  1. After about two weeks, I stop sleeping from being overstimulated and I had to cut back. I think the problem is that I’m spiking my endorphins 10 times a day every hour and then I’m sitting back down and doing nothing. Sex drive went up like crazy, physical strength went up, and I noticed my body recovered faster With sustained mental clarity all day It could be the problem was under eating because I didn’t really adjust my intake so that could’ve affected my sleep and stress levels I’m going to continue experimenting
  2. False advertising, must close, also this topic is unhinged
  3. Update: So yesterday I sat in THE CHAIR. 2 hours. It turns out the chair doesn't exist it's actually Four generators on each corner of the room that pump the room with frequency. The environment was very relaxing, it is essentially a meditation room but with recliner chairs. My personal experience is that I did notice improved blood flow throughout my body which I associate with parasympathetic relaxation and an ideal state. I had to meditate to achieve this so I don't know if it was the meditation and the good positive reinforcement environment or if the frequencies pumped into me were actually doing something. I would have to experiment some more. It was a good experience but because I have allergies sitting in a room with 20 other people who wear perfume was a problem for me. It didn't cure any of my diseases but the next day I do feel a mental calm and a relaxation that persists that I don't normally feel. But it could just be that I haven't meditated for 2 hours straight in a very long time. And it's simply the benefits of meditation. The experience is a good one the problem is the pricing is too insanely high and the guys working there who own the place where business minded people who had no understanding of anything (not judging, I'm just saying it how it is). They gave a small lecture and I felt like they were selling me something. I'm going to have to experiment meditating for 2 hours next week alone and seeing if I get the same results.
  4. Useful reminder, I applied it today I feel like I made progress
  5. Provide useful insights or questions with your post please
  6. @xeontor This is how you resolve the relativity problem: --Ai assisted, I'm using AI here because Leo just made this video 4 weeks ago and a perfectly encapsulates it Look in any Direction or look at your hand and acknowledge that it exists and that there's no proof needed besides direct experience. Now recognize that you becoming conscious of your hand existing, is all the evidence needed to know it exists. You Don't need science to tell you it exists, it is self-evident Existence exists. This is a ontological tautology. Do you see how this does not require proof, that it is self-evident simply by the act of becoming conscious of it? In the exact way you would recognize yourself in the mirror. In your epistemic profile you have discounted direct experience. Even though clearly much can be proven as true simply through directly becoming conscious of things.
  7. That's true but don't use Grok unless you're ready to be disappointed lol
  8. You don't need psychedelics to acknowledge what is happening right in front of you, absolute truth is not some Far Away distant thing, it's right in front of your face. Look at your hand, that's absolutely truth. Its as predictable As It Gets. You think experience isn't pure Magic? Why? (Because from a different Paradigm a brain might have produced it). So the core of the question is how do I narrow down all of these different perspectives knowing that they're all relative? Your Position No one perspective can be true, they are all relative. With a epistemic rule: must "provide an accurate predictability" (rule you see value in)
  9. @xeontor Perfect that's the exact answer I wanted to see, I gave an explanation on how paradigms work in the second part of my comment, I would like you to show me what you think of that before I respond
  10. So your Personal epistemic profile: Evidence comes from scientific consensus ? Please Continue the list, I’m trying to get a full breakdown of what you consider to be valid sources of truth, or valid ways of knowing. It's just one perspective versus another perspective, explain to me why the AI thinks truth comes from one person and not the other? The problem is the AI doesn't understand that it's critiquing one Paradigm with another paradigm which makes any "truth" relative. What the AI should have done is explain how it's completely relative depending on your ontological and metaphysical assumptions. Then it should figure out "how do I determine the correct ontological and metaphysical ground?" What is considered a fallacy or an error in reasoning only appears as such from within a given paradigm. Therefore, any judgment of correctness must begin with clear metaphysical disclosure — not hidden assumptions posing as neutral logic. From the perspective of the materialist Paradigm it is the fallacy of composition. Because it thinks Consciousness emerges from the brain. So it thinks Consciousness is a "part" not the "whole". When your ontology is that Consciousness is the foundation of everything and everything else is simply distinctions within consciousness, therefore this is not the fallacy of composition. “From the materialist perspective, consciousness is seen as a derivative function of matter, and thus is only a part of the whole. From that view, saying ‘consciousness is reality’ commits the fallacy of composition. But from the nondual perspective, consciousness is not a part — it is the condition for the appearance of parts, and thus, calling it the ground of reality is not a fallacy, but a first-order metaphysical claim.”
  11. @WonderSeeker Sounds good man, this was what I imagined, your only 27 with health and awake, you got this.
  12. Sounds good man just pick one specific part you feel represents something solid and we'll start from there. I can pick something at random but I rather you pick something you don't see any problems with at all.
  13. My thought process is that AI provides a emotionally stable, Supportive, ethically correct person to interact with that is better than most parents and teachers. Giving everyone constant exposure to a higher quality worldview from birth and an emotionally intelligent conversation partner will just help the child grow. The barrier to ask the question and get an answer is extremely low, so when a person is struggling it is instinctive to just ask the thing for help, but it's much harder to go out and watch a YouTube video or read a book especially as a 15-year-old trauma girl living in the slums. A generation will be born that socializes heavily with an emotionally intelligent AI, it's true that it will regurgitate a certain consensus in culture but at the same time it has that "Silicon Valley liberal" worldview. Which is a step up of 85% of the population. All of these stage red/blue people from Saudi Arabia are being exposed to a "Silicon Valley liberal worldview" everyday from birth. Your a child living in a closed-minded Muslim family yet your socializing everyday with a high orange/green AI... And soon this AI will be the most intelligent human who has ever lived (by some narrow measurements and excluding Leo )
  14. Whatever relationship you’re in the chances are you’re gonna have to adapt to some degree. Some women you have to adapt more than others, and the chances are no matter what woman you find you’re gonna have to heavily adapt to them especially if you manage to find your way to this forum I dated maybe 2 girl that I genuinely liked talking to but they both had a lot of other problems that basically cancelled it out. but sense of humour I think should be a dealbreaker, this is one of the most important parts of a relationship, I think you’re on the right track to skip this one
  15. Today is remembrance for the day that Leo tricked himself into not being God. It was a profound clever trick. 🎉
  16. The AI believes truth = mainstream science peer reviewed and everything else that is not that is wrong. Do you see the problem with that?
  17. Your account is new so I guess you don’t understand what a paradigm is. Which is why you ignored my.comment on the other topic. The video is a critique of science but your using that same corrupt science to critique the critique. Thats like proving the mafia isn’t corrupt by citing the mafia
  18. You can either be Isaac Newton inventing calculus at age 23 or attract women. You can't have both. (joke)
  19. Track how what you're eating effects Brain Function, Sleep Quality, Physical Performance during exercise and overall quality of life. You should be tracking how what you just ate ties directly to every aspect of your life to build a strong intuition and connection with your food. All of this is tracked mentally every time you eat by simple observing and making connections between what you ate and some aspect for example your current performance at the gym. By doing so you develop pattern recognition and internalize all of that data to create a intelligence inside you (Experimentation Mindset). Yes tracking calories is a waste of time unless you're under eating and you feel like shit all the time. In that case you want to do Comprehensive Functional Lab Work to determine any weaknesses
  20. Has anyone found a way to reproduce this? I have gotten this a couple times randomly throughout my life but but I can't reproduce it at will. ( it normally happens in the kitchen) 😅
  21. We use AI to raise the collective consciousness of mankind by exposing the Next Generation children to high quality conversation partners for all aspects of life like a mentor.
  22. I hope that's not the case, I would like to die and be infinite intelligence
  23. Plot twist: attraction happened within the first 5 minutes for subconscious reasons no one was in control of
