I am sensitive to sleep, so that’s probably the main factor, a normal person is likely to be fine. I experimented with cardio instead, and I found a good intense one hour cardio session doing something like slack line or skateboarding felt a lot healthier. There’s something about doing squats all day heavy that sort of messes up my hormones. Get me overstimulated. Definitely experiment for yourself but the increase sex drive is almost unnatural, I don’t know what hormone is being produced. Maybe it’s an increase in testosterone. I don’t know, but it makes it very hard to sleep.
