is truer to the Universal Property of the universe that we are modeling. Math is a bunch of stupid monkeys counting on their fingers.

Gambling is like any other profession, If you're born with the genetics for it, and apply yourself you'll dominate the world. This guy is the Michael Jordan of gambling. His Opinion: "casinos are evil, sinful, dirty dark places that are only built to destroy people and their lives."

If you want to know if someone's expertise is worth anything, they would have a cataloged, detailed list of every possible disease and issue that they have successfully treated with the exact people and circumstances of health of the people that were treated, along with the exact protocol used to treat it. The reason no one has this information or cares to show it is because it's completely unnecessary to fool you into thinking that all this stuff works. Because it's effortless to sell to desperate people. A person who is truly serious about truth has a cataloged, detailed list of all of their experiments, because that's the only way you're getting to the truth in the first place. Sure.
