It is a self-invented game that you're playing with yourself deciding if you're worthy or worthless. I was bullied like crazy throughout the first 13 years of schooling, and never once that I think the awful things they were telling me had anything to do with my self-worth. It didn't affect my self worth because it never occurred to me to question my self worth. The question of "who I am" and "if I am worthy" is something you're asking yourself and battling with. Why? Why would anything ever have anything to do with your self-worth? I'm not seeing the connection. There is nothing external or internal that has anything to do with self-worth. Self worth doesn't exist. It's a game you're playing. Respect or being disrespected doesn't exist it's a game people are playing. Choosing to play unconsciously. Pride is a game people are choosing to play. These kind of things disappear when you grow up. Not that you have self-respect not that you have pride not that you have self-worth, that they just don't exist at all, and you never think about it again. When you have self-confidence, you don't think that you have confidence, it it becomes completely automatic and outside your awareness, like breathing air. As you grow up these things will Disappear Completely. Respect, Pride, Worth or confidence vanish.

@AION being agreeable and disagreeable is different from your energy and personality. These are different things. In the response you gave you've merged being disagreeable with personality + energy and not creating a distinction between them. I agree on this this is on point. With this same statement we can see that some people who have awful energy and personality and who are highly disagreeable, like if you ever seen a angry protester. Their energy is exhausting and does not add anything to the conversation. Or if you ever interacted with my father it would be very clear that disagreeableness is not some magical virtue that adds to every conversation lol

If you have absolutely no health problems of any kind and have perfect biology then all your suffering is in your head and all you have to do is grow up. (which is a condition) If I take you hostage and then skin you alive slowly over to next 30 Years I guarantee none of it is in your head and you will not live a second of happiness again.

We should have mandatory surgery to remove the part of the brain that experiences the stress response.

He’s playfully disagreeing and it’s fun and engaging. if your energies off doesn’t matter what you say, you’re not gonna be taking more serious than anyone else. The average disagreeable person has exhausting energy and you want to run the other way after interacting with them. So it’s not what you say it’s how you say, it the topics you take your pointing to, your overall presence and to be balance. he was not 100% disagreeable in the social interactions. He often agreed towards the end to alleviate tention or create the joke/connection.

@Hardkill I think the area of study here is how to sell and marketing. The domain of business.
-
@Hardkill there's a sucker born everyday, part of what keeps the capitalist consumer engine running is that there is always fresh meat to make the same mistakes that someone else did over and over again. People can learn from mistakes but there's always going to be a fresh Supply of fools to buy a bunch of garbage they don't need because they haven't learned that lesson yet. Infinite Supply born everyday.

For as long as I can remember, I could not follow the basic principles of breathing deeply and relaxing. There was always a cue that I had to focus on, like focusing on your breath, or focusing on some kind of sensation in your nose, or focusing on some relaxation in your body, or focusing on whatever. And none of this got me any results at all; it, in fact, caused more tension within my body. If I focused on the sensation of relaxation within my body and muscles, it caused me to over-focus on all of my nerves and become too aware, and my whole body just becomes physically in pain. It's the same thing with focusing on the breath; I become too conscious of it, and it causes stress overall. But recently, I found a method that works for me, so I thought I might share it. Instead of thinking about focusing on your breath, try this: Inhale the relaxation substance that's in the air. There is a substance in the air that is pure relaxation, and imagine yourself inhaling it and consuming it. This sounds like a fantasy, and it pretty much is; there's no logic to it, but for me, it works incredibly well. It allows me to become present and feel the entire room that I'm in and the entire house that I'm in, and have a much more atmospheric presence. The concept of consuming shifts my perspective in a strange way that allows me to deeply relax, as if every time I inhale, I go deeper and deeper into a sea of relaxation and become conscious of the substance of relaxation as a product of the entire environment that I'm in. Relaxation becomes a substance of the entire reality and not just isolated to my nose or my body, so the entire world becomes relaxed not just my physical body. The way I view everything and my perspective of everything becomes relaxed and I'm not trying to just relax my body. I understand some of you guys are gifted, and none of this matters to you; you just naturally relax. But for people who have a hard time with meditation, this might be the perspective you need. Shifting outside of trying to relax your body and instead trying to relax the association you're making with all of reality seems to be a better approach in my opinion.

What is the insight here? How do relatively intelligent people consistently have terrible politics? Based on the videos you made on Jordan Peterson and the things you said on Elon there seems to be a wide range of reasons. But I'm trying to find if there's one specific General pattern that causes this? -
For most of my life, I believed guns should be banned entirely because it would reduce the crime rate, and it doesn't make sense that you can buy a gun at Walmart in the United States. For the most part, unregulated guns don't work, with the United States being a perfect example. But guns have a very important purpose, and only one real purpose that matters, which is to take power away from powerful people. Guns allow you to kill a powerful person, and this is a vital component for limiting corruption. Unfortunately, it goes both ways, giving the powerful more ability to oppress. But when a kid from high school almost ended the life of Donald Trump, it puts things into perspective. Completely removing access to guns limits the population's ability to regulate their own government. It's part of the social contract the people have with the government. The government is an extremely useful tool, and we give up some freedom so that we can collectively have the freedom we really want. Guns are needed to keep freedom in check. It's hilarious how guns and freedom truly are connected but then this was idealized by the right wing and demonized by the left.

Nope. Men love watching attractive women talk on YouTube.

The best thing Leo can do is replace himself with a female AI Avatar. That should give him five times more subs.

This conversation gives me an idea to make an app specifically for Ai therapy.

Every major website has free credits every day. https://chat.deepseek.com/ The one above has more free credits I think than the other ones. But in general if you're not getting the answers to looking for it's mostly because you got to be a bit more strategic and how you're asking your questions and specifically you want to go deeper into every topic. If you wanted to talk about therapy first start by asking it to list unique therapy techniques and models and research. Then from there you can ask it to give you therapy based on some specific technique. Even if you just say something simple like give me therapy as if Teal Swan was giving me therapy it will give you completely different answers. So you could start by giving it all of teal swans work for example you could give it or ask it to show you all of teal Swan's books that she wrote and then give you therapy based on that kind of writing.

Like if you want to teach multiple paradigms: Scene- you have a perspective gun- every time you shoot someone it changes their perspective, and you're living in the universe where everyone's running around with these perspective guns, and they're in a war zone and you could show all the different conversations and alterations these New Perspective causes in maybe a funny way. Or if you want to teach people maturity: you can create a very heartfelt story of maybe a father and his children and really dig deep into the world of maturity through storytelling, but you could really incorporate higher level Concepts that are found in Leo's videos. Leos Video: 250 Traps Of Life - The Psychology Of Traps = 250 shorts of different of scenarios all teaching all the same points in the video.

Is that true? You can be a boring teacher or an entertaining teacher it's a skill. We've all experienced really boring teachers in school. Entertainment is a skill. High Consciousness material could be packaged in a Lord of the Rings fantasy story, if you're a good enough writer you can pull it off.

And even at that there's going to be so many outliers that are just outside of what a human race can figure out at this point in time with the tools that we have. You could have some random gene or some random bacteria in your intestine that's interacting with it strangely and after 30 years it will give you a weakened heart. And after 30 years you'll have no idea why you have a weakened heart. All of these studies are short-term isolated with horse Flyers on. They cannot take into account larger time frames like 10 plus years. And the ones that do take on larger time frames are only tracking certain variables and everything all the other variables.

In the real world there's unknowns and we have to do the best we can with these unknowns. We don't need to consume aluminum as its possibly not a nutrient, our body doesn't need it. Can we easily avoid aluminum? Yes. So let's just avoid it. lol I think the first step is to write out the strategy so we know what how to tackle the problem. Most people have a default strategy that they're unconscious of. Also known as their epistemology of what they think is true or isn't true. In our case we want to maximize health but there's so many variables that is impossible to know what is true so let's come up with a strategy to do the best we can. That's the main point is there so many ingredients = variables, and they interact with so many different systems within the body that it's impossible to make sense of this without a billion dollars funneled into researching it.
-
That makes sense. Brian Johnson is accumulating micro plastics into his testicles, It seems. lol It doesn’t matter that there’s evidence that BPA is highly metabolized, if $1 billion is put on doing research for this specific thing. I’m sure they’re gonna discover 101 effect this stuff has on the body that are unrelated to accumulation. Just because it doesn’t accumulate, doesn’t mean it’s safe, and that we shouldn’t avoid it.
-
No, and anyone that says they are is missing the bigger picture. There’s are too many variables to know. It is an open system and highly complex. You can’t know therefore you have to make an educated guess. And risking it because one study or some mechanism has proven that aluminum is perfectly safe to put on your body is not a wise way protect yourself. The Strategy here is to acknowledging that there is no way to know what is true, so we have to take the least amount of risk. Using some highly toxic companies product and just dumping it on your body is unnecessary risk when there’s alternatives that are simply less risky. The moment the person in that video has a health problem they can’t solve they will use all the knowledge they have available and fail, then they will start experimenting with all that pseudoscience. lol people are allowed to believe whatever they want as long as their own survival doesn’t depend on their belief being true. You can believe the Earth is flat because it has no effect on your survival.

There is a missed opportunity for shorts for making highly addictive High Consciousness material. An idea has to be packaged in an addictive format but that's a skill that isn't easy to master. I believe anything can be packaged in highly addictive way.

Good find! This is the GitHub repo https://github.com/daveshap/Chronic_Health_AI

I watch some more and then she goes on and explains how Plastics don't accumulate in the body. When Brian Johnson just did an episode where he tested it and sais his testicles are filled with plastic. 🤷♀️

Got to be careful with these kind of echo Chambers. She's repeating the status quo, it's important as a foundation to learn this stuff especially if you don't have a biology or Science or nutrition background. After a foundation is built you need to then completely throw it out the window, and examine everything very very carefully from scratch. Assume to know nothing about anything and then carefully experiment and verify everything for yourself. Some stuff it's not possible to verify or really to make any sense of, so you have to go with your best judgment. I don't have time to watch the whole video: at some point she talks about how aluminum in deodorant doesn't cause cancer. And the problem with this is cancer is not why you should avoid it. The problem with all of this science is that they're not trying to maximize Health there trying to avoid diseases. This is a massive blind spot. You should absolutely avoid garbage deodorants because it f**** up your hormones. Are you seriously going to trust some random for-profit company with anything associated with your body? Deodorants are made with the cheapest possible manufactured substances And sold at the highest possible price. And all of it is absorbed directly into your blood through your skin. The skin absorbs and consumes everything it comes into contact with.

OMG HAHAHAH this killed me. I can't get over how good this is, I had to read it multiple times. 🤣
