This conversation gives me an idea to make an app specifically for Ai therapy.

Every major website has free credits every day. https://chat.deepseek.com/ The one above has more free credits I think than the other ones. But in general if you're not getting the answers to looking for it's mostly because you got to be a bit more strategic and how you're asking your questions and specifically you want to go deeper into every topic. If you wanted to talk about therapy first start by asking it to list unique therapy techniques and models and research. Then from there you can ask it to give you therapy based on some specific technique. Even if you just say something simple like give me therapy as if Teal Swan was giving me therapy it will give you completely different answers. So you could start by giving it all of teal swans work for example you could give it or ask it to show you all of teal Swan's books that she wrote and then give you therapy based on that kind of writing.

Like if you want to teach multiple paradigms: Scene- you have a perspective gun- every time you shoot someone it changes their perspective, and you're living in the universe where everyone's running around with these perspective guns, and they're in a war zone and you could show all the different conversations and alterations these New Perspective causes in maybe a funny way. Or if you want to teach people maturity: you can create a very heartfelt story of maybe a father and his children and really dig deep into the world of maturity through storytelling, but you could really incorporate higher level Concepts that are found in Leo's videos. Leos Video: 250 Traps Of Life - The Psychology Of Traps = 250 shorts of different of scenarios all teaching all the same points in the video.

Is that true? You can be a boring teacher or an entertaining teacher it's a skill. We've all experienced really boring teachers in school. Entertainment is a skill. High Consciousness material could be packaged in a Lord of the Rings fantasy story, if you're a good enough writer you can pull it off.

And even at that there's going to be so many outliers that are just outside of what a human race can figure out at this point in time with the tools that we have. You could have some random gene or some random bacteria in your intestine that's interacting with it strangely and after 30 years it will give you a weakened heart. And after 30 years you'll have no idea why you have a weakened heart. All of these studies are short-term isolated with horse Flyers on. They cannot take into account larger time frames like 10 plus years. And the ones that do take on larger time frames are only tracking certain variables and everything all the other variables.

In the real world there's unknowns and we have to do the best we can with these unknowns. We don't need to consume aluminum as its possibly not a nutrient, our body doesn't need it. Can we easily avoid aluminum? Yes. So let's just avoid it. lol I think the first step is to write out the strategy so we know what how to tackle the problem. Most people have a default strategy that they're unconscious of. Also known as their epistemology of what they think is true or isn't true. In our case we want to maximize health but there's so many variables that is impossible to know what is true so let's come up with a strategy to do the best we can. That's the main point is there so many ingredients = variables, and they interact with so many different systems within the body that it's impossible to make sense of this without a billion dollars funneled into researching it.
-
That makes sense. Brian Johnson is accumulating micro plastics into his testicles, It seems. lol It doesn’t matter that there’s evidence that BPA is highly metabolized, if $1 billion is put on doing research for this specific thing. I’m sure they’re gonna discover 101 effect this stuff has on the body that are unrelated to accumulation. Just because it doesn’t accumulate, doesn’t mean it’s safe, and that we shouldn’t avoid it.
-
No, and anyone that says they are is missing the bigger picture. There’s are too many variables to know. It is an open system and highly complex. You can’t know therefore you have to make an educated guess. And risking it because one study or some mechanism has proven that aluminum is perfectly safe to put on your body is not a wise way protect yourself. The Strategy here is to acknowledging that there is no way to know what is true, so we have to take the least amount of risk. Using some highly toxic companies product and just dumping it on your body is unnecessary risk when there’s alternatives that are simply less risky. The moment the person in that video has a health problem they can’t solve they will use all the knowledge they have available and fail, then they will start experimenting with all that pseudoscience. lol people are allowed to believe whatever they want as long as their own survival doesn’t depend on their belief being true. You can believe the Earth is flat because it has no effect on your survival.

There is a missed opportunity for shorts for making highly addictive High Consciousness material. An idea has to be packaged in an addictive format but that's a skill that isn't easy to master. I believe anything can be packaged in highly addictive way.

Good find! This is the GitHub repo https://github.com/daveshap/Chronic_Health_AI

I watch some more and then she goes on and explains how Plastics don't accumulate in the body. When Brian Johnson just did an episode where he tested it and sais his testicles are filled with plastic. 🤷♀️

Got to be careful with these kind of echo Chambers. She's repeating the status quo, it's important as a foundation to learn this stuff especially if you don't have a biology or Science or nutrition background. After a foundation is built you need to then completely throw it out the window, and examine everything very very carefully from scratch. Assume to know nothing about anything and then carefully experiment and verify everything for yourself. Some stuff it's not possible to verify or really to make any sense of, so you have to go with your best judgment. I don't have time to watch the whole video: at some point she talks about how aluminum in deodorant doesn't cause cancer. And the problem with this is cancer is not why you should avoid it. The problem with all of this science is that they're not trying to maximize Health there trying to avoid diseases. This is a massive blind spot. You should absolutely avoid garbage deodorants because it f**** up your hormones. Are you seriously going to trust some random for-profit company with anything associated with your body? Deodorants are made with the cheapest possible manufactured substances And sold at the highest possible price. And all of it is absorbed directly into your blood through your skin. The skin absorbs and consumes everything it comes into contact with.

I made a Chrome extension that uses this technology. You can use it for free. Click the share screen button and have fun.

It's hilarious how we have to defend ourselves against ourselves.

People that fall into these traps have already lived their whole life very unserious and uninterested about making sense of anything in a deep way. They do not care or have any habits built to deeply understand something. (excluding Jordan Peterson) If you want this not to happen you need to build habits and motivation for trying to understand everything about the world around you as deeply as you can. It's also called intellectual integrity. Eventually you'll build enough defense against your own self-bullshit.

If You YouTube intense Advanced workouts every video lacks soul. How could anyone be motivated to follow a workout like that. The emotions behind the video matter. The YouTube content creation Factory is soulless.

I think that it’s not that simple, children who receive a lot of support And praise by teachers And parents grow faster and become more effective in life. Helps generally children have a much healthier worldview than children who did not receive positive feedback. The most selfish and unaware people received very little positive feedback as children.

I came here giving a possible suggestion, you guys are so hyper fixated on what you think your ideological right answer is it is absurd. I am not playing an ideological game battling my perspective over yours. I'm simply saying a possibility. Part of a holistic multifaceted complex nightmare that is how ever we are intertangled with reality.

It's not black and white like that they're hundred of factors, you could have ate something you're sensitive to. You could have moved to a new house and that caused it to magically stop. You could have changed any number of habits randomly in your life, somewhere around you could have changed their habits that was affecting you without you knowing. You could have changed your shampoo. There's a million thing that can stimulate someone while they sleep. Think holistically... It's fine if you want to believe that it's all magical spirituality.
-
So how it works is that it's a spectrum. It affects everyone, some people its worse than others depending on where you lie on your sensitivity Spectrum and your genetics. Some people it gives them cancer and they have no other reaction to it then that. For example you could be washing your floor with bleach everyday for 20 years and then suddenly at 45 you developed fibromyalgia or cancer, and in the end in that scenario you will never associate the 20 years of bleach to it, youll blame it on something like genetics or bad luck.

Yes definitely the problem is when you're dealing these things it lowers Sleep Quality and for some people who are more sensitive it, it can cause more disruption(insomnia, waking up many times during the night, light sleep). So in general you don't want to just inhale these substances non-stop. But if you want to use them to induce Lucid States while you sleep then that might make sense but even then it would be better to use a different substance that's not as toxic. Personal experience with multiple chemical sensitivity.
