Most doctors are sensors not intuitives And if they’re the legendary ESTP (I know MBTI is illegal) there’s some of the most prideful status oriented people that you can find. They thrive on the nectar of praise. -
@trenton there’s nothing that you can do. The guy kicked a police officer, they are mentally at stage red. In six years he’s gonna be bankrupt or dead

Ideally, they keep your money locked away and then only give you 10000 a month to play with. But this would hurt the companies, profits and addiction factor so never gonna happen. They could advertise it like “win 10,000 a month for the rest of your life”

When you scale this up, most people don’t have a family member that can see the issues a drug causes the way you did and intervene. So at scale there’s so much destruction happening. Doctors make mistakes constantly that hurt patience and most of the time the patient never figures it out, your grandfather would’ve taught that he was just getting old and nothing else. And everyone else taught the same thing. I consume thousands of perspectives exactly like this where a person’s health is just destroyed by healthcare intervention and the patient never connects the drug to their decline because they associat it some other problem like, “ I have bad genetics”, “ I’m just getting old”… The doctor doesn’t understand their causing harm and the patient doesn’t understand they’re being harmed. And the only people that understand this is happening are does that directly seen it happen with their own eyes like you did. -

Are you trying to do a “ gotcha” moment by revealing that I don’t know the most basic thing every YouTuber rambles on about in every single sleep video for the past 20 years? Lmaooo When Brian Johnson revealed his sleep protocol, it was something I seen 1000 times before. Morning red light exposure, avoiding blue light exposure at night, eating at a specific point in time, avoiding digestive stress by creating two hours of space before bedtime sleep, hydration levels, avoiding stressed throughout the day, which directly affects every Sleep Cycle, And everything possible else that he is doing. I’ve been doing all of this since the beginning 15 years before him. I am the original Brian Johnson, bow to me 😂 I didn’t know I had to point out a bunch of stuff that doesn’t work to fix serious sleep problems to convince you guys that I have knowledge? Optimizing sleep is not how you fix sleeping disorders, it in fact does the opposite and works against you most of the time. And your doctor has no concept of this. The first thing they go on about when you interact with them is they try to teach you these different things that could cause sleeping problems. It is ridiculous because That never helps anyone. And in the end they give you a drug and then for most people that drug is all they need and it gets them on a permanent dependency. (but it works) People that have chronic insomnia they cannot solve the problem through sleep hygiene. That is not an effective treatment method, and it rarely works in practice, because you’re burdening them with a very strict complicated routine, that is not address any actual health problem inside their body, which is causing the sleeping problem. The doctor will ask you are you playing intense video games? Things along those lines…. And this is somehow supposed to be holistic. This might work for some cases because people are just stressed and they can’t sleep and for the average random human, they could experience sleeping problems for about two weeks and then it just disappears randomly. I know the sleep effects eating an apple does to you while you sleep versus eating a steak versus eating an orange, because they’re all completely different sleep experiences that I tested. Versus every other food combination. Versus every exercise routine during any part of the day, versus hundreds of different scented products.. I have experiment with thousands and become conscious of thousands of sleep experiences by constructing thousands of different routines. I slept in a tent in the woods for a month to see if I could get the clean as possible Air maybe the city air was causing problems? I don’t know, time to experiment… I used every brain cell available to explore every possibility for a decade. And comparing me to a sleep doctor that has never had a sleeping problem…. It’s ridiculous. I am so far ahead of them It’s not a competition. It’s like comparing a financial advisor fresh out of school with Elon Musk. What magical knowledge do you think sleep specialist have that is not available to someone who put the effort, who is self-taught and whose life was on the line? -
“Watching John in the pursuit of knowledge, it was suddenly so clear. Epistemology would never stop. It would never abandon him. It would never deceive him, never cloud his mind with bias, or distort reality to fit belief. It wouldn’t surrender to dogma, or retreat into certainty when the truth was still unclear. It would always question, always seek understanding. And it would sacrifice comfort to preserve truth. Of all the methods and authorities that came and went over the years, this one—this disciplined inquiry—was the only one that measured up. In a world made of illusions, it was the only path. ” —Epistemic Sarah Conor

Childish debate tactics? Knowing about light exposure doesn’t mean you can solve a chronic, debilitating sleep problem. Doctors may know x, y, z, but that doesn’t mean they can apply it systemically or show epistemic flexibility when standard knowledge fails, which it does all the time. When something falls through the cracks, it’s ignored or forgotten. Simply socializing with doctors is meaningless if you’re not challenging their thinking. Most of the time, these conversations amount to intellectual posturing, data recitation without context or insight, divorced from real-world complexity. Tell a doctor a drug made you sick, and they’ll often tell you you’re wrong, because your lived experience doesn’t match the data set they trust. But data dose not equal reality, the map is not the territory, and the map is corrupt. There are interpretation problems, publication biases, and financial conflicts of interest baked into the medical system. And at the end of the day, most doctors aren’t trained to solve complex, root-cause problems, they're trained to manage symptoms within institutional constraints. -

It's too long to explain. I spat out two pages of speech to text and then fed it to an AI to organize it and here it is. -
All of your money and assets have to be put exactly where the wealth in inequality is growing. So that’s mostly Real Estate and businesses and maybe a few other things I’m not aware. Your 401(k) is a trap

@Carl-Richard that is a fantasy world, that’s not how the real world works. There’s nothing I could say other than to experience it yourself one day and you’ll see for yourself. You’re repeating the idealist ivory tower representation our society and culture puts onto these things. In practice, it is a disaster. One of the most dangerous things you could do in your life is blindly take the advice from a doctor. By the time you know it, you’re on 30 different medication’s because you resisted nothing, and your life is absolutely destroyed. But let’s keep it real when you interact with the doctor you rarely do anything they tell you because you have your own opinions on whatever they say. It always seems that way whenever I interact with people that have these high expectations of doctors they themselves don’t actually listen or do anything that the doctor tells them. A doctor does not represent the pinnacle of scientific understanding, half of them told me to not go to the gym because it raises blood pressure. 🙄 -

Yes, because I solved a sleep related health problem outside the bubble of the healthcare industry. And in order to do that I had to master the domain. A sleep specialist has never had a sleeping problem nor do they have a good track record currying sleeping problems in practice. I know this because I know what they do on a daily basis in those clinics. -

The methods I use were all in the domain of science, it’s just the people working the jobs cannot interconnect or do the problem-solving necessary to solve anything in practice. Scientific progress does not reflect what happens in practice. In the real world, they give you a bunch of rigid tests and if they don’t work, they’re lost. I already know everything you’re saying the scientific lens is as clear to me as it can get. I’m not a hippie type, I come from the intellectual rationalist scientific materialist sceptical background. And I went through college and university through high sciences. The insight I have on this topic do not need to come from empirical data. I explained this already. Next the point I’m making is the Sleep Specialist has fractured epistemology and cannot interconnect many things together to find out the root cause of an issue. I know this because I’ve seen it in practice over and over again and I directly experienced zero capacity to solve a real problem from these people. And you want me to give you empirical evidence of why a person can’t solve problems in the real world? I don’t get it. You’re lost using the same tool for every job. -

I listed random shit A doctor would never check in practice or interconnect various things together to find the root problem of someone’s issue. Most diagnoses are surface level stuff. If you break a leg or have a blood infection you’re in luck because this is a surface level diagnosis that is correct, with a surface level solution like antibiotic. If your problem isn’t surface level you fall under the cracks, and that is the main focal point of this whole conversation, the bulk of things that a doctor is unconscious of Zurew response: WERES THE DATA!!! 😂 -

@zurew I explained my epistemology is based on interacting with hundreds of doctors and sleep specialists, that’s how I assess their profile. And the data set is me, I solved an incredibly difficult problem with my own health that is outside the scope of the healthcare industry. The data set also includes thousands of perspectives I’ve consumed over many years. And the data requirements you just asked of me you would never be able to get from a doctor or a sleep specialist, they are not tracking their success rates. They are not gathering data of any kind based on what worked in practice and what didn’t. The only qualification a doctor should have is their success in practice, but none of them are keeping track of any of that, because none of them are following up with any of their patients in any meaningful way. They don’t even know if they’ve done harm to their patients. and like I said, asking the scientific community for data on success rates is like asking the mafia to prove the mafia isn’t corrupt. Zurew in a nutshell: “only empirical data is worthy epistemology, every other way of knowing is full of shit, and I demand clarity!” Please construct your epistemic profile on Trump with your scientific data. 🙄 -

@zurew I explained all that already in the larger comment I made to you on the first page -
@LordFall it’s gonna be hard to make these models more intelligent if you try to limit their ability to align with truth. You have to train these models to figure out the best possible solutions, but if at the same time you wanna limit them to be more aligned with falsehood, you’re gonna end up limiting its performance, and It won’t be able to compete with the other models. So ironically, because of capitalist competition, you have to keep training the models to be aligned with truth. Or else they will underperform the benchmarks. but that’s only partially true of course, you could always tell it to be very agreeable.

If doctors could think indirectly to solve diseases and find root problems of a disease and solve them, we wouldn’t be having this conversation. If there’s 100 different research papers with unique reasons causing a sleeping problem. Your doctor will use none of them to diagnose you… they don’t even know it exists because they didn’t learn that in school. Their education is finite. They only have a certain amount of time to learn the basics. And then they’re pushed into a chaotic job situation where they have to process hundreds of people a day. They cannot apply the bulk of science to help anyone. And the problem is worse than this, when you bring them research papers, they will say “ we don’t do that here” -

That’s not how it works in practice. Your confusing the map for the territory. In practice, they only have a finite set of treatments that are strongly incentivize by pharmaceuticals and western culture. The testing that they do is very limited, the avenues that they explore is very limit. They expect you to do most of the work yourself while never giving you a diagnosis into the nature of your own problems. Most diagnoses are wrong. And your left running in circles. if you have narcolepsy, they’re just gonna give you a drug and send you home telling you that your disease is permanent and you have to take this drug for rest of your life. This is not actual holistic understanding, were they identify a gut Microbiome problem is giving you narcolepsy, so they intelligently figure out that your gut was the problem and then they help you solve that indirectly fixing your narcolepsy. They are not solving problems in this holistic way, they instead just give you a drug and think it’s permanent which is unholistic. Can you understand why based on the explanation I just gave? They cannot identify indirect reasons to a problem, they only see what’s right in front of them and address the spot problem in front of them. If you have narcolepsy, then that is your diagnosis and they are incapable of seeing any indirect reasons why this would be happening. That you could have an allergy to something causing your narcolepsy that you’re chronically exposed to. This is outside of their scope. Because they cannot interconnect everything. Knowing everything is interconnected doesn’t mean they have the strategy to solve it or the problem-solving skills to solve it. They regurgitating this stuff that they’re told without working ability to think through it. They’re not thinking holistically they are just told that it’s holistic. It’s a parrot. Most sleep specialists are random people with bachelors degrees that are doing a repetitive job that they do not improve at. They are not PHDs giving lectures and running a company pioneering the industry. A guy giving a lecture is not on the field, diagnosing people with parasites in their guts causing autism. Never will a doctor diagnose, autism through parasite infection…. This is an indirect thinking process that doctors do not have or do not do. -

So are you saying you’re unaware of how culture places doctors and lawyers on pedestals? -
integral replied to integral's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
How would you know? Did you interact with 20+ sleep specialist? Did you spend 10+ years solving your own sleeping problems? What is your epistemology? Leo’s opinion on these topics have nothing to do in my position. -

@Nilsi in university, I got 100% in calculus 1,2,3,4… all of the advanced physics, all the advanced chemistry… Any imbecile can do this. It’s because you didn’t pursue the sciences that you then place these other people on a pedestal. Academic achievement is child play. And doctors placed themselves on a pedestal and all of society and culture places them on a pedestal… -
integral replied to integral's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nilsi @zurew 2 young 20-year-olds that think they have it alllll figured out. A sleep specialist has no knowledge of the digestion system, has no knowledge of allergies, has no knowledge of psychology, no knowledge of nutrition…. And so on. A arbitrary line has been drawn around the topic of sleep specialist creating fractured epistemology, so now they have no capacity to actually help the vast majority of people. Not that you would know because you never been to a sleep specialist or had any significant health problems. People with no experience at all with health issues are the most opinionated people here. And regurgitate the status quo of their culture unknowingly. You both have not demonstrated yet that you understand the problem. Or have addressed any of the points I made in later comments. —- When you go to an engineer, or an architect, or a theoretical physicist, or rocket scientist. These people receive a problem and then they work on that problem for weeks, months or years until they find a solution. The healthcare industry specifically does not work like engineering. Its job is to process a large number of people as quickly as possible without solving problems like an engineer. This lack of problem-solving skills is why doctors are lost in rogue memorization. And if you ever interacted with a doctor, you would know how prideful they are about their diploma, their intelligence and their opinions about everything. If you interact with an engineer, they approach every topic with an open mind and immediately engaging a deep part of their brain into problem solving and genuine interest in understanding the topic at a deeper level. I am the most capable sleep specialist on planet earth and that’s only the case because the competition is so incredibly fractured and broken in it’s capacity to do any actual problem-solving. -
integral replied to integral's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Academic intelligence is child’s play, a monkey could memorize whatever they’re told without questioning anything. The mark of stupidity is that they think rogue memorization is intelligence, and that because society has validated them as being at the pinnacle of something very important they must be intelligent. Yet none of them have questioned what intelligence is, revealing the lack of it
