  1. Basically the room you’re sitting in has nice decoration, smells good, and nice people and so it makes you feel good so when you sit on that chair for a few hours it gives you relief, gives you relaxation, gives you healing.
  2. You are Hypersensitive to how everything makes you feel and so you think energy healing is real. Stage green self deception. Energy = How something makes you feel. Give me one example that this is not the case? Positive emotion and healthy mindset will help you heal your body. Obviously. If you sit in a room with nice decoration, it will make you feel good, especially if that decoration aligns with your identity like New Age decoration. If all the people in their room, talk to you nicely you’re gonna feel good the room. The environment is preparation for the meditation session that assists you and makes it far stronger for you. The only problem I have is that you think energy is real and think everything is magically healing you.

YimmmpaaAAAA loool I think the problem with overactive brains is the brain lacks cohesion, cohesion is when all the parts of your brain are working together like a Symphony to think about one thing that it’s focussing on, when there’s poor cohesion, it would feel like all the brain regions are scattered and overactive. When you take something that helps unify all the brain regions. The person could feel tranquil and focused, like there’s less activity. A lack of brain cohesion is probably happening due to a lack of some kind of substance like dopamine, were Matcha might help. But when I inhale perfume or laundry detergent, it drops and lowers my brain cohesion, and I have thousands of voices in my head talking at the same time. So it’s very unclear what is causing ADHD. again ADHD is probably caused by air allergens or food sensitivities and a gut issue as well as Anything else that could disrupt The brain.

People with anxiety disorders should not be drinking coffee… lol So coffee causes stimulation this you’ve recognized within yourself but many other things cause stimulation so it’s compounding in your body. Perfume specifically for me causes a different type of stimulation one that shows up as hallucinations, but everything you inhale stimulates the body in a different way. Anxiety is the body overloaded by stimulation and stress, and then all it takes is a feather to set off the panic attack
  8. Perfume makes me hallucinate and have thousands of random voices in my head. For most of my life, I thought I had insane psychological problems that would come and go randomly. And then I discovered it was actually an allergy. If you guys have ADHD or any kind of neurological issue, you really have to examine your environment and your exposure
  9. You would have to experiment but very thoroughly to figure out what exactly is the source of the issue. I strongly believe you might have allergies that are putting you in this state. The issue is this allergin is chronic and you’re chronically exposed to it 24/7 even while sleeping. This keeps you in a state of neuroticism. —- I personally have a long history starting from birth of hypersensitivity and resolved it later in life by realizing my issue was environmental exposure and not a problem with psychology.

  11. Remove all scented products, chemical, soaps, laundry detergent from your environment, breathe the cleanest possible. All scented products cause stimulation and anxiety. all of the stuff you have is likely scented in various ways and it must be cleaned or removed.
