  1. Right, I'm saying the genetic component is indicating how the system will fail, so heavy metals can still be playing a role. Its a stressor on the system. Why does the rate of disease go up every year?
  2. It depends on why your motivated to make the money to begin with. If you need money to help others then there is nothing wrong with that life purpose. But at orange they have a orange life purpose and green will have a green... So its not right or wrong. Go with what ever motivates you. Its reasonable to say that the more money you make and have the easier it will be to nurture the environment around you. We need highly conscious billionaires and we are severely lacking in it. We can think of it as moving wealth to the people who provide the most value to society. But if you decide not to make money then that money will fall into the hands of some other stage orange guy. So in a sense you as a highly conscious person have the responsibility to make as much money as you can and use does resources wisely to balance out all the fools who dont.
  3. That's one paradigm. People are broken from birth and we need to reduce there symptoms for the rest of there lives with drugs. Another factor is the stressors in the environment, cultural and social effect everyone differently. Genetics is the fail zone of there body. With accumulation of stress on the system from birth over time the question is what part of the organism fails first? For some its there kidneys, for others its chronic inflammation of joints, arteries, or thyroid or OCD. Somethings going to fail. Genetics is associated with how the organisms system will fail from the stress put on it. Reducing every stressor put on the system is key and the body will regenerating back to base line. The longer the stress put on the system the more errors accumulate in the system reducing the effectiveness of recovery (age). Maybe the problem is not the immune system. Similarly when someone has a lot of inflammation maybe the problem is not inflammation. We got to stop focusing on the symptoms...

  5. Yes its stimulatory and can raise cortisol. It will exasperates the problem if you already have issues with over production. A lot of it is psychosomatic and if your in a weakened state, like struggle to digest food, the body tends to produce a lot more cortisol.

  9. Exercise at the gym before doing pick up, right away in the morning, this will change your hormones and therefore change your state. The entire problem is your in the wrong physiological and psychological state. Emotional state is wrong. When your feeling good, confident and playful you win. That's it. Get into the right state. --- This is why people drink alcohol at parties. Changes state, makes you more relaxed and yourself, a lot easier to get laid. But I don't recommend alcohol, learn to do it with natural methods like exercise, right foods, good sleep.
  10. Avoid all medications, it will not improve things rather it will change the problem into a different problem. Do you exercise daily? Have you tried exercising when angry? Is your exercise routines high intensity or walking? Have you been tested for lead or heavy metal toxicity? Lead is known to cause major mood issues. Are you getting enough sleep? I recommend signing up for a activity and doing it 4-5 days a week. Indoor rock-climbing, body building, gymnastics, sports, martial arts... This will significantly rewire the brain in a way you might need, sitting meditation is one type of training there are many developmental lines that need to be trained at the same time.

  12. Try waking up in the morning and not eating any carbs, eat only eggs and a bell pepper, report back with libido. If you have insulin resistance, carbs destroys libido.
  13. I had the same problem, i noticed this when experimenting with glutamate supplements making me loss sleep with racing thoughts. High carb meals and L-tryptophan helps avoid this. The trigger for me is weed not LSD, thoughts racing 100x, visualizing, talking, thinking all over the place, full body shaking. LSD does the opposite, its all bliss. Seeing as we have the same experience with different substances there is likely more the to story the glutamate activation. Maybe it actives in my body with weed and with your LSD, but how and why? ???

Its not pure gambling, when the price drops to the levels indicated on the chart I posted there is more upside then downside meaning there is space for it to go up where most of the people who would sell already have and the rest are holding long term, so your odds of being right for a long term 6 month trade is high, the lower the time frame the worse your odds are. The true value of 99% of these coins is 0, while the rest that have any real value are 10x to high then they should be, but if we measure value as a function of popularity these coins will keep pumping and dumping for a long time to come.

I dont think its going to dwarf the last ATH in the same fasion, there is logarithmic growth to take into consideration, the top is maximum 100-120k for bitcoin and at that point the ALT coins will have there final pump and dump. Ethereum can hit 8-12k at best. But time will make this prediction look foolish im sure. Right during bear markets accumulate over time every major dip for the next bull run and HOLD.
  18. Well done on that trade, the thing is every alt coin will pump as long as bitcoin keeps blowing forward. If bitcoin hits all time highs every alt coin will easily 10x from where they are right now. 50x if you purchased them when bitcoin was at 16k. If this is the legendary bitcoin 100k bull run then there will come a bear market right after and every alt coin will tank 95% like it always does, make sure to get out at the top. To be safe if bitcoin hits 64k or 80k, I would sell all my positions. Because at the point there is more downside then upside and its no longer risk/reward reasonable to keep holding.

Dumbbells: Standing over head press, lateral raises, bent over rows, chest flys lying down on bench, biceps curls, weighted pull ups (hold weight with feet), rolling ab planks, wrist curls, triceps pull backs, bent over flys, running with weights Barbell: Bench press inner and outer grip, bent over rows, hip trusts, squats (normal, sumo, back, front), clean and jerk, lunges, dead lifts, single hand bent over rows Other: Calve raises single and double leg, leg raising pull ups and leg raising dips, dip triceps extension, Reverse plank dips, Reverse plank fully in the air dips (hits the triceps hard, get in dip up position and raises hips and legs up as high as possible off the floor and lean back with out falling), hand stand push ups or any angle. --- 1: Its ok you don't need to eat as much as you think, the exercise should raise your metabolism anyways and it will get easier. At the time of my most intense training i was eating maybe 2500-3000 cal. 2: No do not spend a single $ on this, its far more expensive then a gym membership and it will have no impact, buy eggs and eat 6-12 a day. 3: Eat before and after, after is even more important doe. If you eat before make sure your fully digested first before training and that you ate mostly carbs nothing heavy (meats). Eat meat/protein after. Check out buckwheat and sweat potato pasta, gives good energy for me, but you got to experiment and see what works.
  20. I started training as a teen and maxed out my genetic potential, everyone's potential is different doe. If I'm not body building with heavy weight its going to be body weight exercise that are as challenging as possible. 3 to 4 sets of 10 reps and if the weight is lower like push ups then 3 to 4 sets of 30-50 reps or you can do each rep very slowly, the slower the rep the harder it will be. Each workout should last between 45-1:30min where you push your self to be stronger then you where yesterday (Personal Record).
